Uthur asked me "are you sure? We can replace it for you". To which cocky me was like "Nah I'll be fine ". Cut to 3 hours later: Oof did I mess up my phone pretty badly while doing so. I managed to not only strip the head of two 3 point screws, but also break the front screen ribbon cable and pierce a hole into the old lithium ion battery (luckily no one got injured ) while trying to get an aluminum cover plate off the battery connection. It was at this point I realized, I do not have the delicate touch required for phone screws . I came back to Uthur about an hour before closing time at 7PM. He graciously fixed up my phone and had it up and running in 15 mins. These guys know what they're doing and are extremely professional, affordable, and have wonderful service. Try them out, you won't regret it.

This battery they bought and gave started suddenly running out in 20 mins despite regular diagnosing and low battery mode, and I found out it ballooned (the first battery never ballooned it was only old). The battery's technical "actual" capacity decreased drastically, which may mean it's a bad battery. So I ordered another battery from the proper website and it works fine with that technical capacity matching the manufacturer label. I would conclude this with either the repair store had this type of battery with them all along but it was too old, someone switched the front sticker label to have "lenovo" yet the battery is a knockoff replica from Amazon (my only clue is that it's label sticker doesn't wrap around the plastic case like my newest one does), or the provider that battery was delivered from is not trustworthy and this store should buy from somewhere else.
