The first thing I experienced was the horrendously loud noise from all the gaming machines. Next, there were very few customers at the bar or using the booths. The customers at the bar were more interested in each other than anything on the screens. The barmaid was at the far end of the bar yukking it up with some guy who probably was her boyfriend and I was ignored. Finally, I went up to someone who worked there and was told something about a basketball game being on and the PPV will start after the game. Total bullsh*t. Another employee got a remote and found the PPV and put it on two screens. The barmaid eventually came over and seemed disturbed that she had to take my order. She soon disappeared again and didn't ask me anything about how I liked the food or whether I wanted a refill (soft drink) until I was about ready to leave. Now it's close to midnight, and the bar area booths got swamped with little kids who just finished with the games. What normal parents bring their little kids to a bar near midnight when they should be in bed sleeping? I was glad the PPV was over and I couldn't leave fast enough.

I'm sitting here thinking the signing has been completed. The signing finally takes place on 2/26/24. At that time we're told items will be done shipping by end of day Friday 3/1/24. On 3/11/24 I ask for a status update on Facebook and am told they're being careful and taking their time with shipping. On 3/18/24 I ask for an update via email. On 3/21/24 I'm told that they're still working on orders and to contact them on Monday if I haven't received tracking. We've officially reached a year since my initial order. I give them even more time than suggested and wait until 3/28/24 to ask for an update. I'm told that my item is with Hogan and should be returned soon and I quote "sometimes, items are missed, and that's what happens" and they offer me a 10% refund once they send the item to me. On 4/1/24 I send an email explaining how dissatisfied I am and breakdown everything that has taken place, like I am now, and state that a refund of $16.00 is unsatisfactory given all that has taken place. By 4/10/24 I'm emailing, posting on Facebook, and DMing the business account because I'm not getting any response when I ask for an update. I legitimately begin to wonder if they've lost my item. I finally receive a response back on the same day stating that the signing is done and there's nothing to worry about. On 4/17/24 I ask for an update. No answer. I ask again on 4/18/24 and am told Hogan's shop is shipping it out on 4/22/24. On 4/29/24 I again ask for an update as I've heard nothing. I'm told that they'll check the status and let me know. "Either way we will make it up to you for the delay". On 5/3/24 my item is shipped to me. I receive it on 5/8/24 and thankfully my item is in good shape and Hogan has added his signature. I send a DM saying I got it back and thank you. I remind them of the compensation mentioned due to this ordeal. I hear nothing. On 5/10/24 I simply send "hello?". They respond and say we will get back to you on Monday. Even the refund got delayed. I hear nothing on Monday. Today, on 5/14/24, I ask for an update and they ask if I would like a small refund or some autographed prints with no mention of who signed them. I want this over. I say I would like whatever refund your able to give. They refund $16.00. I assure you I was kind and courteous throughout this entire ordeal and have all of the receipts to prove it as well as prove my story. 421 days after my order was placed the situation is finally over. After all of the delays before the signing, delays in shipping items back, finding out they completely forgot my item so my signing was delayed even further, delays getting my item back to me after it was actually signed, and even delaying compensating me after telling me multiple times I would be taken care of. All of the negative things that happened with my order was apparently worth $16.00. I'm happy to have my autograph finally, but I will absolutely NEVER do business with Heroes Hideout again and I would advise anyone that asks me against it.

I'd like to see some new equipment, and have some of the existing equipment repaired or replaced. But, there's really good bones, here. Having opted for a family membership with my partner, we've brought my spawn here several times. The kids space is pretty well set up. It would be nice if it were staffed a little more. I'd actually say that's one of the things the space lacks, is clear staffing. Everyone I've met so far has been friendly, and helpful. Very nice. The location is really central. Parking is the only real pain, weekends are pretty convenient. Lots of nearby food and beverage. Nibble moved in right next door. It's a great space.
