We purchased a CPO 2020 Audi Q5 a couple of weeks ago. The sales process was fine and our salesman, Craig, did a good job helping us but there were a couple of issues. First, they introduced a new system using iPads instead of PC's to complete the sale so it took much longer for us to get in and out of the dealership than usual. Not a big deal and we weren't too upset as these learning curves happen, this time at our expense. Second and more annoying, the finance person set up the car connection program under my email address instead of my wife's who is the one who normally would learn the MMI and Audi Connect system. It is her car, she is the one who operates the navigation while we are on road trips and she is the techie person in the family. When the salesman tried to "sign us in" it gave him an error message which he thought was just a satellite connection issue so we told him we'd set it up ourselves later. Turns out that we were unable to connect so we called Audi help and they told us the problem was setting it up initially under my email and now the programmers have to fix it. It's now been over two weeks and we are still not fully connected!! All of this could have been avoided if the dealership had first checked with us to see what email address we wanted to use before plugging us into the system. They just assumed we wanted the address we had used to make initial contact with the dealership. Probably should never have assumed this. Other than that, no issues with them. read more

Purchased a used BMW here for my kid. One of the first questions I asked was do you have both sets of keys since replacement keys are almost $400. Was assured they had both sets of keys. Made an offer on the car with a trade-in and we were $1,000 apart on the deal, they wouldn't budge and neither would I so I walked. A week later I got an alert through Autotrader they dropped the price $1,000. Called and talked to sales manager and they agreed to my initial offer. Drove over and bought the car that day, was pretty painless and everyone there was very friendly. Got everything finalized, wrote a check and ready to leave....where is my other key?? Come to find out they only had one key! Sales Manager supposedly called previous owner and they had the other key and they'd mail it to me (I bought the car July 3rd). A week goes by and I follow up, no key. They told me to go to BMW and get one and they'd reimburse me. I'm in Vancouver and was inconvenienced to drive the BMW in Beaverton and purchased a new key for almost $400 on 7/18 and submitted my receipt that day. Was assured a reimbursement check would get sent out. A couple weeks pass and no check. Shoot my salesguy an email and am assured he'll get a check right out. No check on 8/29 and this time I send a pretty firm email about not being reimbursed yet. Another Sales Manager calls and assured me a check was mailed out 8/30. We'll see if a check shows up this week. What was an overall pleasant purchase of a nice used car has sort of turned into a pain over a $400 reimbursement. *9/7/19 still no check even though I was told it was mailed out a week ago. I've only ever taken my Audi in for service at Beaverton Audi. I should first state I purchased it 10 years ago and here is why I only go here. 1. Two of the 5or6 service advisors are the same! They retain talent and make me feel welcome and recognized each time I come in, even if they don't really remember me. 2. Honest. They tell me what the car needs and then work with me if we can't afford to get it all done at once. Just this last visit I told them I might need breaks as I was hearing a grinding noise...nope, they found it to be an easy adjustment and they didn't charger me for breaks which I was willing to buy. 3. Complementary loaner / shuttle ride to work and pick-up. 4. Affordability. I once, only once took my car to see how much less I could get it serviced at another place and the savings was only 15% but didn't offer the same levels of service or comforts of the dealer (ie original parts, lounge, loaner car) My car has had very little defects, so most visits are regularly scheduled maintenance and wear items. I give this service dept credit for keeping my car in such awesome condition. read more

I worked with Craig Fleishman looking for a specific sq5 build and eventually ordering one, and he was one of the best sales persons I've worked with. He was very informative, knew his products/cars well, and was not pushy at all. It took us a couple weeks before ordering one. Then circumstances changed out of our control, and we had to cancel the purchase. I think I would have lost my patience if I were Craig but he took care of us and made sure we parted ways happy, which we very much did. Anyway I never leave reviews but Craig went above and beyond and this was the least I could do. read more

Took my A3 to have its 145k service done and get the brakes checked. Let me tell you...Aimee and the team have it figured out there. I usually do my own work and was hesitant taking it in, but they were quick and efficient and very reasonably priced. I took my loved Audi Q5 into get serviced and diagnose a coolant leak. My service advisor, Kelsi, got us in right away and got back to me about the cars needs within a few hours. The team obviously coordinates well and have a fast process to disseminate the needed information to the customer. My car had a second party warrantee so Kelsi said she would deal with them for me and in the meantime, they let me hold onto their (extremely nice) loaner Audi! To make a long story short, the second party warrantee company denied my claim. I called and talk to the company with no positive result. Kelsi called me back an hour later telling me that the warrantee work would be covered. She and her team went above and beyond to be patient with both me and the other company...I assume her ability to talk the language and be an advocate for the customer is what got the company to honor my claim. I am in the process of selling my current Audi and replacing it with a Audi that has an Audi warrantee. They have most definitely earned my business. I would give 6 starts if I could! read more

Back to the dealership for the 3rd time for the same problem. They are happy to charge more each time and not fix the problem. I would say it is just bad luck but they also charged to change break fluid 2 months in a row. At first their service center seems friendly but I guess that is the smile needed while scamming people. Oh yeah, and they damaged my wife's bumper costing me another $500 to fix on one visit. They of course denied knowing anything about how the damage happened. read more

