Whenever looking at something a staff member usually will come up and ask if I have any questions or if I need assistance. Theirs prices just a little higher but their quality is very good and if you should have any problems you definitely can bring it back. I love coming here.

I'm a frequent shopper.. Purchased some Hoka's back in November- but one side started ripping - so I returned and purchased another On shoes.. Surprisingly they did not fit.. (yet I have four pairs that are the same size and fit).. go figure- Returned them and started browsing in store.. Just my luck- found a nice On pair- I like these because it's really not messy on the upper.. Noticed an email on the Rei app about the new On Cloudsurfer 2 trail running-.. Wow- those are ones I just got..! Comfy and decided to wear them today..

The store is large and bright, with clearly marked aisles and a lot of merchandise offered. If I were smarter, I'd stop here before REI or Patagonia. I really wish they would open a Sierra branch in my 'hood in Northern California! Sierra is like the "sporty" arm of the TJX family of stores. You can get camping gear, clothing/shoes for men, women and kids, home goods, toys, snacks, pet supplies, and so much more. It's like a treasure hunt every time! There's also clearly marked red tag clearance items in each department. On my recent visit on a Saturday morning, I found good name brands in clothing and shoes, such as Columbia, Eddie Bauer, Levi's, LL Bean, and Crocs. All at discounted-from-retail prices! The store was recently remodeled and everything was neat and tidy. The cashier was pleasant and the line moved at a reasonable pace. There weren't a lot of workers roaming the floors to ask questions, but then again, this isn't a typical department store, so don't expect Nordstrom service! Highly recommend checking Sierra out to see what bargains you can find!

We are very loyal customers. Quality/Quantity - Here for the Wax and Watch event DIG. My first time and what an amazing event. Fundraising for so many nonprofits, see pictures. Also sponsored by Fifty Fifty Brewing Co; I had a few too many beers, too good of a time. I also found out about Fifty's Grand opening at RPM, which we also supported and attended the next day, see other Yelp Review. Non alcoholic drinks were also available. Too lazy to have brought our equipment for the wax. Plus Mt Rose gives us each 4 free waxes that I rarely use up. Raffle - We did NOT win. Atmosphere - Clean and organized location. Love the NV art on the side of the building/in the parking lot. Cool! See pictures. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm and on Sundays from 10am to 6pm. Small parking lot, but because we came in off peak (weird) hours, it is rarely an issue for us. And today we got lucky as the lot was full but a car gave us his space. This place has been around forever, probably one of the oldest businesses on Kietzke, I have…read moreshopped here for both fishing tackle and firearms accessories and the shop is always well staffed and the salespeople know their stuff. If you want advice from hunters and fishermen who actually have lots of experience doing both in Northern Nevada, this is where you go. My only complaint is the prices, which are going to be more than just about anywhere else in town but I suppose that is how you keep the shop well staffed with knowledgeable people, but still puts it in the "if I can't find it anywhere else, I bet I can find it here" category. And the parking can be a headache when it is busy.
