Terrible experience at this location! Manager tried to up-sale me on a iPad and watch when I went in to upgrade my phone. When I went back to return the items he literally yelled at me across the room "that i wouldn't save any money". Luckily one of the employees (Antonio) helped me return the items. I wasn't fully explained all the changes on my account and discounts were removed. Awful customer service everything about this AT&T is awful. They lie about what they're trying to sell you each month. Your billing payment is different and they never specify that when They're selling you a phone most of the workers there don't know what they're doing. In my opinion, they should all be fired and re-hire new AT&T experienced people every time I go in there I always have a horrible experience they should not be hiring kids to work at a phone store. As soon as I walked into the store I knew it I was gonna have a bad experience, the guy who was working there was lay down in one the the sofas, he didn't look like he was working there, the didn't have any uniform, he didn't look presentable at all. The young lady took a while to order my phone and she was nice but apparently she didn't know what she was doing. I spend 4 hours on the phone on and off trying to fix an issue with my phone data and kept getting sent off to different agents. Eventually I came to this store where Michael approached me while I was on a call with an agent who was not helpful and kept insisting I just go to the Apple Store and get a new phone. Michael B listened to the issue and immediately said, "I can help with that if you'd like" he made me feel like he was confident in knowing what to do, so I hung up on the phone agent. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Me and my mom came in to upgrade my phone and the employee Parisa told us about a new promotion that you upgrade your phone and get a new IPhone for free. I asked her about 9-10 times to make sure what the catch was and she kept saying no catch at all you can sell it or keep it. I come to find out that I'm paying $30 a month because the phone is directly attached to a new line. She told us about 15 times that the final monthly payment will come out to 160 before tax and now it is 250 a month. Super shady behavior and me and my mom thought she was someone we could trust. The store is really spacious with lots of lights and lots of options for phones but unfortunately the service is hit or miss. And 90% of the time that I go, the service sucks. I walk in and out and no one says anything to me or I have to flag someone down to get them to look something up. They usually average 5 employees at a time too, so its surprising. I guess things have improved slightly because someone greeted me when I walked in this morning and put my name on a list. But after looking at phones for awhile, I noticed that one of the people was just on a computer (i see this a lot, what are they doing? and is it that pressing?) and someone came back from break and went to help someone else (uh, whats the point of the list then?). The way they have tried to write your name down and have call you when they are ready is ok, but it does not eliminate the fact they are always shorthanded. This store is always super helpful. Not because everyone is nice but because they work to solve your problem. JJ is my goto person here, but there have been just as helpful. The store can be busy at times, but go chill at Starbucks if there is a wait. There is also a panda express nearby. Unless I'm getting a really good deal on a service or phone, I don't think I can ever give a cell phone store 5-stars. However, this AT&T was pretty nice. They have a TV screen that displays how many people are ahead of you which is cool, but my husband and I were third on the list, but we waited a good 20 minutes before we were called. That's totally fine and all, but why are there 3 greeters waiting for people to walk-in, when they could be helping out the people who are waiting? Strange. Nick helped us out and he was very knowledgeable with all of the wireless, data, and Direct TV plans. He helped us quickly with moving over my phone from another plan and getting my husband off of his plan with another cell phone company. My husband had to come back two days later to complete the transfer, which happened to be Black Friday, and he didn't have to wait at all, since Nick remembered him. I've had AT&T for over 10 years (even through Cingular) and I haven't had any issues! All in all, good experience at this location. We weren't there terribly long and workers were very nice and helpful. And my husband and I are now on the same cell phone plan, which is the next step in adult-ing, after getting married. =) read more

I went to this store to buy a Prepaid SIM card for my friend to use while visiting the USA. I bought the most expensive $75 Unlimited Plus plan (Unlimited talk and data). They mistakenly gave me the $75 tablet-only plan (no talk) instead. I did not realize it since data and text messages worked fine. Only after my friend has driven to southern California and tried to make a phone call did we realize that we had been given the wrong plan. That's when the nightmare started. I went back to the store to get them to change the plan. They said they can't do it in store, and gave me number to call. I went home and called the number. After attempts by the operator to avoid doing so, they finally caved and the operator made the change to the plan. THEN the operator tells me that I need to go BACK to the store to get them to apply credit to the account in order to activate the new plan. In other words, the operator de-activated the already active SIM card and left me hanging until the store could apply credit to the account. I rushed back to the store, and they tell me their system is down and there is nothing they can do and no idea when the system will be back up! AT&T - telecommunications provider - is not able to connect themselves to their own system! As my friend is relying on this SIM card for all his navigation needs, I had no choice but to double-pay out of pocket so as to restore service to the plan so he will not be stranded somewhere Los Angeles. read more