My 2014 Audi A4 was in for a recall--three recalls, in fact. One was for an auxiliary heater and who knows what the other ones were. In any event, it went quite smoothly. The service person (Aimee, I believe) was very courteous, the waiting area is nicely appointed, the car was ready when she said, and they did a service check on everything from the engine to the tires to the brakes and battery. They also washed the car and vacuumed the interior. No charge for the extra stuff. I bought the car at Beaverton Audi (although I think it was called Sunset Audi at the time), but usually have servicing done at a small garage in LO, which is much more convenient for me than schlepping over to Beaverton. Having said that, I've never had a bad experience at Beaverton Audi--they're always professional, polite, and efficient. read more

BEWARE!!! As a member of a 127 local Audi owner group, I (we) can verify that this dealership is not to be trusted. Infinite documented experiences out there, including my personal experience, that would clearly demonstrate that this dealership is not honest and takes advantage of customers. They will pressure you into higher dollar repairs than necessary, and when approached about it, they will attempt to bully and intimidate you (specifically the VP of Operations, Peter Young) in an attempt to try and silence you. Here is a photo of a clutch pack out of my personal Audi S6. If you look at the disc at the top, there is not a single pad left on it, it is completely bad. Yet their FOREMAN told me there was no way it was clutch packs, and swiftly quoted me a $15,000 transmission replacement, despite the transmission itself operating perfectly up, down and into reverse. My car was repaired locally for less than $4,000 by simply replacing the worn clutch packs inside the transmission. This dealership almost caused me an $11,000 loss. They are now too proud to admit the foreman is wrong, and as I stated earlier, their VP of Operations attempted to bully and intimidate me into silence. My service advisor cut communication and did not reply as soon as I voiced a concern. I called and asked to speak with a manager, and never received a call back. I contacted Audi of America to voice my concern, as each Audi dealership is independently owned, to which I received an email directly from Audi Beaverton (Peter Young) bullying me. I am currently waiting for a response from the General Manager, Frank Geary to see if they choose to make my personal situation right. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went here with an exploded oil tank with my car under full bumper to bumper Audi factory warranty and a CLEAN TITLE and they refused to work on my car at all, wouldn't even give me an oil change or clean up the exploded oil because my car had been in a minor accident and had to have paint work done. I had to drive back to Utah the next day and they knew this and just told me "it shouldn't set on fire"!!! Absolutely disgusting treatment. Definitely will be pressing charges. read more

This is from 4/4/13 prior to them changing their name, probably due to all their low ratings. I felt it necessary to repost my review in order to save anyone else from getting the shaft from these guys. (I recently returned my awful Audi that I had leased and am now happily driving a new BMW from Kuni. Our experience there is top notch and without incident--what a luxury car and service ought to be.) I don't even know how to begin. We leased our 1st Audi from these hucksters and it is our 1st and last Audi. We will NEVER give these jerks our business again. The first thing we noticed was that they seemed completely uninterested in our business when we were beginning our search. We'd make an appointment and they'd either be late or say they didn't know we had one. From there it just got worse, and if it weren't for being such a huge financial issue, it would be comical. In short, we were leased a car that is completely and utterly defective. We brought it in as early as only 5 days into our lease. The car stayed there for over a month! (We had 5 different rental cars and were made to keep returning our rentals because other people needed them! We were continually driving there to swap out the rentals as our actual leased car was 'being worked on' for over a month.) There were 3 main things wrong with it. The most serious being the actual orientation of the driver seat. It is oriented to the right, and smashes up against the center console. When the seat is moved forward, closer to pedals, it makes a screeching sound as it is being forced harder into the center console. The real problem, and the worst of them, is that the car is unbearably painful to drive as a result of its incorrect orientation. It twists the back while seated! The second issue was the driver door, it rattled loudly. It turned out that it was completely warped. We waited a month for the door to arrive from Germany. The last issue was the speakers. Those supposedly fancy Bang & Olufsen speakers are likely installed improperly resulting in a shaking and rattling sound during any bass playing sounds. The service guy (whose name I won't mention but should) and the salesman who sold us our car would not acknowledge these obvious problems, so we wrote a letter to the manager(s) of the departments we were working with and the manager of the dealership. We never even received an acknowledgment that our letter was received. When we inquired about the letter to the salesman, he just confirmed that it was received and that was that. In the end, they would only acknowledge 1 problem, which was the warped door. I actually took driver seat photos with a service technician of 5 other exact models. When compared with our driver seat, it was obvious that our seat was defective. The other technician who received my uploaded photos would say that 'it's normal when compared' which it is not. This tech also viewed our car in person. I have showed about 60 people the photos, a few friends have seen our car live and everyone is astonished, as are we that the dealership refuses to 'see' that this car's drivers seat is defective. We're stuck with this lemon (which still rattles and shakes from the front of the car now) and I have to deal with the chronic pain in my back and tailbone from sitting on this seat. Because I am a rehabilitation therapist, I ordered a special wheelchair cushion for the drivers seat (with a professional discount). It helps, but only a little. It also slides around making it less effective with pain. The last comic thing was that just this afternoon, we received our 'welcome to Audi package' with a DVD and a quick start guide to the numerous features that we bought for our model. This package is only 5 months late. If we, for whatever reason, would ever want an audi again, we will go to the other dealership in Wilsonville or to a different state. We will never give these hucksters our money, energy or time again. read more
