We've tried Aubrey's twice. The first time, the food took an hour after we ordered it. The second time, no one ever came to our table so we just left after an extensive wait. I ordered your chili for lunch today. It was flavorful but I had to ask the wait staff if it came from a can because it had the consistency of being run through a blender (thick), and mimicked Hormel flavor and consistency. I would think a restaurant chili would be beefy, lots of sauce, visible tomatoes, garlic, celery, onions, visible kidney or other beans, maybe visible bacon, etc. Hard to tell when blended together. It had a hot flavor (not unpleasant but mimicked Franks Hot Sauce having been added). Not complaining; however, I think you could change it up. read more

Amazing service and even better food. Although it's a little pricey I think it's 100% worth it. The staff is super friendly and have never had a snarky or rude server. The best spot to sit is definitely the patio in the warmer months but besides that the indoor area is very bland but that isn't always a bad thing. read more

I normally don't leave reviews on a resturant but i highly recommend to NOT go here. The server was nice, but it didn't really help my rating at all. He offered complementary bread which was decent but seemed like it could literally be frozen food heated up. When our food was served i jokingly said it looked like a frozen meal, almost fake looking. I ordered the chicken salad club, expecting it to be decent enough. I got maybe 3 bites in before i couldn't eat it anymore. Everything was so dry and flavorless. The ambiance just wasn't it. I felt like nobody rly knew what they were doing. When we got back in the car i said i feel like I'm gonna have food poisoning after that (i was slightly joking). Little did i know, i got no sleep last night throwing up endlessly. Definitely either salmonella or just regular food poisoning. Long story short, i just don't recommend this place. I drive by it all the time and was excited to stop by and see what it was like. It was delicious. Excellent service, as I was given a refill on my root beer without even asking. The overall ambiance was unfamiliar but grew pleasant as the meal progressed. The grilled cheese was perfectly buttery. for the grilled cheese. The mac 'n' cheese was ok. The turtle cake was delicious, though a tad rich for my liking. the caramel sauce earned it a mention in this review. The menu was varied and the staff are obviously very hardworking. Currently they don't have a cocktail list (menu states they do if you scan QR), but they report it's coming! My husband's steak was overcooked, my chicken was good but didn't care for the rice. Husband's old fashioned wasn't the best and it's a pretty simple cocktail so he hoped it would be better. I'd go back once more to see how something different was. read more

We ate at Aubrey's a few nights ago. The people working there were kind (and for their sakes, I hope the other menu items are tastier than what we got), but the food left a lot to be desired. I had the bow tie pasta, which sounded better than it was. The pasta was just okay, and the marinara sauce was way too spicy, relieved slightly by the added chicken. Did not like the bread (kind of sweet). My husband had fish (which turned out to be breaded not grilled) and they were out of the side he wanted (smashed potatoes), yet he was able to get a baked potato (the best part of the whole meal). Aubrey's was very good! The ambiance of the restaurant is amazing, it is very pretty inside and out. And there are lots of parking spots. But enough about the outside let's get to the food. I ordered the Cheddar Burger without the veggies (just my personal preference) and I asked for well done, and that is exactly what I got. It was perfect!! Tip for the burger add some sauce it was a little dry. They have the best sweet tea, and really good rolls and butter. The service was very good and they brought us plenty of drink refills and more rolls when we ran out. read more

Well, we went back today with a couple & ordered burgers, salads & beers because Monday is a burger & a beer for $15. I started with the House Salad with the cheese & vinaigrette on the side. Jill, our server brought it exactly as ordered. I also ordered Angels Envy neat & the bartender served a legitimate pour in a properly chilled glass. All of the beers were poured properly & in chilled glasses as well. When we all ordered our burgers Jill followed along & brought everything exactly as ordered, including extra pickles. I ordered my roll & cheese on the side and that's the way it came. i had such an amazing experience at aubrey's the other day in spring hill. my waiter, joey, was a amazing person with such a kind soul. he told us all about the menu and what was good. he even gave me chick-fil-a sauce when i jokingly asked for it. who knew they would have that! i ended up getting the patty melt and my best friend william got the cajun chicken sandwich which he said was amazing. thank you joey for such an amazing experience! here's a cute photo of him too! read more