So tell me why when I call AT&T to switch over my old # (which they told me I could in the store), they tell me I have to go into the STORE to get that done. So I go into the store.... and what does he say? "I have to call AT&T to get that done." And then they wouldn't even do it, the person on the phone said that they "just changed their policy, now you can't transfer a number when opening a new contract if it doesn't have the same area code as the area you are opening it in." I have been an AT&T customer for more than 10 years and recently I got a new phone from this store. In all the years that I have been an AT&T customer, I have only replaced 2 phones and each time due to the phone getting old with a failing battery. Lately, I got a phone from this AT&T store where I requested a new phone. I went in with the expectation of signing another contract with a new phone for 2 years. Instead a sales personnel sold me a phone without contract by stating it was the better deal. The choices were: 1) $199 for the phone with 2 year contract. 2) $27 for 12 months with no contract. Initially I wanted the $199 deal but ultimately the sales rep convinced me that spending a bit more without the contract has its benefits. What he failed to mentioned was that for the $199 deal, I get to keep the phone. The other deal requires me to return the phone to AT&T after 12 months or I have the option to pay $27 for another 8 months to own the phone (essentially paying full price for the phone). When I saw the initial bill, $550+ was charged to AT&T. I mentioned this to the sales rep and he assured me that I'll still be paying $27 a month as mentioned and this was charged to AT&T not me. When the first AT&T bill came, I was shocked to noticed that I had to pay $27 for 20 months. This was inconsistent to what I was sold. I went back to the store and this time talked to another sales rep. They wouldn't change me to a 2 year contract because the 14-days grace period for returns are over and I have signed an agreement with them. I am currently pissed as I was blatantly duped by this sales rep with misleading information. I will find all avenues of complaints that I can find as I will not rest until I get this thing fixed. My final option that I dread is to drop AT&T as my carrier all together but in the mean time, I will halt payment and try to resolve this with the AT&T parent company. I believe due to the crappy nature of how commissions are made in these stores, some of these sales reps are dishonest and I believe some customers will not complain because of a signed agreement. I find that AT&T (the parent company) is also to blame as they always try to hide the full cost of these things from their customer and always have hidden costs behind all their services. We took in an old, used phone to get a new SIM card for it and set it up on our family plan. Everything seemed to go okay, until we got our next month's bill. They signed us up for a "Mobile Insurance Premium" on this crappy old used phone for $6.99 a month. Makes me wonder how many people don't check their bill regularly and have had this charge on their account for months. Luckily I noticed it on the first bill and removed the "service", but good luck getting money back from AT&T for their errors. AT&T sent us a new 5G phone because the old 3G will no longer be supported in 2022. Great, appreciate that they are taking care of existing customers, especially those that still only make calls. Phone user is 95 years young, he's doing just fine. I tried to activate the phone using the phone, did not work, tried activating from my AT&T account online, would not work. Went to the AT&T store, walked in, Shade asked if she could help, and that was it, she handled everything with no delays. Of course your standard info questions, verification and boom, all done. She even looked at all of my AT&T accounts, tried to see if she could get us any better deals for our plans, sure enough, found us savings at the same time increasing our plan to unlimited data. Later on my brother asked her what else could be used to verify credit, and guess what she says....A PASSPORT. Wow. Came here to do some research because I got my iPhone stolen. At the top of the morning, I got paired with Aleks, a sales consultant. And he tried to sell me, before he was to help me. That is the wrong frame of mind when dealing with someone who just lost their phone. He told me that "he would keep it real" and that if I were to purchase a cable package, that I'd be able to replace my phone for $199 with an extension on my 2 year contract. He pretty much told me that I needed to "spend more, blah, blah, the company isn't making money on me..." It didn't make sense to me, because I called AT&T yesterday. And they had a different story.
