They have horrible service for their security system, digital life. The digital life security system is horrible. Most of the time the app does not work. I went in to get a SIM card for my iPad. Erik was very friendly and sincere. I've gone a couple of times to AT&T stores and they're all scared to change SIM cards and use their back end system to change them and avoid surveys. As long as you're sincerely there to help customers and qualify them to the new products and services you'll always have a happy customer willing to listen to you. The only reason I'm giving a star is because yelp has no option for zero stars. I have been with at&t for years purchased multiple iPhones from them as well. This location particularly is always rude regardless. My husband has had countless issues dealing with the employees here. Today my mother went in to have them fix the screen protector that was put on at this location. How ever the associate named Adrian was extremely rude to her, said they don't guarantee them and can't be going through his inventory to fix them. I understand it's done as a curtesy to your clients but being rude to an elderly women and throwing things at her is completely unacceptable. AT&T really needs to fix this location. read more

Went into AT&T due to having issues with the bill being incorrect for 6 months in a row. Spoke with Charles, Nancy, and Jonny. Customer service was absolutely horrible. Was very clear that they were interested in sales as opposed to providing a current client with customer service. My issue was not resolved, and they informed me that I would have 48 hours for my problem to be fixed. I did not receive any feedback. Very upset in regarding AT&T. I have only been an AT&T customer for about 6 months or so. I made the switch from Verizon because I was tired of the crappy customer service and all the hidden fees. But anyway, this location is nice and clean. Everyone seems to be cherry and eager to please. I went in to get new screen protectors. The are glass and break instead of your screen breaking they're called BODYGUARDZ. They are amazing. Only thing is they cost $35 each. I bought two one for me and one for the wife. But they did give me a discount which was cool. The lady that helped was ok except for the moment she tried to be sarcastic which i could do without when being a customer. But she apologized for it. Horrible! I came here for the "help you switch." You know, were you switch from one phone carrier company to another? They said I needed my final bill from my previous carrier so I went in with it and wanted them to check the final bill like they are supposed to so that I can pay off my old carrier. I sat and waited for 30 minutes! They knew why I was there because they ask you what you're there for when you first walk in. 30 minutes! I waited, just to have a guy come out, shake my hand, and tell me that I can do this all online. Really?! You couldn't have told me that 30 minutes ago?! Hands down the worst experience I've ever had with reps messing up my acct for direct tv. I ordered package and rep messed package up. I called in day it was installed and my billing has been screwed ever since in supposed to be paying $77 a month because I'm also a wireless customer as a special package and I'm billed over $200 every month and customer care over the 800 number is zero help because they have you locked in a 24 month contract it's they're way or no way regardless of the store screwing everything up or not. I wish I could give it lower than a one star. They try to get you to buy the phone by monthly payment plan which is more expensive as opposed to buying the phone cheaper with the upgrade plan. The guy told me I had to go buy the phone at Best Buy, but Best Buy said they can only sell the phone on the monthly payment plan. By the time I went to the ATT store, it was 8:01 and they close at 8:00, they opened the door to tell me they were closed, I explained to them what happen and they had given me the wrong information, yet they still wouldn't make an exception and help me, they were closed! They sell you insurance and tell it will cover your phone, when you bring it in they tell you call this number they will tell you what to do, and by the way you will have a deductible to pay. I'm a bit of a Luddite when it comes to phones, but I finally turned in my old flip phone (it died, RIP old friend). Megan was very helpful in getting me set up with a new smartphone without breaking the bank. She informed me of multiple options, was knowledgable and very courteous, tolerating my many questions and interruptions during the setup process. It's always a rather timely process when upgrading phones and service, but Megan got me through it pretty quickly and brought me into the 21st century with very little pain. Generally friendly customer service, but buyer beware! Read all contracts before leaving the store. I've been using the Corona Tuscany AT&T store for years happily until recently. Megan sold me 3 products, 2 with 2-year contracts and never disclosed there would be any contract or monthly costs involved. She seemed unethical, uncaring, unresponsive, unprofessional and lacked knowledge on policy and was deficient in good customer service skills during follow up. Steer clear! Customer rep James was excellent in contrast. Manager Kate seemed responsive and helpful to others. Better clarity on disclosing AT&T policies/fees and management having customer service reps on the floor more quickly would endear more customer loyalty. 4 stars for past experience - 2 starts for recent experience. read more

