    Thin crust pizza 14"

The location is great except for the occasional train driving by. I liked that it wasn't right in the middle of everything but close to everything. Pizza was good, I liked the sauce, it tasted different. I asked for olive oil by the side, you should try it. The waitress was kind and cheerful. The price though, the price you see at first is just for cheese pizza, if you want any toppings you pay an extra $3, I feel like that quickly adds up honestly, but if you are not alone then it's cost effective. Cons: food takes about 30mins to arrive and my pizza had too much cheese and was very chewy.

I have been here twice now. The outdoor seating is so relaxing. Each server was very nice and welcoming. I met Robin today and she is a pistol. Great person. The wine was chilled and the pizza bread was just what I wanted. Good service, food was excellent. A great place to relax and enjoy Elmhurst's downtown or in my case to relax while u wait for the train.

This is a response to the to the owners comment. What I meant by the server was we never saw her!! she only came by to drop the check off. And no it is not correct. You have Not had the same consistency for 22 years. It is totally different from the last time we were there!! Because of that response we will not be back!!

    Penne with Marinara Sauce

Husband was super impressed with the Italian sausage sandwich - said for once, he was promised hot/spicy and he actually got it! Penne with marinara was exactly what I wanted. Flavor delicious, nice and hot. Service was friendly, not over the top, checked on us and refilled drinks, which is all I ask besides being reasonable and friendly so check check check!! Ambiance is casual, not too loud, not too quiet...families and couples - we needed a place that wasn't too fancy because we were in work clothes but still felt like we could sit down and get a good meal and this place delivered with class and no judgment. Thanks, guys.

Service was good, pizza was good, BUT they charged $11 for a half head of romaine lettuce and called it a Cesar salad and $10 for a glass of house Pinot Noir. Manager was dismissive as she blamed everyone else (distributors) and refused to even try to be empathetic. She stated very matter of fact that when she goes out she gets charged $14 for a martini. To continue the issue, the manager came out again with a copy of the wine list (which we were not provided with when we sat at the table) to tell us that there is no house Pinot. Not worth the price. Definitely will not come again. If you do decide to go...don't complain as the manager does not care.

The service here is fine. The food is mediocre *at best*…read more I ordered their "abruzzese" pasta. A relatively simple dish that no legitimate Italian restaurant should be messing up. It's tomato sauce with sliced sausage. It arrived, and I was met with pure disappointment. Dry pasta, with very little red sauce that also seemed dried out, except for the puddle oil at the bottom of the bowl. The sausage was way too salty, also dry with a grainy texture. My dinner was absolutely terrible. The members of our party who ordered the dover sole felt it was simply mediocre. And the calamari appetizer was a bit skimpy on the portion. To top it all off, the markup on wine is insane. We left feeling ripped off. My wife and I will not be returning by choice.

Q's has had my interest since discovering it sometime ago while in search of "pizza". At the time of my discovery, its 4.6 rating out of (120+) was the assurance I needed that I would have a quality experience, plus an endorsement from my barber. Looking through the menu, I took interest in items like the baked tilapia, eggplant sandwich, eggplant parmigiana, shrimp alfredo, pasta with broccoli sauce, and their pizza of course! Out of all, I ended up ordering their eggplant sandwich, which came with a side of crinkle cut fries. Whether it be Grubhub or Uber Eats, I love ordering online because it is convenient. Most of the time my orders are completed upon my arrival or near complete. By the time I arrived at Q's Restaurant & Pizzeria my order was waiting behind the counter during this ordering experience. Picking up was just confirming my name, ordering platform, and I was well on my way. I am grateful to have had a smooth online ordering experience because the likelihood of me ordering online again at the location is very high. As for my order, the eggplant sandwich smelled so wonderful once I got inside my vehicle and got my first whiff of it. It was then that I realized I had a 12.7-mile drive back to my residence in Chicago. If there was any time I would have loved for someone to take the wheel of my vehicle, it would have been that moment so that I could enjoy my eggplant sandwich. I was pleased to see the generous portions given of the eggplant sandwich and crinkle cut fries once I opened the styrofoam container. Oh my was it delicious! I will say this! Eggplant sandwiches taste better than the name appears if you have not had one before. I am quite positive that I will order it again as time goes by because it sure was satisfying. So satisfying and filling that I did not have any room for the crinkle cut fries, which I barely touched and ended up eating the following day. If you are looking for something to order on the menu at Q's Restaurant & Pizzeria, I recommend the eggplant sandwich because you will not be let down. In closing I had a good experience as I have indicated in this review of Q's Restaurant & Pizzeria. I could surely see myself ordering from again off-and-on when I am in the area likely for a haircut. And as it was introduced to me via Uber Eats, I share my endorsement of it as well with you all on yelp. I started with the Solstice Spritz -- he mentioned it was on the sweeter side, and it honestly had the perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness. Not overly sugary, just really well done. For an appetizer, we got the best (in my opinion), the wild mushroom toast. This location uses softer bread compared to others, and the appetizer had a slight kick to it that made it even better. Definitely a standout dish. I also tried the espresso martini, which was made with Baileys. It was strong but good -- smooth with that rich espresso flavor coming through. For my entrée, I had the butternut squash risotto. It was okay, but I felt like it could've used a bit more sauce or an extra layer of flavor. I ended up adding more parmesan, which helped elevate it a little. The inside of this location is really nice -- different from the other locations I've been to, but in a good way. The ambiance definitely added to the experience.
