On a road trip from California, we developed a coolant leak on the OR coast. We called Audi Beaverton to see if we could be serviced on short notice on a Friday afternoon. Dustin arranged a loaner and the service team completed repairs on Saturday (water pump). We were able to pick up our car on Saturday afternoon before our return to California on Sunday. The radio in our Q5 quit working. There is no aftermarket solution for a Q5 so we had to purchase a new one through some funky program where the old/dead stereo had to be removed from the car and sent away to obtain a new stereo. 2 weeks later the new unit arrived, we had it installed by an independent shop only to discover that anti theft programming was necessary to get the unit functioning. When I asked Beaverton Audi for the codes or procedure to make the stereo work they informed me that since my car had a branded title they would not help, stating that was "company policy". My car has been in their shop twice.... They sold me the stereo KNOWING that the anti theft code would be required... and now they stand firm on an arbitrary company policy. So I have a brand new factory stereo that makes no music. So if you want to get over charged and dicked around by some smug A holes, you should go to Beaverton Audi. read more

I requested to test drive a used A4 I found on the Audi Beaverton website and within the same hour, Craig called me informing me that unfortunately it had just sold. Craig informed me of another A4 just like it, CPO too, and immediately emailed me all of the information regarding the car. I asked to test drive it that day, both of us knowing that it was about an hour until close. Craig was very welcoming when I arrived and very knowledgable and helpful when giving me a tour of the car. I knew it was the car for me after the test drive, and Craig worked speedy fast with his team (shoutout to Jeff!) to start the entire trading/buying process. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured to purchase something I didn't want. Even with a car to trade in, I couldn't believe how fast Craig and his team worked to get me home with a new car. My wife and I had a decent experience at this dealership lately. We came in looking to possibly buy a certified pre-owned car. We were able to get some help in a decent amount of time on an obviously busy day for the dealership. The gal that helped us was very nice and never complained when we wanted to explore a bunch of different vehicle options. We ended up deciding to buy a car the same day and went through the normal negotiation process that occurs a many dealerships. I was already set on a number that was reasonable for the car and they agreed quickly so the actual purchase process was only about 1 and 1/2 hours long after all the paperwork was finished. DO NOT GET ANY SERVICE DONE HERE, especially if your are FEMALE! The service department is a complete joke. I don't know if they thought they could screw me over so badly because I am a female or if their automotive technicians are just that incompetent. I have never received such horribly inaccurate diagnostics that they wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to repair. As a full-time college student I could barely cover the diagnostic bill let alone afford to have them make all of the so called needed repairs. Having a small amount of automotive knowledge I went to youtube to attempt some of the repairs myself. That's when I became very upset. I discovered that 2 of the 5 issues I wanted investigated were not accurately diagnosed. My rear seat-back latch they told me needed to be replaced (for over $200) was not even broken! It required a minor adjustment and tightening to the bolt onto which it latches and poof, works just like new. They completely lied about the leak from my windshield washing fluid reservoir stating the leak was along the line to my headlights. I took the whole bumper off my audi allroad, inspected the entire system to the headlights, and finally removed the reservoir to find that it was simply the main windshield pump that was leaking. A repair that costed $30, took 10 minutes and that didn't require the removal of the entire front bumper (4hrs of my Saturday I should have been studying). On top of all of this I was told I would not be charged for certain diagnostics as they forgot to investigate one of the issues on my list, this was not the case. I was still charged the $152 for the ONE hour of inaccurate diagnosis. The other 3 issues they technician couldn't figure out and wanted me to approve an additional 3 hours of diagnostic time at $152/hr to continue his investigation. I quickly declined, picked up my car, paid my ridiculous bill and sped away as fast as I could. DO NOT GET ANY SERVICE DONE HERE, especially if your are female! This place is a joke. Maybe they are trying to pay for that fancy new facility by ripping off their costumers??? read more

