What we got were some regular ones, some curly fry pieces and a bunch of crusty old fries that have been in the bottom of the fry pan probably since morning (at least 5+ hours). Side note: I used to work at Arby's as a teenager and no way would I have dared serve anyone this crust. I'm sure no one who worked there would even dare try to eat this themselves. $30.72 for two adults. The Good: The chicken pecan salad sandwich tasted fresh and was a sufficient portion. The Bad: The four Buffalo Chicken Sliders and two large Fries were horrendous. The fries were cold, old and looked like the bottom of a trash barrel. Each container had a max of 3-4 actual fries that might have been 1-2" long. The rest of the pieces were crunchy dried pieces of fries including burnt pieces of all their assorted styles. The sliders were double soaked in buffalo sauce and the buns were not warm. The drive thru had 6cars and it was about a 35min wait and so that might have caused some issues with fry supply. The employees cannot control the cost, but when 1/2 the meal is two fries and they both are this bad, its difficult to think $30 is fair. Every joint has a bad day, so I have come at different times of the day and on different days without any improvement. I ordered the Market Fresh Ham & Swiss with curly fries and a soft drink, everything was tasty and DELICIOUS! I'm glad I didn't have as bad as an experience as some folks that had a bite taken out of their cheese, that would have been horrendous. The beef and cheddar was really good - it was stuffed with roast beef and the cheddar was thick throughout. I paired the sandwich with their horsey sauce which is their horseradish sauce that pairs really well and adds a nice creamy kick. I've had Arby's before where they served me cold fries and I had to complain or I would ask for extra sauce in which they would not comply. This location gave us a lot of sauces, all of the food was hot - there were no promotions going on toward our order. Last week I went to try and go through the drive thru and they blocked it off with an employees truck at about 10:20 at night. Their drive thru states they are open until 11:00 pm. So tonight I'd thought I'd try again and I see a car at the window and it's 10:30 so I pull up to the speaker and silence. Waited a few minutes and still nothing.
