I've been here multiple times in the past and received good service. That changed this morning. The restaurant was empty but for me and 2 other tables. I was seated outside and had to get up and track her down. She assured me that she would be out in a minute. About 5 minutes later she returned with the toast looking exactly the same and a luke warm coffee. I brought both to her attention. She told me it was the cooks fault that the toast wasn't toasted more and walked away with just the cold coffee. I waited another 10 minutes for her to return before I once again had to track her down. I kindly asked to speak to the manager. After waiting another 5 minutes she returned. She insisted that she was the manager which I found hard to believe. She said she didn't speak good English and that she tried. I'm sure the owner would be appalled at how I was treated.
