This location is bigger than the one in De Zavala but it's a lot busier. Line moved pretty quick and the food came out pretty quick too. Drinks took a bit loner than the food. Food and drink are just as good as the other location. There are not many outdoor seating but there are plenty of parking spots. read more

The sushi was BOMB! Highly recommend the sushi! Was a little sad they don't have a big variety of boba tea flavors or at least some of the classics but other than that I got a smoothie with boba and it was refreshing! Can't want to go back to try more of the food versus the boba. read more

While I really like the product that Artea has to offer. I am lactose intolerant and enjoyed being able to have the flavor of milk tea with their nondairy creamer. I frequented the DeZavala location when it was the only location since opening and have since switched to the Culebra Commons location due to it being significantly closer to where I live. This location has been a revolving door for staff. I do not know what's been happening behind the scenes however it is absolutely insane that Marisa Choi is unable to keep employees. The high turnover rate is not normql. I will no longer be supporting artea anymore due to this. read more

We decided to try a new place for date night and it did not disappoint. The food was wonderful. I will warn that the Artea Yum Roll has a decent kick to it. But it's very good. The spicy edamame was also pretty hot. We also ordered the Mandarin salad. I was a little disappointed in the amount of oranges and strawberries but it was a good salad. I had never had milk tea before and decided to try it. I do like it. We will definitely be back. There are many things we want to try on the menu. the best boba shop in san antonio! the boba from here is always fresh and soft, and all of their drink options are delicious as well. they also have great food options, my personal favorite is the mandarin salad and my boyfriend loves the honey bacon chicken! their mobile app also has a fair rewards system and it's a bit embarrassing how much money i've spent here the staff are always helpful and kind and service is usually quick! i definitely recommend any of the sea salt cloud drinks or the okinawa kokuto latte! read more

I went here due to a vast amount of recommendations I got from friends and such, but i was vastly disappointed and underwhelmed when I finally got the chance to try it. I got a tea with lychee bear jelly and it was warm when I got it, maybe a bit warmer than room temp, which was kinda annoying since it was such a hot day. The lychee green tea just tasted like a mouth full sugar despite asking for half the sweetner. The mangonada was just that...nada to rave about. The milk tea with boba was more boba than anything and everything is a bit over priced. The creme brulee milk tea was so sweet it couldn't be finished. It has always been my little "me" time place. I love to sit in right at dinner and enjoy the patio. My go to is the bento box with the Taiwanese chicken and the lychee boba tea. As well as the Yum roll and mild edamame for appetizers. The sauce is fire but can be hot if you can't handle heat. Even for being mild. My only complaint and the reason for the low stars is because since the beginning but most recently THE STAFF has become AWFUL. I usually order through the app now and rarely go inside to order these days because I hate dealing with their employees and like to avoid them. The girls are so rude and have no customer service what's so ever. I get their young teenagers but wow it really changes your experience. The boys that I have seen work there are just distracted with what's going on with those girls they fail to help people out. ( this isn't just one incident either) Yesterday I went inside on an off chance I'd want to sit in and enjoy my evening after a long week at work. This was my place. I had questions and also noticed they had some new items. Some changes had been made to a boba I loved and when asking about it the female worker was quick to correct me and just get me to hurry up and order. I had questions about my loyalty and app as well and she just seemed really impatient. As manager of a restaurant I pride myself on having a team who treats guests with great customer service and a smile. Someone who wants to be there. Not a single one of the 10 woman making drinks inside and at the counter looked happy. I understand this is a busy establishment THE FOOD AND BOBA IS BOMB so I get it but it's completely changed how I come around. Great location and close to home. Be prepared to wait longer since the business is new. Omg the flavor I'm the fried rice and the smokyness makes you want to order for more. It taste even better the next day. Also got the pork belly that just melts in your mouth. Gao bao was fresh and so tasty. The Brown Sugar bubble tea was delish and the boba was perfectly cooked. The location is amazing. The design improves dramatically on the Da Zevala location, giving them more indoor and outdoor space, with a modern appeal. They have a large bar as well. Same good drinks as the original location. The only improvement would be the Udon (I incorrectly said Ramen), other than that this an amazing place for boba tea.
