Had a day off and decided to try this place. Walked in to a buffet with lots of seating. Probably would be a nice place to have gatherings. Large place with plenty of seating. There was a good amount of selections, to included made to order sushi. Sushi was small and mostly rice. Some the buffet items were good some not so much. Good variety though. Waitress was very attentive. My drink was refilled wine it got low and came back to take my sushi order. Good deal for a quick lunch. I'd consider this 3.5 stars based on the food. read more

Was really excited to try the to-go buffet at this place, but left sorely disappointed. The buffet stations were dark and the food was clearly not up to temperature. I tried to be a good sport at first, but the longer I walked around, I just couldn't do it. I can handle food that's been sitting for a while, but serving cold/lukewarm food like that is a giant red flag in the food service industry - that's how you make people sick. We stopped mid-way through making our plates and decided to go elsewhere. We were willing to pay for what little food we had wasted if it had been charged by weight, but ultimately ended up just telling them we weren't paying full price ($30) for food that wasn't even safe to consume. First and last time to be there. Not one item of food was above slightly above room temperature. No mussels, no squid. Food stuffing was bready. Lo Mein mushy. Even the ice cream tasted old. I come here with my pregnant gf for the sushi which is the ONLY good thing here , and I mean the ONLY . Staff is horrendous, the plates are dirty , the food is stale , they say things in mandarin because they think you won't understand . They talk if you eat too much (mind you it's a Buffett) and try to add hidden fees like a "mandatory tip" which has NEVER been the case before and mind you I have tipped on multiple occasions but I refuse to be forced to "tip" . Food was not up to temperature or plain cold. When you pull up it looks like the place has been condemned? The inside is dark and dungy with people in every dark corner giving you weird looks. Food was so so, the display, interior, exterior was hardly shabby chic, little on the dumpy side, could use a refresh all over. The food was ok, decent variety of meat available, cooked fish too, but for me I need more than just Sriracha or spicy mustard and duck sauce to flavor my meal, jalapeños or hot chili oil was not out for use.The heating trays seemed to be on the Luke side and the food should be warmer.Desserts, fruit was limited but sufficient, ice cream, jello and pudding was available. Just came here tonight. Place had 1 couple in there, other than that the whole place was empty. The food looked very unappetizing, very dry and the apple pie was ORANGE .. not normal. But worst part of all there was a HAIR.. yes HAIRR in my food. A black hair. I let them know that and they had a hair in their food and they told me that it was mine. When you see someone sitting there at a desk doing absolutely nothing when you walk through the door, and the door itself is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING... That tells you how clean the place can be. The buffet food it's hit or miss. You have to go when it's freshly brought out or forget it. They are selling things that I believe are not what they are posting them as if you know what I mean. There are a certain few dishes in there that there is no way in hell they are chicken. I don't know what the ingredients they use, I try to stick to mainly seafood items which there really isn't many to choose from or the noodles and rice but the noodles are always just saturated like soft and mushy not like a lo mein noodle should be. But again the place is just so dirty I can't even imagine what the kitchen looks like. Customer service is subpar to say the least. Just not a friendly place whatsoever. If you are going to try I suggest you go right when they open when the food is supposed to be fresh. Even if it's from the day before which they mix in with the new stuff. They don't waste anything. Honestly I truly enjoy this buffet. They have just enough options for me to get different plates whenever I go. Constantly bringing out food and replacing empty items. Sushi is included in the price and they make it fresh for you and deliver it to the table. Under $15 for lunch. Best part is that I don't feel bloated or gross afterwards like I can at other buffets. I will never eat here again, many things on the buffet were cold, dried out, and no flavor. They don't serve alcohol, which they should because the food is nasty, if I could lower the stars to negative 5, I would. The food options on the buffet are limited either chicken service 10 ways, 1 beef dish, and 1 pork dish. Cold rice, which is there for food born illnesses. As far as Chinese buffets go, this one is pretty good. The ambiance and decor are horrible, but I don't go there for that. The food is good and there is a nice selection. The sushi is good, too. We've never had any problems with service. We usually go here for take out and I like that you pay by the container, not by the pound. You can really load up that way! For $40 on a weekend (it's a little more on the weekend), we can feed a small army and have leftovers. For some places, I need to really be impressed to give a four or five-star review, but with others, I'm just thrilled if it's not bad. A buffet is one of those cases. This place isn't bad. If I'm in the mood for a Chinese buffet, this is my go-to. read more

