Spicy Tuna Deluxe Roll - Specialty Rolls
    Matt S.

My newest Sushi spot in Boca...Wow, very impressed with this place! Small and quaint with plenty of flavor and style. Fantastic attentive service from staff. The sushi was amazing: fresh, tasty and decent portion size! Chillin with the relaxed vibes as the reggae music eases you into a subtle tropical sushi soirée!

First time here and had a good experience! Service was good! My boyfriend got the California roll and said it was good! I got the chicken spring rolls and to be honest I've had better but still decent. He got the chicken hibachi rice with extra rice and I got the chicken and broccoli ! We both got a salad with ginger dressing with our meals. Felt the salad needed more dressing because mine had barely any on it. The meals though were really good! The hibachi rice was very yummy Chicken and broccoli sauce was flavorfuL We definitely will be going back!

    Tofu stir-fry lunch

Stopped in for lunch. They have plenty of tables outdoors. We sat inside. It was dimly lit. There were 7 tables and a  bar with 6 seats. I hope they are busy at dinner or with takeout because we were the only diners. The lunch specials include soup or salad. The salad was fresh and small with a good ginger dressing. My stir-fry had a nice flavor, not salty nor bland. Sashimi lunch had 6pcs of sashimi (salmon, tuna, yellowtail), a roll and 2 pcs of crispy pork gyoza. It was basic, nothing special, and reasonably priced. If in the area, I would go back.

This place was super cute a few indoor seating and some out door. The staff was very nice. The food we got was so flavorful. Will go back again for sure and bring someone with us. Ad the Thai food, soup & Massamin c with shrimp Very good. Check this place out support local businesses

When it comes to my sushi rating, I care about the tenderness of the rice and freshness of the fish. The rice was a little hard, we didn't like either roll. The ingredients didn't compliment each other, the toppings overwhelmed the whole role. Our server was very nice. They have wine and beer options.

    House Salad

This is what I got when I ordered the house salad. Barely any salad and it was old looking. Very disappointed. The Crazy Spider Roll was great though!

    A variety of sushi rolls

This restaurant is one of my favorites for several reasons. Firstly, the service is great. Whenever I go, the staff goes the extra mile. They recommend rolls and the recommendations have always been great! When I go with a large group the boats are spectacular. Secondly, the food is amazing ...from the rolls to the hot meals. I say 10/10 my favorite sushi. Wonderful food and wonderful service at a reasonable price!

This place was pretty empty when I dined in. My sister got the pad Thai with out chicken. The flavor wasn't all there. The sushi however was amazing and I loved the presentation. Service was attentive and the place was very clean. Prices were fair and portions were sufficient. If in the area again I would probably stop by.

    Start to Happy hour

This has been my go-to sushi spot with my friends for almost 2 years and it never disappoints. The staff is always friendly, accommodating and open to suggestions. The food, don't get me started, cause I WILL DROOL. This isn't a typical low scale sushi restaurant where it's 50/50 hit or miss, EVERYTHING you order will not disappointment. Furthermore, happy hour everyday from 5-7pm and then again 9 to close where you will find BOGO on all drinks except bottles of wine. As well as 15% off an order of $50 (dine in only) and 15% off all pick up or delivery orders of $40. There are healthier options for people who are watching their weight as well and I've had a few off that list and I'd say the Sexy Mali and Belly Dancing roll are my favorite! Give it a shot and I doubt you'll be disappointed! This is one of Boca's finer "hole in the wall" places and you won't find this place packed with tourists but instead, locals who know how to eat well. A++

Boca Raton can be... polite…read more Safe. Predictable. A place where flavor sometimes shows up wearing loafers. And then there's Chow Thai Cuisine, which kicks the door in and reminds you that spice is not a suggestion -- it's a lifestyle. Let's begin with the Tom Kha Gai. This soup isn't comfort. It's therapy with a PhD. Coconut milk silky enough to calm your nervous system. Galangal and lemongrass punching through like they have something to prove. Lime snapping you back to attention. It's hot, bright, layered -- the kind of dish that makes you pause mid-sentence and just nod. Fire. Absolute fire. Then came the Spicy Virgin Chicken -- and whoever named it that undersold it. This thing was off the chain. Bold heat. Real heat. Not Florida "mild but we call it spicy." The kind of balanced burn that builds instead of bludgeons. Flavor first. Heat second. Respect maintained. You can tell when a kitchen knows what it's doing. This one does. And here's the real test -- the only test that matters: Would we come back? Not "maybe." Not "if we're in the area." Not "with a coupon." Yes. Without hesitation. The Thai tea deserves its own paragraph. Creamy, sweet, but with this subtle floral undertone that sneaks in at the end like a quiet encore. It doesn't scream. It lingers. It knows exactly what it's doing. Now the tragedy. I didn't order the spring rolls. Why? Because I ran out of stomach. Which is both a failure and a victory -- because now I have a reason to return. And I will. The decor? Unexpectedly transportive. You walk in and it feels like you left Boca for a minute. Warm lighting, layered textures, a quiet otherworldly vibe. Not cheesy. Not forced. Just enough to shift your mood. Some restaurants serve food. Chow Thai serves intention.

We visit here at least every two months or so, and it has become our go to Thai restaurant. This place is so consistent, and I don't think there has been anything we have tried that we haven't been more than happy with. Obviously others feel the same because this quaint small restaurant often has at least a short wait for a table. Just Thai has lots of lovely teas and unique drinks. I also recommend speaking with Annie or any of the servers for recommendations on their menu. The son-in-law eggs are absolute perfection. They make the sauce in-house, and it's SO good. Be sure to check out the specials when you enter, because they often have lots of amazing dishes on the board. If you love squid/calamari, Just Thai offers many excellent dishes, and it's always fresh and cooked perfectly. Same can be said for any of the fresh fish dishes. They also cook up their tofu perfectly here, and it captures all the seasons and flavors of the dish. Their curries are delicious, and if you take leftovers of the curry home, you'll love it even more the next day. Don't forget to end your meal with the sticky mango and rice dessert. The ambience, quality of food and service, plus the plating/presentation was top notch. Love the spacious and modern/trendy ambience. There's a wall that separates the left side (restaurant) from the right side (bar/cocktail lounge). There's ample parking in the plaza. The menu is pretty expansive and truly lives up to the "modern" yet authentic take on Thai food. The Crispy Brussels Sprouts was a standout -- perfectly blistered, sweet and savory at the same time with just enough crunch. Super tasty! The Dry Rub Thai Chicken Wings was another highlight. Crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and coated in a seasoning blend that hits you with layers of flavor instead of just heat. I am used to chicken wings that are drizzled with sauce and this dry rub wings was such a nice surprise. This is honestly some of the best wings you'll find in a Thai restaurant. The Grilled Lamb Satay was beautifully plated -- smoky, and marinated just right. Paired with the peanut sauce and the refreshing cucumber-onion relish, it was a solid dish. Would have preferred the meat to be more tender though. The Jumbo Lump Meat Crab Fried Rice was comforting, served with a spicy green chili sauce. I was warned by our server that the green sauce is spicy, so I tempered the heat by adding more fish sauce. Generous chunks of real crab, fragrant rice, and well‑seasoned flavors. Service is efficient (will update this with the name of our server next time) and warm. The chef/owner is So. He is funny, friendly and hospitable and he makes his rounds to visit every table checking how everything is. This restaurant is now in our rotation for top Asian eats in Boca.
