This is my review at Arlington Collision Center. I was referred by a good friend. Then I found out, in the end, I actually went to the wrong place. I was blind about their background and work. I found this all out when I got the car finished.  This is my review of their shop.  There was about 10k worth of damage on the passer side, had a driver t-bone at a four-way stop sign.    I had them do work, they worked very hard on getting EVERYTHING for the car OEM.  I had a special edition vehicle and they were aware of it and told me I was good hands.  Tom and Mark were very helpful with me about the process,. Sharing and advising what stages of the repair that was going on. I'm little nuts about my car, so I did email them a lot about status and parts and stuff. They were very cool about it.    At the same time, I had some small dents on the roof and driver side, so I opened my own claim and they were able to get those fixed as well.  It's been a couple of weeks now since  I  got the car back. I  had HUGE concerns, the car wasn't going to be the same..... They did an amazing job, the advised 3-4 weeks for it to be complete. It took a little longer for parts being stuck in Customs, not their fault. I couldn't be happier with the turnout, I highly recommend this shop anyone that has major damage on the body or needs paintwork. Took my car in after an accident at the recommendation of the insurance company and was not disappointed! Tom was super friendly, extremely patient, took the time to explain everything they did and were going to do, and was even able to help me out with some post-accident damage, which was very nice. Tom also pointed out that they take care to replace all parts with factory-issued parts from the original manufacturer, which is great because you won't violate your warranty then as well. My friend and I dropped off the car on the 23 of January. 4 days later i called to check the status and they havent even touched my car. Why were they in a hurry for me to bring in the car and schedule me to bring my car in on the 23rd if they were so busy? Hire more staffs.They are horrible with following up with customers and its the 1st of Feb...guess what? My car is not ready and they told me it would be ready by yesterday when I called Friday? What a bunch of lying lazy people that company has. I would never recommend anyone getting service here. Never. Obviously management is not the greatest here. read more

I had one of my vehicles damaged when someone backed a trailer into it. I live in the Chicago area, but the car is from Arizona, so it was in very good condition. There were a lot of scrapes to the rear bumper and the car looked awful. I contacted the insurance company of the party that did the damage. They indicated that there were three body shops that would fix the damage for the insurance estimate. Arlington Collison was not the closest, but they were the most convenient and had the best reviews. They did an incredible job fixing the car. They removed the rear bumper, fixed the bumper mount and resprayed the entire bumper, not just the damaged area. This insured a great color and texture match. The car looks new again and they did it for the exact amount of the insurance check. I highly recommend them for any body or paint work. They also replaced a broken windshield and it too looks as good as new. They made my car look perfect when I was afraid that it would never be the same again. Five stars! read more

Took 2013 Jetta in on the recommendation of boyfriend after hitting a deer going 80mph. The estimate was broken down and explained in detail, and the repairs took less than a week. I was thrilled, especially considering I didn't get a rental car. In spite of the inconvenience (I live in Lombard) it was worth the trip to know that no aftermarket parts were used (there was a large discrepancy between the Geico shop estimate and the estimate here, as a result of the labor and VW original parts, and Marek and his team made the payment/insurance billing painless) and how quick the repairs were. The Jetta was returned clean as a whistle, buffed shiny black everywhere, looking better than new. On top of that, they replaced a burnt out turn signal and tail light I had been putting off myself. I have no complaints what so ever. I came into the shop and Abe did an inspection of the damage on my car. He let me know everything they plan to do in order to fix the car. He also kept me updated during the week on the progress so I know what's going on and when I will get my car back. I was seriously, shocked when I picked my car up from Arlington Collision! First of all, Marek ( I'm not sure if he's owner or manager) However, he was amazing! he kept in touch with me consistently to give updates on my car. Not only did they do the most fantastic job on the body, but they detailed the whole inside of my car too! It smelled like cherries, they shampooed the rugs and seats, cleaned the inside of the windows and made it look brand new. The best part was, that it literally drove better than when it was brand new! I can't rave enough about this place. I'm telling you, if for any chance you need work done or know someone that does, Arlington Collision is a must! They are truly honest, nice, polite and efficient group of people! My 2013 Lexus RX 350 was rear ended on the expressway and I had no idea where to take my car for the repair. I called my dealer (Arlington Lexus) for a recommendation and they referred me to Arlington Collision. They helped me through the process with expert professionalism from start to finish. They explained everything in detail, arranged for a rental car, even turned in the rental car for me when my car was ready. I was worried about the repair because once they took off the bumper there was more damage than originally thought and the insurance adjuster had to reassess the car again. Turns out car is as good as new! The repair was seamless, paint is perfect, they even detailed my car inside and out! I have a detailed list of everything that was done and was told to call if I had any questions afterwards. I recommend them very highly, and won't hesitate to use Arlington Collision again should it ever need repair work again. read more