We go here regularly (roughly once a week) and are always pleased - the hibachi is great, the buffet selection is decent and everything tasty. Staff is average for a buffet but not bad. They have a massive made-to-order sushi menu (included in the price) but I don't eat sushi so I can't speak to how good it is. I'm surprised at so many of the 1-star reviews. Perhaps some people are expecting way too much from a $14 buffet (with drink) - Is everything always hot, fresh, and full? No, but no worse than any other buffet I've ever been to. One reviewer complained about the waitresses lack of English skills. Seriously? My cousin just visited this location today with coworkers. while heading up to gather their stuff for their first plates she saw a cockroach run across the buffet table. She told everyone in her group to put their plates down and they left telling restaurant staff why they were leaving and making sure they were loud enough to have the people close by overhear it. She has also just posted after speaking to her brother that he had a similar experience but found a cockroach in his actual food. Others posting along with her information have reported getting food poisoning as well. This location is infested and unsanitary and knows it and still serves the public. STAY AWAY! The buffet food is pretty crappy. My husband and I dine here once in a while, for both the lunch and dinner buffet and both are pretty much equally disappointing. We only go for the sushi, since you can get as much as you want for the same 7.75 and $10 prices. The sushi is decent, it's nothing to rave about and the sashimi is dreadful looking. Our waitresses barely spoke english and served me a watered down pepsi, then after I complained she proceeded to talk in chinese with her coworkers whilst looking directly at me! This was our first visit to the Asian Buffet and we will definitely be back. There was an excellent variety of food, well prepared and presented, not only Asian food but spinach tarts, baked fish, excellent desserts and much more. There was a small Mongolian grill with a great variety of meats and vegetables. Instead of a small selection of sushi rolls, you order the rolls you want and the server brings them to your table. All this is included in the lunch price of $7.75. The drinks are extra but are very reasonable. The servers were pleasant and the food tables were kept clean and well stocked. read more

First and last time here. The food was mediocre at best, even taking into consideration that it's buffet food. The staff was fairly attentive, though they spent a lot of time giggling over their phones watching some sort of videos (loudly at that). The dessert look good. My son got rainbow sherbert, but before the first bite we noticed some...thing. Embedded in the sherbert was a long, brown string/fiber/dental floss looking thing. I brought it to the attention of the staff and the matron/hostess woman. She picked it out of the sherbert and in their language debated over what it might be. They offered a short "sorry" and left it at that. I went back to the table thinking that they would address the issue, but instead ignored us. I returned to the front to speak to the woman and she walked away while I was trying to speak to her. I told her that this was unacceptable once she returned and her only response was "sorry" and the boy's meal would be refunded ($6.00). The experience was awful and I made it clear that we would never go back again. If you want a piss-poor experience and risk your health to these people, good luck. read more

New owners who have gone out of their way to insure a great, clean buffet! We eat here quite often and have never been disappointed. Sushi bar and Mongolian grill included in buffet! a little harder to get to now with the highway changes but worth finding. Good selection and very good food. Waitstaff is friendly and courteous. Extensive menu as well. Fresh food brought out very often. Great hot and sour soup (my fav!). My family of five never leaves hungry. I chose to try this place after hearing that sushi was included in the buffet. The sushi was awful and I thought it was going to make me sick. It tasted like there was mayo in the sushi. The General Tsao's was 'okay' and that was pretty much it's only saving grace. To be honest, I wouldn't recommend it. Very nice staff and owner. They have a sushi bar where during the day you can order up to two rolls with the all you can eat lunch price. Not sure how it works for dinner. The food is overall very good, a step above the old New York Buffet that used to be here. Kind of an eclectic atmosphere, they have hi def TV's playing CNN and pop music on the speakers. read more
