Natgen refunded my payment and cancelled my policy. I've been with them 5 years and I've never been late before and I wouldn't have been late this time if the mail system was more reliable. Anyways, they would not reinstate my policy because they did not receive my payment before the 09/21 due date. This seems harsh to me and I'll give my auto business to another insurance carrier.
