I can honestly say I have rarely experienced this level of customer service. Jason was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. We came in with a very complicated situation involving multiple phones and moving lines from one business account to another. After spending time trying to work through everything with Verizon's 800 number, it had become so confusing and frustrating that we were seriously considering giving up and moving to another carrier--which we really did not want to do because we've been happy with Verizon. Jason stepped in and patiently walked us through the entire process. It took several hours to get everything straightened out, and he never once made us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience. He remained patient, professional, and genuinely kind the entire time. Without his help, I truly don't think we would have been able to get everything figured out. Jason was exceptional. We were told he primarily works at the Eastvale location, and we will gladly make the drive there the next time we need help with our phones or Verizon service. You have to line up in three different places: one for checking out items, one for the Genius Bar, and one for purchasing items outside. This setup will remain in place until September. Fortunately, they will be in the original store and complete renovation for the iPhone 18 Pro launch event there, as the situation could become extremely chaotic to manage. It's similar to the COVID lockdown-style Apple pickup windows, but you can still browse items inside. The service remains the same; manager Christina and Tim the specialist are still there and they are superstars. Only thing is that since the temporary store doesn't have any tables, prepare to bring Apple gift cards and your Apple Pay cards on your iPhone!
