The worst store I have been to. My monthly bill went up by $40. The guy in the store can't figure out what is wrong and doesn't show any sense of customer care. I walked into the store debating whether I should stay with AT&T or move to TMobile (I have been with AT&T for 18+ years), this guy helped me make up my mind. I used to go to the AT&T store at Peninsula Center store where the staff showed they cared about customers' billing and wanted to make sure they kept the customers. I'm thoroughly impressed with the staff/Mgr (De'angelo) for not only assisting me with some iPhone tech issues, but also saving my family quite a bit of $ by examining our current plan and seeing some outdated things we were still signed up for. Totally not something he HAD to do, but it felt like he WANTED to help. All in all, I have a newfound respect for AT&T (which never existed for me) and specifically this location and staff for taking extra time to help a customer. read more

Worst service ever. Went in to upgrade my phone. But the sales girl said they had to order it. What phone stores has no phones. Didn't help that she was clearing didn't want to be there. The other associate was busy with another customer and the third associate was flirting with his coworker. This is the only AT&T with a decent parking lot. I came in a couple months ago for a screen saver Star was very helpful with amazing customer service. She had a few customers but made me feel well taken care off. Yesterday my screen cracked and I decided to upgrade. I could have stopped in Manhattan Beach or Marina Del Rey but chose to come here when Star was working. Once again amazing. This is not what an AT&T store should be! If it's convenient for you, think about going elsewhere instead! The manager, April, is not customer-oriented. She'll be sure to short-staff the store so you are guaranteed to wait. If you get lucky, if may be only 10 minutes! What if there's a line? Or the person ahead has a problem with their phone, or wants to add a line or get a new device? Good luck! Next, they've got a list of rules here that AT&T doesn't know about! Try this one: back in November, the associate said they don't take payments of any kind! You can only buy something there! Today: April said they don't take check payments! OK. Another means. Last Saturday, I tried to make a phone payment using my debit card. The associate said she couldn't take that either! Try mailing it in. It took 18 days to process the check because they were snowed in! Still want to do business with AT&T? Find another store. There are many others within a few miles! read more

She knew I just wanted to return equipment but referred me to the UPS store even though it was AT&T equipment. Since I have wireless billing I don't have my account number. Sales people are this location are very pushy and come off desperate. But they are nice. Although they aren't very knowledgeable. I feel like I know more info than they do. This isn't a company store so they do offer deals on accessories. Generally I would avoid this location because they have given me wrong information in the past. read more

My wife was having problems with the touch screen on her Apple iphone. We tried to see if we could do anything on our own (hard reset etc.) to avoid going to an AT&T location as our previous experiences have been exhausting and long. When we realized we couldn't do it on our own, we decided to try a different AT&T location, Rolling Hills. We didn't have an appointment and there was only 1 associate working and he was with already with a customer. He acknowledged us immediately and was able to get to us within 10 minutes. Derrick was very knowledgeable and was quickly able to help us with our phone and walked us through the insurance program that we already had. He was professional and provided great customer service. The next time we have an issue with a phone, we will definitely go back to this location and ask for Derrick. read more