Took my Audi Q5 in for a couple recall services. Before the service date we noted that a service light indicating "rear left" had come on. So, added that to the work figuring since it was going in it'd save me the time to get the bulb and do myself. It is LITERALLY a 5 minute job to replace the bulb. Obviously there was no charge for the recall work. However I did get a bill for the lamp change which I did expect and was agreeable to figuring it wouldn't amount to too much. It was $75.86 in labor!!! They charged me $2.74 for the bulb, fine. Again, 5 minutes work!!! I wrote the Service Manager telling of my dissatisfaction with the rip off rate I was charged (my opinion). No response from her. I did hear back from their Fixed Operations Director, after I submitted a couple reviews detailing my experience. In that email he basically said that that charge is inline with that repair. He also accused me of being slanderous in stating my opinion online that 5 minutes work in no way warrants $75.86 in labor. After receiving their response, it is now my opinion you shouldn't go there at all. Go to Wilsonville Audi. Bit of a drive but they've always treated me fairly. read more

I bought an Audi A4 at another non Audi dealership, soon after it started to burn oil. I looked up the problem and it says it can be a problem. Well I took it into Audi Beaverton (sunset) and they ran some tests for free. While they did that they put me into a beautiful brand new Audi to drive while they did their tests. Turns out it was a problem that Audi was aware of in this model year and went ahead and replaced the Piston rings. Well while they had the engine out they noticed that the turbo blow off valve was stuck open and not as effective as it could be, so they went ahead and replaced the turbo for free. All in all they did over 8k in work and my bill was $0. I will always buy Audi from now on and more than likely from Audi Beaverton! read more

If I can give this place no stars, I would. They absolutely do not act responsible towards their customers after a vehicle is purchased. I leased my second A3 a few weeks ago, a 2018 premium plus 4 wheel drive. They were very friendly to me that day I lease it, but it took the whole Sunday for the process. They told me they did a full detail but after I drove it home that day, I noticed dull patches around the driver side window and areas inside the car that were not cleaned well. I took it back the next day and they said that its a gloss issue and will clean the car again. Then, this time after I drove it home, I noticed scratches on the wheel cap of one of my tires and I took it back again. The manager said he would look at surveillance videos and get back to me, but he never did. I called him days after he had promised to contact me, and he said he forgot to contact me but he watched the videos and didn't find anything wrong. I was not provided any copies so I don't know whether the is true, but since its a new car and I always take care of my vehicles- I took it back to the dealership to pay for the wheel caps to be fixed. They only told me they are using a third party company in Vancouver for that service, would give me a loaner car because it would take a few days, and it would be washed afterwards. When I went to pick up my car after the wheels were fixed, I found my car in filthy condition (dust, dirt, and bird droppings everywhere). I had to brush off the dust and dirt from the wheels to be able to tell if they were fully fixed. I questioned them about washing my car, and one service rep said he didn't know why and another one said its because the wheel can't touch water after service. I also pointed out scratches on my bumper that weren't there before and they were quick to say "you are being so particular." So apparently Audi has no standards for their cars and service anymore? I demanded to see photos of my car that were taken when I first dropped it off for service, and they did not show me but said that they cannot tell from the photos and said that my car was brought in dirty (the service rep that said this was not there when I dropped off my car). In addition, I also later found the front grill and sensor broken after this service. The windshield also had numerous small scratches. I questioned more about what happened to my car, and they said that someone from the third party company drove it to Vancouver for the wheel to be fixed. I would not have allowed them to do that if I had known of this process, because that puts a lot of miles on my new car, not necessary, and Audi does not provide any warranty when a third party company drives my car (and does not help me as a customer communicate to them about issues). Audi Beaverton refused to take responsibility for any of this, and the service manager Nicole will not return my call with voicemail message. I had to contact Audi Customer Service of America and they said they would contact the dealership, and the manager will contact me in 1-2 days, but they never did. You can clearly see Audi Beaverton doesn't respond to any of the other negative reviews here either, and doesn't care about any issues their customer face. I also greatly regret purchasing Audicare with my lease because Audi obviously DOESN'T CARE. I will never purchase, lease, or take my car to Audi of Beaverton again. Please contact me if you have a similar negative experience, and we should organize a group action. read more

