I appreciated the opportunity to engage with Patrick our Michellen star chef while watching him prepare each course with precision & love. We started by sharing Tatenyan Kitty sake that was light of fragrant with a gentle, sweetness and dry finish that was well balanced. I enjoyed watching Patrick prepare each dish some torched, with gold dust, charcoal, and minut details with tweezers. Patrick told us about each course & the ingredients contained.
