This newly opened restaurant at the Brambleton Town Center serves predominantly Chinese cuisine with a pretty extensive selection of sushi either a la carte or in combination with sashimi. Being a fan of PF Chang's and Pei-Wei's Chicken with Lettuce Wrap, I was immediately drawn to the Chinese Chicken Lettuce Wrap and just had to try it here. I was impressed that the lettuce wrap was not bland iceberg but the more flavored Boston lettuce, though I could certainly have used more of it to use up the generous portion of minced chicken, green peppers, and water chestnuts. The hoisin dipping sauce was a nice touch as well. We next tried the General Tso's Chicken, one of the restaurant specialties, and I'd highly recomend it. The chicken pieces are crispy and slightly sweet, accompanied by a mouth-watering sauce and al dente broccoli. We liked the Kung Pao Chicken equally but were a bit disappointed by the Spicy Tuna Tempura Roll with the somewhat mushy interior. The plum wine was delicious and the unsweetened cold green tea refreshing. There was a good selection of wine (Merlot , Cab and a white) along with two choices of beer (Tsing Tao and ?). The restaurant has an airy feel with tables adequately spaced apart. You order at the counter and the servers bring your food to the table, and both carry-out and eat-in service seemed to move rapidly. With its above-average food and rapid service, this is a good place to grab a quick lunch or dinner before or after a movie. read more

My wife had the Kung Pao Shrimp and I had the Vegetable Roll Combo. Very close to the IMAX at Brambleton and great food. This is me and my husband's one of the favorite Chinese places around Brambleton. I love their Singapore rice noodles and my husband loves their egg fried rice with schezuan green beans. Super delicious food and good ambience overall. read more

Nice place to eat. Its a mix between a normal sitdown restaurant and fast food i would say. You order at the front counter and they bring the food out to you. Despite that, the prices are pretty standard for Chinese food in the area, ~10 per plate. The Food came out very quickly and was honestly very good. I am pretty elitist when it comes to Chinese food and you could tell that the meat was actually quality meat, and that it was most likely from the animal they said it was from. In and out in maybe 20 minutes, only downside was i had planned about an hour for dinner before going to the nearby theater. read more

As far as the food goes it is some of the best Chinese in the area however it is also some of the most expensive Chinese food I've had ever I wish they would have some kind of combination option on their menu for a dinner for one person every meal is made to be shared with two or more people which is probably part of the reason why they are so expensive but one dinner and a soup for $20 is a bit much but again the taste and flavor are fantastic. read more

None of the people in our party finished their food and without being too graphic, we all needed to use the restroom within 30 minutes of eating. On a visit to Virginia, a friend and I stopped here for dinner one evening and enjoyed a very pleasant dine-in meal - not only was the food finely prepared and presented, but the flavors were spot on. We shared a large plate of sushi, which was extremely tender and well portioned, especially for the price. Another dish that we enjoyed was their General Tso's chicken - both of us found this dish fresh and flavorful. My friend is Chinese and has a discerning palate - she said it was one of the best General Tso's stir-fries she's had at a Chinese-American restaurant. As an all-around favorite, I would definitely recommend the Chow Fun. The noodles have such a great texture to them, and the stir-fried veggies add a perfect amount of freshness and flavor. Had the lunch special General Tso's. $7.95, plus $1.00 up charge for fried rice(which was really good, glad I did that). Then added 2 pork egg roll for $2.95. Total was 11.90. It was inedible - hard as a rock - we couldn't even cut into it. I had the shrimp with vegetables, and it tasted funny, like it had been sitting out for a long time, and parts of it were cold. It's obvious that they're cooking everything, freezing it, and then warming it up in the microwave. Totally disgusting. I can go to the grocery store and get a better Chinese dinner in a box. Recently I went to order my food and it was clear the young lady behind the counter could not understand what I wanted and kept butting words into my mouth. Great neighborhood restaurant in Brambleton. Given a 5 star for the cleaniness, friendly service and delicious food. It's as good as it gets in the Ashburn area. You order at the counter, given a number and the food is delivered to your table. My Husband and I ordered the spicy tuna roll, salmon avocado roll and the general tso's chicken. The general tso's chicken was delicious. The portions are a bit small but the quality is a lot better than most Chinese take out restaurants. It wasn't overly sauced, salty or greasy.
