After further discussion with the service tech and 3 hours later we had to spend an additional $300.00 and turn in spectrums equipment to our local store in California our associate mention we would have been better off canceling and starting a new service here. I called to be sure they were able to fix my iPhone 13 mini and then headed over. I didn't get her…read morename, but she was so nice and friendly! Getting the back glass replaced was $89 + tax and when I paid, she held down the receipt covering the tip line. Whether that was intentional or not, I appreciate that she didn't ask for a tip. She called when it was ready and it was right on time of what she estimated. The phone looks great and when I walked in, she was trying to polish the scuffs off (there was no hope). The replacement also comes with a 30 day warranty. Friendly customer service and quickly repaired the phone. I wouldn't hesitate to return, but hopefully I won't need to!
