Please don't fool yourself going to this store. They sell you defective phone as new if you reqested to replace it they ask you to pay re-stocking fee. That's how they make money out of people. read more

I'm basing this review on a phone call I made asking for technical support for our internet at work. I asked a number of questions because I wanted to make sure I knew all the information, so I could relay it to my boss. He answered all questions fine, until he just hung up the phone without even saying goodbye. I would have totally understood if he told me he had to go because the store was busy or he had a customer. What he did was just plain rude and under no circumstances was that ok. If I need AT&T services, I would avoid this location to avoid that rude guy. read more

Probabbly the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE of any retail store. Switched over to At&T and came here to do a couple transactions. After talking to customer service they told me I was able to go inside a store and they would take care of me. I've been here a couple of different times and all times they said they couldn't do it for me and I would have to do it online and mail certain things in (phone trade, setting up work discount (pay stub) and now the switcher offer(bringing in my old bill from Verizon to them) ALL THREE TIMES they turned me away at the door. They asked what they could help me with and once I told them they just said "sorry we can't upload it for you here because we don't have "access" or sorry we don't do that here you have to do it yourself and customer service was lying. After talking to customer service on the line they immediately got a supervisor and assured me that the store was able to do it. I called ahead the next day and after going back and fourth with them about what happened, they were able to do it. Either laziness is going around or just plain unprofessionalism. All three times I've been here they have always helped "new customers" over old ones. It seems they are more focused on meeting sales quotas and getting paid out than maintaining customer relations. I have no problem with At&T as they are great but this store is a disaster. Not only when I came in and finally helped me the person looked over and asked "why I was back if they weren't able to do it" after their co worker said they were able to do it here he laughed and said well it's up to you but if something happens you're to blame. Won't be coming here anymore and if you can, I suggest you go to another At&T store as well. read more

walked in with a couple questions about my plan, and my lines, and walked out with 2 new iPhones and 2 mini iPads. thanks to the help of CARLOS. he was amazing. i came in very frustrated right after leaving Best Buy, and Carlos was so understanding and helpful. he answered all my questions, and figured out ways to lower my bill with also getting new phones. He wasn't all about selling me on things, he truly was helping me and suggesting the best options for my family. I have came to this location before a few times and had to wait a long time, and never got treated the greatest but gave it another try since I was across the street at Best Buy. If you need to go to the AT&T store, go in and ask for Carlos. he's the best! thanks again Carlos !!! read more

This store is the worst! As I walked in I wasn't greeted at all! Which I kinda brushed it off just because it was kinda of busy. I was sitting at a table patiently waiting for a representative to be free. I was on my phone while waiting, once I look up two representatives we're free not once did they try to approach me to see if I needed anything or if have even been helped yet. I processed to ask a rep for help, off the bat he was super rude! I actually had to ask him to come closer to the table so I would have to screaming my business out to the whole world!! ( yes he was that far from me). Once I started to discuss my issue with him he was extremely rude even started racing his voice at me! Even at one point told me to be quiet and listen to him! When I was trying to get my point across to make him understand because it looked like he was having a hard time. Overall this experience was the WORST I have ever had in my life! Even the manager name Zoe didn't do anything & I am 100% sure she heard him basically yelling at me. His name is Javier by the way. read more

KIMBERLY was very rude, and definitely racist. She tried to pass herself off as a store manager, but with her lack of knowledge, and customer service skills I highly doubt that she was. We ordered new service online, and were told to bring in a government issued photo ID, and the credit card used to pay for the order. We did just that, brought a passport (my husbands wallet was stolen, and he has not received his new DL yet) and the debit card used for the order... but according to Kimberly and Javier (the original worker that was helping us), a passport was not good enough. KIMBERLY even threatened us with "I can just cancel the order if you like." Needless to say, after that we quickly left, and called customer service to complain. We found out everything they told us was complete BS, and that they could have helped us if they weren't so stigmatized by our skin color. ATT please properly train your representatives, and maybe consider some diversity training, because I honestly believe we were treated without respect simply based on the fact that we are black. read more