I have been placing a lot of carry out orders lately and the staff at Aubrey's husband exceptionally nice and helpful. First of all the price pretty much equates to fast food prices these days but the quality of food here is obviously much, much better than fast food. I have really enjoyed everything I have ever ordered from Aubrey's but have to make a shout out to their Caesar salad is. It is one of the best I have ever had! I also wanna make a shout out to their gluten-free buns that I routinely order for my hamburgers. It is nearly impossible to find gluten-free buns that actually taste good and these are delicious. Thank you guys for doing a great job and I will continue to make this a regular place I eat! read more

Been twice. We have always been seated fairly quickly even considering it being extremely busy. Service has always been good. Drinks were filled regularly. Prices are really actually middle of the road and slightly better if I say so. Now the pricier steaks will still be up there in price but salads, sandwiches, burgers, and entrees were all well priced. For those I'd say it's for sure a $$ place. But let me tell you. Was seated promptly ,after being ignored and not even as much as a glass of water ,we waited for service.Two other parties came in after us and got a server to their tables immediately. I would love to write a review about how the food tasted after waiting one and a half hours after being seated, but we never even received our order! Our waiter checked in on us once the entire time which is no fault of hers, they seemed under staffed. We received no updates on the status of our order, never got to flag down a waiter, so we got up and left. I work in food service and the managers of this place need to staff their shifts properly and get on the floor during a rush like this. Pay your waiters more, hire more people, and fire your current managers. Learn how to run a shift so your waiters don't have to deal with this. read more

Spring Hill needed this restaurant! The service and food are good with large portions. A good variety in the menu.

We came here for the 1st time yesterday and after hearing how they treated an employee, we will NEVER go back there again. We were very patient on how long the food took to even get to us and we didn't even receive our appetizer until after we received our food. The manager came over and said it would be right out and apologized for this. It appears the female manager has a complete power trip ( The server probably got in trouble for it ) Not to mention the table next to us was complaining about their food. The managers blame the employees/servers for their mistakes and fire them over it. If you don't treat your employees right then you're not running a decent restaurant and I refuse to eat at a place like this. Don't go there, bad experience and vibe. So SAD!!!! read more

We experienced Aubrey's in Spring Hill, TN on 04/07/2025. The waitress was good at detailing the menu to her best ability. She was tentative to our needs did a good job serving. The food was average at best. My wife ordered the pasta and she claims it was the nastiest pasta she's ever tasted. I bring this is up because the waitress highly recommended it to my wife. But the real reason why I do not recommend Aubrey's is because they double charge your cards. We just so happen to check our bank account the next day and noticed two charges from the restaurant. When we contacted the restaurant, the manager was not initially apologetic and said we would have to confirm with our bank that one of the charges will fall off. After confirming with our bank that both charges will be charged to our account, we called them back and explained what our bank confirmed with us. The manager proceeded to explain that sometimes if the system doesn't charge the correct amount for the tip, they re-charge the card and "try" to cancel the previous charge made without the tip. The manager didn't seem apologetic and didn't even try to right the wrong by offering any kind of compensation for our troubles. Excited to try this new eaterie. Went on a Thursday about 5:00 pm. Decor was average and seemed to be lacking ambiance in the primary dining room. Glass enclosed bar looked interesting. I typically enjoy trying new craft cocktails. There were none. Beer & liquor availability was through scanned QR code. Pick your liquor and whatever drink you want. Opted to just get a Margarita, it was a bit too sweet, other drink ordered was Cherry Vodka & Sprite. Came to table as a Sprite in a tall glass and vodka with cherry syrup in a rock glass. Ended up mixing it ourselves at the table as waitstaff seemed to disappear. Finally, staff came back and asked if we wanted bread. Ordered a sirloin steak med rare with smashed potatoes. Steak was cooked and Seasoned well, but meat was tough and potatoes very dry. Other order was the lime chicken over rice which was good. I honestly tried to take into account that the place was new, but then found out it was a chain. Lack of training was evident with the staff. My bill with tip was just under $100. Just felt like too much for the quality received. Probably won't go back. read more
