The food was solid. No real complaints there. Prices are WAY too high for Arabic food. Hummus 14 dollars?? My beef kabab was 52 dollars. Yea that's crazy. Salad, hummus, dinner and drink over 100 dollars with tip. Service was not good. Most of the staff seems disinterested. The price alone is why I wouldn't ever be back. This place has only been here a few months, empty as I sit here, and might last the year.

This restaurant is inside the well-known The Piazza Italia off Las Olas (formally Mangos). Piazza Italia has 3 separate rooms so when you call to make your reservation let them know you want the Arabian Nights room (formally Venetian room). This place was amazing! There aren't many authentic middle eastern restaurants around. With my bf from Dearborn Michigan, he's picky about this type of cuisine. Everything we ordered was amazing. Our servers Sarah & Kim were on point and very attentive. We started off with hummus and he got the lamb kafta kabab and I got the chicken kafta kabab which we shared. These were served on top of pita with mediterranean rice. The flavors were out of this world, and they even had garlic sauce on request. Halfway through our meal a belly dancer came out and did a show, it was a nice added bonus to our already perfect date night. We did also try the Baklava which was the best I've ever had. The owner was there visiting each table. I love the location, after dinner we just went into the Piazza room for another drink and a little dancing. This place just has it all. From start to finish it was a 5 star experience.

    The dinning room.

The ambiance was nice, the food was okay, and the service was satisfactory. However, the experience wasn't as spectacular as I had hoped.

The DJ definitely kept up with the crowd and kept everyone in a nice groove. They have all different types of hookah flavors. And not just the regulars, I mean mixes, like drinks. Think of it as cocktail hookah, the flavors are a mesh of different Shisha flavors that make one new flavor. Tastes great and they have it at all different price points starting at around $30/$35. I had so much fun I went back to back two nights in a row lol so if you're looking for a nice vibe with great hookah flavors, you should pull up!

Thursdays is ladies night so women are free before 11 and well drinks are free before 11 also. It's highly recommended to reserve a section or table otherwise you will be standing the entire time. Also you have the option of getting bottle service. A neat thing is the DJ's are swapped out throughout the night so you get a taste of every genre. The aesthetic definitely gives island vibes there are trees plants birds butterflies everywhere - so pretty! The menu is pretty diverse, probably the most diverse I've seen at a lounge in this area. Everything we tried was good! Our server was very attentive and friendly. I would definitely come back here!

If you…read morepicture Trader Vic's crossed with Amsterdam hippy bar, you get the idea. 5-star beverages: Just about every combination of kava, kratom, etc that you can mix in a drink is available here. There are even CBD "shots" available. I was in need of the opposite of these calm-down beverages, and ordered a cold-brew coffee (the bartender got a laugh out of that). My local client took me by this place, and raved about the kava-related options. Neither of us is into hookah, but the other customers raved about that. 5-star service: aside from the funny personable staffer, the patrons were also sweet-natured regulars. They all seemed to know one another well, and welcomed us like old pals. The legal natural sedative qualities of many of their beverages meant a lot of the conversation was about flying cars and reincarnation LOL. 5-star ambience: Outside it's a little bit forlorn strip mall, a little bit dive bar. Inside, the funky hipster aspect more than makes up for the exterior. There's sort of a beat-up Polynesian bar theme, complete with Ikea paper lanterns. Parking is available right out front and on the back side of the block as well.