Okay, what the heck am I giving AT&T store 4 stars. I came in this evening looking kinda scrubby with board shorts, tee, and sandals like I was at the beach at 8:30pm. I was looking to add international and the sales guy went to his computer and looked up the rates. Yikes, let me call the wife and find out what to do. Watching the Lakers vs Thunder on Uverse demo set for the meantime. Okay I give up, cannot get a hold of her. I told the sales guy, I cannot get a hold of her. So he offers two options as I start to leave the store, if I have the time, drop by this store or get on the line with customer service and they should be able to take care of me. Now as he actually telling me this we are walking towards the door, and he actually opens the door for me. WTH, am I at Nordstroms? I am actually pleasantly surprised that there are individuals at wireless stores that provide great service. Very Recently we revisited the AT&T store at the crossings in Corona. I went in to purchase a new IPad and switch my older one over to my husbands name. Upon entering I recognized Araceli, the same sales associate that helped with the purchase of my iPhone 6 about a year ago. I was delighted that she recognized us and came right over and offered to help us again. Once again we had the very best care and service that she had given us the year before. I want someone, her boss or supervisor at AT&T to recognize her for her professionalism, product knowledge and overall positive attitude and PATIENCE while working with 2 seniors who are technically challenged. I have been a customer with them for over 10 years. Last November, I made a payment over the phone. The funds were debited from my bank account. The next thing I know, my bill is really high, like the payment I made the month before never went through. So I called their customer service line and they tell me that they reversed the payment because someone called and asked them to (which no one ever did). They say they put the funds back into my account but according to my bank records, that money never hit my account. I've argued with them several times, their records indicate they put the money back, my records indicate that they did not. So, I guess I am screwed out of $375. No reason for it, nothing I can do about it just..poof...money gone. They get $375 and I get the shaft. They suck! read more

Terrible customer service....worst ever!!! I'm a 15 year at&t customer and my wife and I were treated terribly by employees and the store manager at this location. I purchased a smart phone and tablet as a gift and signed up for u-verse at the same time. Planned to go back a week later for two more smart phones and one more tablet. Both sales reps that we worked with Joel B. and Anthony lied about availability of the tablet and refused to return any phone calls. When I did finally reach Anthony he said he would call back in 15 minutes with an update of when it would actually be available to ship and never called back. When I went to the store the next day and asked him why no returned call he said "I don't know" and turned and walked away with no apology. I asked to speak to the store manager Joel and was told he doesn't talk to customers, that I could only speak to an assistant manager. Then I was told to wait and he would be right out. Then after 20 more minutes another employee went to the back to see what the hold up was and then said that the store manager Joel was gong to have lunch and couldn't be disturbed, that he would be available in another hour if we wanted to continue to wait. I'm the CEO of my own company and I wouldn't be in business very long if I treated my customers like this. It's obvious that this is a corporate store and the employees and management are not vested in providing service to their customers. Obviously we cancelled our u-verse before we left the store and will find another place to buy our additional phones and tablets. Please don't subject yourself to the poor customer service and face to face rudeness of the employees and management at this location. Time for AT&T to provide some customer service training, to the store manager Joel and the sales reps at this location. Unfortunately, integrity can't be taught....you either have it or not...and these people do not!!!! read more

Upgraded my phone today and wasn't offered a print out receipt. Once I went home and checked my email receipt I was charged an additional $100 for some type of gift card. I went back to the store and was told I could buy accessories but I never once asked for a gift card for accessories so I proceeded to ask for a refund. I was told I couldn't get a refund but I said if I used the gift card can return the items for cash. They said yes so I used the $100 and then asked to return the items only to be told I couldn't return them that same day! read more

