Wide selection of colors and brands. Equally robust selection of pedicure treatments. We selected the Honey Spa Pedicure to take advantage of the vitamin content and anti-inflammatory benefits of the sweet concoction. This option also includes a 10-minute foot massage with hot stones and a steamer, callus treatment, paraffin treatment, and 6 minute chair massage. It was $45 (if you're paying cash) and it was worth every penny. So relaxing. I didn't realize how much I needed that back, neck, and shoulder massage until it was over. Everyone was very nice, keeping us informed of what was going on during our brief wait at the start. Definitely my go-to location going forward. I love that they use the plastic liners in each tub here (as I've found not every place does). I've always felt very comfortable here whether solo or with a friend.

I do believe some steps of the process of both mani and pedi were skipped for some reason- usually they clip the skin around the nails or file them perfectly straight... again- attention to detail was lacking. For the amount of time I spent there, I expected some great work. They have a points program but you have to earn over 400 points to get it, and each point is a dollar. Seems far fetched. Unfortunately, my last experience left me disappointed. I walked in one day when they were unexpectedly busy. One of the owners asked what I needed done and then asked me to come back in an hour. I said no problem, left, and waited elsewhere. When I came back, they were still busy, so I sat down. Two other people walked in after me, and they were taken ahead of me. It seemed like they had forgotten that I had returned after an hour, as they asked. I waited another 10 minutes, thinking maybe it was just a mistake. Nope. I felt ignored, so I quietly left. No scene. I just never came back. I rarely complain, and I try to support local businesses as much as I can. But being inconvenienced that way, and feeling unimportant as a regular customer, did not sit well with me. I know every person's experience is different, and this may not be yours. But I figured I'd share it just the same, at least to alert the owners to be more attentive to their regulars.

I typically request an appointment online and despite doing so unless it is early in the morning the appointment always runs much longer than necessary due to how busy they are. I'm not sure if it is due to overbooking or just allowing too many walk-ins, but I have definitely had to wait over 20 minutes for an appointment I made in advanced which is unacceptable. Charming nail is one of the only salons in the area which offers dazzle dry, but the consistency of the service is all over the place. Some technicians follow the dazzle dry procedures perfectly which results in a long lasting manicure, but others don't and my nails chip less than 24 hours after being done. This is frustrating when I'm spending $30 plus tip for something that doesn't last. Especially when I'm getting nails done for a special event. Overall the vibe of the salon is good and the people are nice, but I do hope this lapse in recent service rectifies itself so that I can feel confident in going back.