AT&T has been the worst experience I'm having being charged for a wireless number that I never received it's been 5 months and I'm still dealing with BS. This corporate office was no help basically did the same thing I did at home call dam customer service. How do I get out of this 2 year contract? I'm not refusing to pay my monthly bill but it's ridiculous to receive a monthly bill for over $500 for a device that you don't have and it's being used. I've gone trough all the departments when I call. Fraud department had the nerve to tell me this was not considered a fraudulent account since it was not done maliciously. I definitely did not authorize a 3 person to be added to my account and get free service from me. Just to think about calling AT&T every month to discuss my bill makes me sick to my stomach because it's a 2 hour call repeating my self to multiple people that I get transferred over. This review is for Micheal that works at this location. I came in very upset because I just came from the Apple Store in Cerritos where they told me they couldn't fix my phone and I have to pay $600 for a new one. I was in tears because I haven't even had my IphoneX for 6 months let alone still paying monthly for it. I had my phone fixed at an Apple Store in March due to a screen malfunction. Well I haven't put it in water since. And if anyone knows me, the reason I got this iPhoneX is because its water resistant. Ive lost 3 phones in water and I love that this phone can get wet. So I put my phone in 2 inches of water at the Disneyland Hotel, chilling with my friends, snapping pictures and enjoying the start of my birthday month!! Well my screen went black, never to return to normal again. My phone still worked but i couldn't see a thing! So of course having the warranty and Apple Care I assumed they would take care of it. I also assumed that this problem was Apples fault because they must have not sealed my phone correctly after the fix because it was in water many times before the fix and after it broke. So I go into the apple store and they said they will send it out to get fixed no problem I told them exactly what happened! So I come back the next day to get my phone back and they said nope, it has water damage, can't fix it that will be $600. I was blindsided. In tears....told him (in the kindest way to type without offending anyone) NO THANK YOU! So...we went to ATT in Fullerton. We have insurance with them too!! Thank God! So Micheal tried everything to get my screen to come on as I was telling him what happened to my phone. Well he said it should be under warranty and we should go to the Apple Store so they can replace it. I told him we just came from there and told him the story above. He was just as surprised as I was. So he helped us start a claim with ATT and that had a few challenges too. The system sent conformation codes we needed to my broken phone that I couldn't see!! So he helped us go through the steps on the phone and get everything set! He said it would be just our deductible cost for the phone which is $225 which made me feel better already. I mean at least its not $600. Once the claim had gone through they sent me a phone right away, and since I didnt have a claim recently it was only $149. And now I sit here with my brand new phone and $451 richer thanks to Micheal. He couldn't have been more helpful and made our experience so much better! Thank you Micheal! i hate at&t. i have only been with you for close to two months and all you have been is a headache. don't buy at&t. go to spring, metro, (i have never use metro but anybody at this point is better). anybody that doesn't lie and take forever to take care of things. i dont use hate lightly. but i officially hate your product, service and lies. hate, hate, hate, hate, hate. will never ever ever, ever, ever, recommend your products or services. ever went to the store and the guy that help me couldn't help me at all. when i was told everything would be good with the buy back promo they had. lies. we were made to believe that we would have a better deal. i was very happy with sprint. they are awesome and great and i have recommended my friends and family to them. i regret ever switching. at&t bait and switch their promises, very bad business. and since the guy at the store could not help me. he tried to sell me speakers and phone chargers. to add insult to injury. read more

Purchase a phone case for my mother. I purchased the wrong type she was in the hospital at the time and said we will just exchange it when I get out. We'll it was 17 days from the day of puchase and they refused to exchange it. Never used it but didn't know it had to be returned within 14 days of purchase. I myself do not use AT&T. This is a great example of why. So 30 dollars for a case that can't be used. Poor service. read more

I have been in the customer service business for over 30 years and by far this was the worst I have ever experienced. I just wanted to exchange a charger kit that was for the wrong phone but the first day they said I wasn't authorized on the account even though it was just an exchange the manager said no, so I went home I was added to the account as authorized so I went back the next day and I was told I was past the 14 days to exchange or return (who gives only 14 days to exchange or return) and that it was policy. I didn't ask for money back I just wanted to exchange but AT & T prefers that their customers not have the correct products but they just didn't care just kept right on quoting it was policy per the manager who by the way never bothered to come over. I will never ever recommend AT & T to anyone and every chance I get I will say why. read more

Horrible service. Dishonest and try to rid off customer. I ordered a phone case online for $5 and selected for in store pickup at this location in Fullerton. After filled out information and paid for it online, I got an confirmation email for ready pickup. Came to the store and was told that even I paid for $5, they couldn't let me pickup and I have to pay $50 (yes, fifty dollars) if I want to get it. Wth???? The guy Eric said they didn't have to honor the price. He said they had the item in store but $50 was the price. Period. I kept insisting that I paid for it online and just come to pick it up with my confirmation email but nothing he could do. Four of my friends ordered the same item and picked it up at other different at &t stores without problem. I told him about that and he said other store violated AT&T policy (really???) I asked him three times is that really an at& t policy and he "confirmed " yes. He also confirmed that his manager would do the same thing. Come on!!! This is BS. If other stores didn't do it. Maybe there is an price mistake and they have the right to cancel the orders. Don't waste my time to send me a ready to pickup email and made me pay more. Does it make any sense ? . I ordered an item for $5 and got confirmation to pickup. Went to the store and was told to pay $50 ??? This is called a "scam ". Waited my time and so frustrated. What a service !!! read more

