I'm literally crying. I SPECIFICALLY went to get their beer cheese sandwich, that i have been waiting and convincing my hubby to get for about 3 weeks now, that's all the cheese i get??? a double sandwich, with not even enough cheese to make the top bun wet?? I worked at an Arby's in the past and this is absolutely ridiculous, in no ones book is this okay. Y'all didn't forget the cheese, you put on less than 2 teaspoons of cheese. The family (me, my wife, and my son) had Arby's "2 for $6 Bacon BNC" for dinner last night (7/27/19) and promptly got sick, all 3 of us. We all had gastrointestinal disorder about 2 hours after we ate. I still have the receipt; it was on 07/27/2019, 4:08 PM, Host was "Dakota", and we ordered 3 x 2/$6 Bacon BNC, and that's all we had before getting sick. I had diarrhea and night (and so did my wife and son) and into the morning. We are displaced with our house in Perris and we are staying at the Murrieta Marriott on Madison Ave. So we must eat out every night. I'm never going back there! read more

Not a fan of Arby's but I thought I would try their BLT. Not sure what part of a BLT includes cheese. I would rather them keep the cheese and their sauce off of it, put tomato in it that you can actually see and taste, and use regular bread. I would not buy it again. read more

This Arby's has great food, the staff had good attitudes, friendly always making sure exactly what I ordered was in the bag to go. Cleanliness is a plus, it's obvious that the staff here does their job, having been to this Arby's for sometime now never have I walked in and caught them sitting/standing around doing nothing. Over all this fast food restaurant has a great vibe, clean, friendly atmosphere, and their sandwiches are great . They must have a very good management team who train their team right and let's not forget it's the staff that make it work and keep us the customers coming back. First I am Stating had very bad drive thru exps. In the past...so with that I go to Arbys and it 9:48 pm park walk to dining room door its locked. Sign on window say inside open til 10pm! What the F%/k? If they can't follow rules and good customer service about the dining room hours what other things are they doing behind the counter and Kitchen to just get by..no need to do that it doesn't matter..don't go to this location if you be safe about rules followed here. We ordered dinner for our family of 4, and my 5 year old had a chicken slider. The chicken in the chicken slider was SO HARD that she started crying after biting into it and her tooth is now loose. I couldn't even break the chicken apart with my hands. She has a gap between her two front teeth now, which didn't exist before! Completely unacceptable!!!! There was a couple of broken up little pieces of bacon in it! Not even close to what the picture looks like! Let me first start by saying this Arby's is promoting promotions that they are not able to fulfill. They are either out of something or something doesn't work to make it.The shake machine has been down " for a while". The girl at the register felt compelled to show me the broken parts of the shake machine that were laid out on the front counter. The curly fries were burnt and the oil it was fried in tasted like it was two weeks old. read more

The employees here are the most kind people I've ever met! I walked up to the drive thru and let the Manager Andrew know that I have a trailer and I can't make it through the drive thru. He was most accommodating and took my order anyway. What a nice guy! He could've said something along the lines of policy states.... He probably could see that I was very hungry! Anyway they were super busy 10 minutes before closing so their was a wait but they did the best they could and I was very patient. He even offered a drink because of the long wait! I love Arby's and this isn't the first time I've had a W-O-W experience! I had Top Round roast beef for lunch and was very disappointed in their customer service. "Bayli" needs to learn some very basic customer service skills and basic sanitation. No one at the counter when I walked in, 4-5 employees working in the kitchen and drive-through area, one girl said "she will be right with you", nodding at the girl to my right by the soda machine picking up trash. The girl carries a bag of trash behind the counter where she has five or six bags stacked in plain view, very appetizing, takes her time tying the bag, walks up to the register and with no more emotion than someone who is stoned says "hi" and then looks down at the register. I just pause and look at her and say "hi" and then wait. She doesn't say anything so I say hi again, then an emotionless, "what can I get for you" finally comes out, and I jokingly say, "there we go "and laugh. I order, she says 836, I hand her my card she says "name", I say thank you and she says nothing else, all very short and rude. My food comes up, I ask for ranch, she gets 2 out of the cooler, drops them on the floor, picks them up and then puts them on my tray. Yummy, floor Ranch. I sit down at my table and realize my order is incorrect. A simple half pound combo, I know, very hard to remember. I mean, I can understand one inconsistency but this girl handles trash and then deals with a customer without washing her hands, doesn't greet them, gets the order incorrect, drops ranch on the floor and then puts it on the customers tray, and just has a rude, arrogant way about her. Listen Bayli, you might want to step up your customer service game if you want to get anywhere in the world. I know it's only minimum wage but everyone starts somewhere. I suggest starting with washing your hands after handling trash and adjusting your attitude. read more

After paying for our order he handed receipt and back with an attitude and didn't say a work. And my order was wrong due to lack of repeating the order back. After receiving our order he proceeded to dining area to dump trash beens and was banging trash cans and slamming the doors on the trash bens. This review is only for the gyro sandwiches at 2 for $6, tho we do enjoy their regular beef sandwiches once in awhile for a fast food. I ordered 2 Greek gyros and the meat was tasty and flavorful for the portion you get for only $3. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and the sauce was very good. Food is awesome but extremely rude staff, I was paying at the drive thru and I gave her a hundred dollar bill. The girl at the window was super nice but her not sure if she was a manager told me in a very RUDE manner "I don't take hundred dollar bills this late, just so you know". So I took the hundred back and paid by card, she made me feel like it was my fault for paying with a large bill, she could have asked me if I had a smaller bill or something like that, the other girl actually apologized for her saying her that. read more

This place needs some serious pest control, there were ants all up in my bag and covering my food! This location is advertised as being open and they are closed. The special signs for Christmas Day said they were open until 6 and we got there at 5. You advertise your triple thick brown sugar bacon sandwiches and they look nothing like what you advertise, as a customer I don't expect the sandwich to look exactly alike however when I have the sandwich and can't see any bacon without opening it then there is a problem. When I open the sandwich and see that all the bacon has been broken in half, and I ask the female manager is this how it's supposed to be done and she says yes, PLUS i ordered extra bacon, that's foul. Arby's won't loose their customers but their quality has gone down over the years. read more

So first the guy didn't hear correctly when we made our order. Gave me a RB sandwich rather then Beef and Cheddar. Hubby brought it back to the counter to correct the issue. The guy took the sandwich back from us which is cool...but I had opened it and touched it and it was clearly shown that it was open. Had lunch here with my wife this week. It was so CLEAN and FRIENDLY! The team was obviously engaged, and the manager Kim was totally involved. Been to this location several times. Sandwiches are no where near advertised likeness. It seems as though some training of cook staff is in order. Ordered the 2 Ultimate BLTs. All the bacon was pulled in the middle of sandwich like someone forgot to even it out. The toasted bread was turned inside with bread side up. This applies to both sandwiches. The last time I was at this location, we ordered the smokehouse brisket. It looked as though it was assembled 5 feet away in a tossing contest. Really Murrieta Arby's, you can make a good sandwich.
