The owner goes out of his way to find a way to do the job. He talked to me for 10 minutes, giving me a tip on how to fix a stain that dry cleaning couldn't do. (They couldn't because with a coat like mine some solvents will ruin the dry cleaning machines. And my coat says dry cleaning only.). So far his tip worked to get those stubborn stains out almost 100%. This is the sort of cleaner every neighborhood needs and I will be sorry if he ever moves his business. Have nothing but great things to say about this place. My fiancé and I have been here several times now, and every time we enter, we are warmly greeted by the owner, who remember us and takes the time to ask us about the items he has cleaned / altered for us before. It has a very "small business / family run" kind of vibe, and its in our neighborhood, so I like supporting them. They are also very good at what they do. They have worked miracles on some of our clothing that were starting to show their age or had weird stains on them, making them look and feel like new. I am also always surprised by how budget-friendly their prices are once I get the bill: I have paid substantially more at other drycleaners in the past. One time we went in to get some items cleaned a few days before a wedding we were going to attend. The owner worked with us to have the items that we wanted to use for the wedding expedited at no additional cost. It's little touches like that that made me feel like he really cares about our business. One final anecdote: my fiancé had a coat that had gotten damaged. Funny story: someone at a party set it down on a lit candle, the candle burned a tennis ball-sized hole through part of the coat, and left a bad black burn mark on it. It being one of her favorite coats, we wanted to see what could be done. Fast and Pure took it to their clothing alteration person, who did an amazing job of altering it, and now you can't tell that it was ever burned. Definitely 100% recommend this place. Dropped off my pants that needed a button replacement and cleaning. Left my pants on a Saturday and the lady at the counter said that it would be ready by Wednesday, come Tuesday evening, I got a text message stating my item was ready for pickup. Picked them up on a Saturday and paid 5 bucks, yup, just five bucks. What a price. Btw, for you to use their credit or debit card you will need a $10 minimum. Parking is somewhat limited depending what time you do arrive, they do have two spot specifically for the store, but again there is plenty of parking depending on time and day. read more

I scored on some Lululemon leggings at the thrift store, one pair was too long and the other pair was straight leg. I brought them here to get hemmed and taken in to skinny leg. The owner was extremely nice and patient. I told him what I wanted and he told me we can do that but it's gonna come out like "xyz...." This place is amazing! I got 4 pants shortened here and some were really complicated to fix. I had a long scrunched leggings I hated and didnt think it was possible to fix, but the tailor did such an amazing job turning them into regular leggings and removed the scrunchy part for me. It was exactly what I wanted, and she fixed my favorite shirt and found the right buttons for it. I got quotes from all the surrounding area and they have the best price and turn around time. Do NOT trust this cleaner with your Cashmere sweaters! I had a nice, oversized Vince. cashmere I loved. I had used this service before with my dresses and such so I didn't think twice about bringing in my sweater. When I got it back it had shrunk several sizes!! I could barely put my arms in the sleeves and the length was 4 " shorter! I showed it to the clerk and he said it was impossible that his service did this. I said "here's the proof they did!" So I had him send it back to them to try to "block it" and steam it to make it larger. They weren't able to do it. I have found another dry cleaning service. read more
