Honestly, I'd rather see a small menu done well than a big one done badly. Everything here is house-made, and I'd recommend dining in rather than doing takeout. We started with the Cheese Wonton, pork, green pesto, and Parmesan. This was a surprise: instead of fried, it was steamed and topped with pesto and Parmesan. Tasty, unique, and shareable--two people could easily split it, but it would work for four as well. I'd happily order it again. For mains, we tried the Braised Pork and the Pineapple Chicken, both served with white rice (recommended by our server to soak up the sauce). The flavors were good, but I would have liked more sauce, vegetables, and hotter rice. Both dishes could have used a touch more umami to really shine. Granted, they've only been open since mid-July, but this isn't the owner's first restaurant. The food and service are good, but with a few tweaks, they could be great.