This store doesn't even deserve a single star. The female who helped me was a liar. I was told I would be given a $100 dollar credit for bringing a number from another carrier. I asked if I could use that credit towards one if my bill payments and was told bo. She said I HAD to use it to buy something in store. I ended up buying an overpriced speaker and left it at that. I did not need any accessories or electronics but since I was told I had to use the credit in store I figured I might as well get something more expensive. I had issues right off the bat. I specifically told the liar that I did not want insurance and what do I find on my first bill? A insurance charge. I called to get that fee removed and upon doing so I found out that the credit which was offered to me was actually supposed to be $150 not $100. Further more I was informed that the credit in fact COULD be used as a payment. I went back to the store to return the speaker only to find out that I was one day passed the return deadline. I explained the situation to the manager who did not really care to resolve the matter. I explained how the only reason I got the speaker was because I was tricked by the employee. Finally after arguing back and forth they ended up taking back the speaker which I might add was not used or even taken out of the box. AVOID AT&T if possible but if you must have their service atleast go to a different store! read more

I just wanted to start by saying I have never in my life been treated as poorly as I did today when I walked into the AT&T Store in Fullerton, CA. I was told by an employee on Saturday when I was buying my new phone that the AppleCare Protection Plan covered everything but the phone being lost or stolen. He said that if the phone got dropped or the screen cracks that my phone would be 100% covered and I would get a new phone. I opened the plan and it is completely untrue. The guy whose name starts with an M totally lied to my face making me believe that I was getting a good deal Four days later I go into the store and get laughed at right away as I open my mouth to say I would like to return this. Three employees started shaking their heads while smiling as one guy tells me "Sorry we can't return this". I told him that I just got it the other day and the guy who sold it to me lied about what it covers and I wanted to return it. He continued to say no because you opened it. Ya I opened it but I didn't register it, I opened it to read the warranty, and I'm glad I did because M. lied to me and told me different. The other three employees a girl who wore a blue sweater and had long curly dark hair, a tall dark haired man whose name started with an A., and a shorter blonde haired guy were all looking at each other smiling trying not to laugh, which obviously started to frustrate me more. I told them it was rude and I would appreciate that they stop laughing and mocking me, they snickered even more. At that point I said say this was (BS) not as nicely, and I asked again for the second time for a manager. They told me I could stand on the other side of the store while I waited. About 7 minutes later M. (Who sold me the phone and plan) came out and was asking how he could help me. I told him the situation and he said I would have to go to Apple to take care of the return. He continued on saying how it would be better to keep the plan, and I just thought to myself seriously I just want to return this not have you try to sell me it. And not once did I get to speak to the manager like I asked. I asked for corporates phone number and not once did I get that either. This store is a joke. They are rude, liars, and don't care at all about the customer. All they care about is the sells, if you aren't looking to buy a phone right here right now they won't even look your way. I work at a very well respected hospital and it would never ever keep an employee like these. If an employee acted like that they would be fired right then and there. Beware before going to this store, you are going to be treated horrible, they will lie to you, they will try to cheat you, they will cheat you. I am now returning my phone and will end my 5 year contract with AT&T. I will not stand for a company who puts up with this, this is not how one should treat another, I am a customer, not someone that can be mocked and made fun of. Your store is rude and it really upsets me that you allow your employees to treat people the way you do. read more

I went to this store in August to up grade my phone since it died the night before. Mauricio was the salesperson that helped us. I also switched from cable to U-Verse at the same time. I ended up with Samsung 5S and my husband got the Samsung 4. We have been with AT&T for a few years and I was just getting ready to switch to Verizons when I went into this store. I thought Mauricio was very nice and knew exactly what I wanted. Boy was I wrong! He messed me up royally. He put us on an installment plan (not the 2 year contract like I thought, which was what I had) He told me our plan would be around $200.00 for phones. internet, and tv. Little did I know that was just for the phones! He raised our bill from $141.00 to $229.00. He not only messed up our wireless but my home phone and my Ipad. My tv bill is @ 130.00. I have been trying to email the store manager but the email address that a store employee gave me keeps coming back saying failed. All this and all I wanted was an Iphone 5. read more
