I had just wanted to run her in and have her get a feel for the new phones because its time for her to upgrade. We walked up to the store, as I saw her eyes get all excited with her knowing that she was going to be playing with some new electronics very soon... Only to find out... She hardly looked at my phone and said she couldn't help me reset it or anything. Honestly she probably couldn't but I've been giving this nonchalant answer from her multiple times and it's left a bad taste in my mouth. I was directed to another T-Mobile location by her which is probably the only decent thing she's ever been able to provide for me. Will not be coming back to this location. But since I have T-mobile, I don't care about those other stores. Came in today needing to have my 4g fixed on my unlocked Verizon Phone. I guess it's a problem when you have T-mobile and you use a verizon phone. Anyways the girl there was more than happy to help, and it only took her a few minutes at best to get the problem straightened out. I also went here a few months ago to get my a new sim car, and they were very helpful and even offered some employee discounts for me (the employee there may have pulled a few strings). Thanks T-mobile, I swear today if you weren't going to fix my phone I would have switched to Verizon. Kudos!

He claimed that that she needed a more expensive screen for an iPhone, but apparently they did not have it or I'm sure he would've been happy to charge her even more. Now we are disputing the charge with the bank... even his phone cases look like they're from SHEIN or Temu! ;(. If we would ask a question she would start talking over us to where she made it clear she was not even trying to listen to us. It got the point another lady came over and answered a question for us as she had been observing what was going on. It got to the point that we were so frustrated that we just left. No answers no help. Hopefully we can have a better experience next or we will be looking for a new carrier. (Been with sprint t mobile for over 25 years)
