DONT EAT HERE!!!! Husband and I went last sat., my first plate food was the crab legs (puny) ate one end, cracked other end (claw) and couldn't believe what I saw, grey/greenish , and rancid ! I was pleasantly surprised at the large number of dishes available in the buffet mid-afternoon - around 3:30. Food was okay, seemed fresh, but lacked interest and that Asian flair. HORRIBLE and RUDE!!! My son and I went there for lunch on a Friday afternoon around 2:45 p.m. I had one plate and my son had 1 1/2. When we got our bill it was over $30.00. They put out seafood around 4:00 and said they HAD to charge us for the dinner buffet because we were still there when it started. Neither of us went back to the buffet after they put out the dinner items. Had I not been in a hurry I would have sat back down and ate $30 worth of seafood! They were rude and said they would have to review their camera. After reviewing he said we "could have" ate from the dinner buffet and it may not have showed up on their camera. the price is well for a family of four and getting buffet under $60 on weekend or after 4 pm during the week. The food is good when busy but the buffet can get dried out during non busy times. But when it is good it is good or we would not eat there of course. The people are always nice! Bathrooms not so good...could be alot cleaner. read more

Do not eat here. We arrived at 7:30 PM on a Saturday night. Half of the food stations were empty. I had to ask three times if they were bringing out more crab legs. The response was there is still some on the buffet (a few were limply floating in water). Finally after about 30 minutes, more came out but they should have just kept them in the kitchen. Other choices on the buffet were not worth eating. The best item they had was the strawberry ice cream and they didn't have to prepare that! Service was terrible. I did complain when we left and stated that we would never be back and I asked who the manager was. He said he was (Alex) and just laughed in my face. Never even apologized for the bad food/service (he was actually the one who was waiting on us). The floor was so sticky. Maybe the health department should pay them a visit. I repeat. It is amazing how this place is even open. If the health department came in, they would be closed due to the temperature of the food. Most of the food was either room temperature or below. Just moved to the area from the west coast, I have finally found a a place that rivals the places back home. This restaurant offer such a huge selections of items I just don't know where to start. I went for my favorite crab rangoons to start with and it just blow my expectation out of the water especially after trying the other restaurants around the area. It was crispy shell with a soft creamy center, just perfect. They have your basics general chicken and chicken and broccoli what blow me way was their black pepper chicken and lo mien talk about addictive. $50 for the worst food in new albany. Went in on friday at 445 and all the food was cold, they told me to get food out of bottom of tray. Then they wanted to warm it up on microwave. They come back to table and said fresh food was out. Still cold and vegatables was undercooked, rice hard and undercooked. Nothing tasted good. I hadn't ate here in about 3-4 years. I decided to get a box to-go.. I got a variety of chicken dishes and some fried rice. When I got home on my second bite, I bit into a bone on my general's chicken. On my fourth bite, I bit into cartilage or something in my Cajun chicken.. So, to say the least, I called back, talked to a very, very rude woman named mini(perhaps I spelled her name wrong), she told me that it's not there fault, it's my fault!!!!! I've never been spoke to like that in my life, nor have I returned anything to a restaurant.. She said that she would give me my receipt, but even if I drove all the way back up there, no refunds, it's not the restaurants fault..... I asked to speak to the manager on duty, she said there wasn't one till 5 O'Clock, and his name is Axe.. Well I have to be at work at 4:30 myself, so forget the measly $9.75, and I won't even feed that junk to a dog or ally cat........