We should have done our homework before coming to this place but my husband's phone completely died and we needed a new phone ASAP. We came near closing time and we were helped by Megan. My husband was going through his options since he has always had an iPhone he maybe thought it would be good to change it up. However Megan told us about the promotion they were having at the time which was buy an iPhone get one free what she neglected to tell us is that it required a new line. I had an iPhone 6 I didn't need a new phone but we thought since we are buying one and getting one free why pass it up. A month later passes and I see my bill and I see this new phone number in my bill and I nearly pass out, my bill was suppose to go up 25 buck or so that's what Megan told us and it is 90 more!!!! I have filled a complaint and by reading other reviews of this place it seems like Att doesn't care for customer service since the same people work here. We have been 9+ years with them but we are currently shopping other networks. These people are crooks. Brandon, an employee that has since left, sold us an upgrade last year + a free, yes folks, FREE hot spot that we had no need for. He basically threw it in the bag and said it would come in handy maybe someday. We discovered a $20 monthly charge on our phone a month later...not exactly free. We later learned it is under a 2 year contract that we cannot break. So thanks for that AT&T anchor to lock up that deal. Management couldn't care less when we complained. Our most recent con artist was Megan. She said she would upgrade me for $50 instead of $250. I have a cracked phone but she told me that I was no problem. We tried to wipe my phone but couldn't because my screen LED did not allow me to. She suggested we come back and see her. We did. She ignored us. We requested her upon our arrival. Our name was on the "sign up sheet" screen that had a note indicating our sales rep preference. She changed the name in the screen and my husband asked a guy working there why that would happen and he said he didn't know. We confronted her and she said she was busy and told us we should be helped by someone else so we did. A guy named Will helped us, told us something different than Megan and here we are, an hour later still waiting for her to help us as promised. She finally came up to us and told us she couldn't do the deal she promised because I had a cracked screen. What the????? She said it was supposed to "be a secret". I was not let in on this "secret". I asked to talk to her boss. Bryce, her manager came over to us and we explained the run around we got and he was unapologetic, unprofessional, stone faced and pretty much held the door open for us while we walked across the parking lot to Sprint where we were told the TRUTH about everything and were sold phones and a service by Joseph there. AT&T... You just wrote off $2k in business from our cellular, $3k in TV and Internet, not to mention the reputation that is tarnished by word of mouth. 15 years of loyal business means nothing to you and it's quite evident. read more

DONT DO IT! Since the day we walked in to this store and got new service it has been nothing but horrible cell service as well as customer service. They have no idea what they are talking about or doing and tell you to call customer service. Which they tell you to go into store. The cell service in CORONA is awful. No service, constant dropped calls, it's a nightmare. We are paying so much for a service that AT&T can't provide. The staff at this location are in helpful and clueless. Don't do it, you will regret it. We now have to pay $1500 to get out of our contract because we don't own are phones. My husband has a medical condition and uses the phone for work as well, and the constant dropped calls and nobody ever able to hear what we are saying because of the broken service has caused problems. I consider AT&T criminals for charging money for a service that they cannot give. We have been in multiple times to this location and they can't do anything for us. I was escorted out this last time for getting in a argument with the manager. They can't help you, these guys only care about commissions. Totally disappointed, as my prior experiences here have always been great. Went to upgrade my phone and was told that 2-year plans were no longer available. That's fine, just wanted an upgrade to iPhone 6S. CS rep and manager we're pleasant, but then I got my first bill and realized I lost out in nearly every way. I was told by the manager that I could no longer grandfather over my unlimited plan, but I had to change to the new one, that ended up being bullshit, AT&T mobility said he absolutely screwed me there, and a "free" iPad that is going to end up costing me $40 extra a month, and at the managers request, I changed from UVerse to Direct TV (installation was a nightmare), and I ended up with one less receiver and the service is for more subpar than UVerse. Point is, I got royally screwed, and now have to go back in the store to cancel my iPad, and whatever Home Next service, I am cancelling that too. I was told I'd be saving money, and instead, I got taken for a dumbass. Almost switched carriers this morning because I was so disappointed. read more
