I recently hired Art's Cleaning for a deep clean of my clients' newly purchased home. Scheduling was a breeze thanks to their ample availability and Katherine's excellent communication. I specifically requested window track cleaning and was initially fine with the $10 per window charge, even though they counted 20 windows when there were only around 10 with tracks. However, on cleaning day, it became clear that "deep clean" had a different meaning for Art's Cleaning. While the general cleaning and carpet cleaning (done by a subcontractor) were satisfactory, the window tracks remained filthy. Despite my complaint and photos, their attempt to rectify the situation fell short. The cleaners admitted to only wiping the tracks once or twice, which is unacceptable for a $10 per window service. In my experience, true deep cleaning of window tracks involves a high-pressure steamer to effectively remove grime - a service Art's Cleaning apparently doesn't offer. This experience leads me to believe that Art's Cleaning is more of a housekeeping service than a true deep cleaning company. I hope they'll reconsider their approach to window track cleaning, especially since they charge extra for it. read more

I was looking for a carpet cleaner in my area. I saw Art's Carpet Cleaning and the great reviews. I reached out to them. Very quick professional response time. They were able to give a quote via texting and I made an appointment online. They kept an open communication as it got closer to the scheduled date. Arrived within window time, I had selected. He did a walk through of areas where the carpets were to be cleaned. The carpets look amazing and have that nice clean smell. I then asked about tile cleaning in my kitchen. He said he had time to add that on. He was very professional and used corner protectors as needed throughout. After he finished the kitchen tiles, I am now regretting I didn't have him do all of the tiles though out my home. The grout looks brand new. Next time!!