Visited the store to see the newest phones on the market. The sales representative there was so adamant asking for a lot of information when all I wanted was to browse and see the phone in person. There was no wait virtually no other customers which was great for me! I was helped by De'Angelo & Stephanie they were so professional and thorough with my account I felt like they actually wanted to save me money! This is what an AT&T store should be. Other locations should take note and learn from this location. After purchasing a Samsung Galaxy s7 edge from a different AT&T location, I had some issues with the activation. I have two lines but only one was working. No data, no calling capabilities. I was in the area in the evening so I stopped by this location and was promptly greeted by both the young man and woman. Both were friendly and didn't start with all the sales mumbojumbo. The guy went through all checks to make sure he solved the issue completely. Throughout the process both were very respectable of my time and best of all spoke to me in a manner that made me feel appreciated. I usually cycle through phones on a constant basis because of work. This store used to be very healpful on problem with my phone. The new staff in the store now are clueless on phone connectivity. I brought a new Samsung S8 phone and am not getting LTE signal, even though I am in the LTE coverage area. I told the girl at rhe ciunter all I got is H+ on my signal. She looks at me loke a deer stare into rhe headlight. I told her I have tried the tech support withiut success and want to see if a new SIM CARD mighr solve the problem. My mom got here at 9:00 when they open. Young man was standing outside with a cigarette talking on his cell phone. He told her he'd be right there. She waited inside alone for him for 5 minutes. Then he wrote down information about what to do about cell phone coverage when traveling in Europe on a little tiny sticky notepad - no information, really, and illegible. I am actually posting to let the community know that I am in the process of gathering information and class members for a class action lawsuit that I am in the process of filing. This store and its partner "Gadget Guard" not only peddle a defective product, but they also "sell" an illusory guaranty. The product fails instantly and, worse, the guaranty is not valid unless you open the product immediately - a fact you cannot know until you open the packaging (after, you know, you purchase it). read more

Came in to have my phone activated. My fiancé had gone in first to get in line for me while I finished a call. From the moment he spoke with Mary she told him she wouldn't be able to help and already started with the anti costumer and anti friendly attitude with poor service. I even tried to engage her in conversation about pv florist next store and still nada, no warm friendliness. Nothing. So.... Long story short she won't help me. The felling the fiancé got was that they just didn't want to help us. Perhaps if we were buying the phone there through her maybe it would have been different??? Anyway, we went down the hill and voila my phone was activated. Had Mary known what she was doing she would have known my phone was ready and all she needed to do was call some phone number. He provided me with excellent customer service, such a high level of customer service that I plan on going back to this location the next time I need something for my phone. Went to store on 7/26 for a pre-paid temp phone number. The service lady bent the sim card, forced it into the sim card slot causing the sim card slot jammed. We had to drive 20 miles to a Apple Store for repair. Worst of all, the service lady still tried to make a sell even the phone was not functioning. read more

The man in front of me turned on his heals and walked out. It was not long before I knew I should do the same thing, and I did. The two female employees yelled from their desks at those of us waiting for help , asking each up of us if we were in for an "upgrade," and, if not, then, what did we need. No effort to put us down on an appointment sheet or to assure we would be next. These were not welcoming greetings. I like At&T. I pay for plans for other members of my family. This, however, is a store I could not use. CLEARLY, management needs to remind the employees that service is the primary product that AT&T has to sell. read more

I have to say for such a laid back store, when you go in for an up grade because your billing tells you your eligible for a free upgrade, these people can make you head spin. They try selling you phones beyond what your looking for and all the while they tell you, you are saving money. Sales rep Joe will even tell you, they never had free upgrades, real BS. This is my FIRST Yelp review EVER and felt the need to share my experience to warn others. I went on this Sunday afternoon at around 1:30pm with my father to purchase 2 iPhone X's for us. As we walked in, there were 2 sales associates, both helping customers. One was tall and one was short/scrawny. The tall employee looked up and said "oh you must be who just called to see if we have any iPhone Xs in stock, I will be right with you!". So, my dad and I sat on the bench in the back. We waited about 30 minutes as the tall guy helped a woman out. Finally, the shorter sales associate was finished with his customer, and the tall man said "oh look! My colleague is done, so he will be able to help you right now". The short guy looked at us and said "yea nope sorry I'm taking my lunch break" and left. We waited for an HOUR AND A HALF and still NOBODY helped us. The store was filled with people waiting for assistance and not once did they help anyone. There was ONE employee on the floor, the other guy enjoying his lunch in the back room for way over 30 minutes, and all the guy kept saying was "I'll be right with you". I am disgusted that I wasted 1:30hr of my time in that store and will NEVER be going back. Going to APPLE to buy my iPhones, not AT&T. read more