Back in August 2014 we ordered a Audi Q5 TDI Diesel. They did not have the features we wanted in stock to we ordered one. Just shy of 3 months we got it. Everything was just as we ordered, Patrick, our salesman was a pleasure to work with. The entire transaction was smooth and pleasing. We have had the car for 8 months now, gone on 2 trips and have over 12,000 miles on it. Could not be more happy. We got the extended service at 40% off 4 years worth of maintenance and service. I am getting 38 MPG on our trips and 28 around town. The A/C in the perforated leather seat are great. Especially when we came across the Nevada desert. We had a great experience may buy a second Q5 TDI in a couple years so neither my wife or I are jealous when the other drives. In four words I would sum up this car... Power, Luxury, Beauty and Dependability. And summing up my experience with Sunset Audi I would say... we had fun buying the car, we've enjoyed their sales staff and parts department when we got accessories, 50% off during the first six months of owning the car of any accessory he we wanted. read more

Took my Audi here for the airbag recall. Have to say it's been a long while since I've had an experience like this. My service rep, name started with a B, called me while we were shopping at Costco, said my tires were so bad she didn't want me to drive back to Scappoose on them, then said my battery was dead and what sounded like 'leave it running' when we disconnected. It took about 40 minutes to get back to the dealership and, sure enough, my car was sitting in the parking lot running! First off, I've had the car two years, battery starts the car every time perfectly and still sounds and starts the same as when I got it. I stopped at three places on the way home and it started perfectly each time. But why not check it out, right? So, I took it to O'Reilly's in Scappoose to have the battery checked, they just love to sell batteries but what the guy said was "come back when you need a battery, this one's fine." So I took it to Les Schwab where they just love to sell tires and was told "come back in six months or so". This reminded me so much of the bad old days when car dealerships were only about fleecing each customer to the max, I was a banker back then and financed autos, the integrity of most dealerships was terrible...this was just like that. I would highly recommend going elsewhere if you need Audi service, this place will say or do anything to bilk you out of your money. read more

My lease was close to expiring on my last Mercedes and so I decided to check out Audi as I like the style of their new cars. I went online and was connected with an online sales person who gave me pricing for a Q3 that I saw on special. I scheduled to come in and see this car and the online person said I needed to see a brand specialist for test driving and looking at their cars. The so-called brand specialist was friendly and patient and let me see and test drive multiple Audi model's. However, when I asked to get the best pricing on the models that I looked at, the brand specialist said he needed to speak with his sales manager for pricing. His sales manager wouldn't give me pricing until I narrowed down my list to one vehicle. They then proceed with trying to see if there was anyway they could get me to "buy a car that day." As a luxury dealership these kinds of tactics seem pretty cheesy. Needless to say I went back to Mercedes for my new car purchase where I was able to work with one person who gave me straightforward pricing without haggling with multiple people. I wasn't impressed with my experience at Sunset Audi. read more

Heather made us comfortable immediately as she was professional and extremely knowledgeable about all the certified Audi's we were looking at. She insisted I drive every car I was interested in, insuring that we were making the best choice for our lifestyle. We are adding some "extra's" and her follow-up and customer service is exemplary. She even delivered my car to me on her day off and made sure it was in perfect condition. However the financial manager, David, sold us an expensive but ultimately worthless, dent and ding protection package which he entirely misrepresented to us at the time of sale. Worst experience w/ Heather Tiblier! This is not our first Audi purchase & likely will never return to Beaverton dealership! Issue started in Oct. 2018 (new vehicle purchased at the end of Sept. 2018) and grievance remains active as of today's date, February 14, 2019! Heather Tiblier failed numerous times to complete required legal mandates regarding vehicle purchase. She has been unresponsiveness for months & months and proven to be incapable of completing her required duties. She assured us, she would handle everything, but has failed for nearly five months! Her incompetence has created unnecessary hardship on us. We've wasted 4.5 months dealing with her shortcomings. Clearly, Heather is not motivated or concerned re: dealership's legal obligation. We have been grossly patient for action that was required to be completed within 30 days of purchase. Maybe consulting or seeking legal counsel is the only option to resolve issue.... hopefully not, but based on history, it appears likely. We recommend purchasing a vehicle from a dealership that truly takes care of their patrons through competent, diligent and timely work .... & most important, a dealership that adheres to legal mandates. read more

Came in on Sunday (11/17) to look a certified used Audi. I checked in with your receptionist who didn't seem to understand what a certified used Audi was. She indicated where the used autos were on the lot and then said all salespersons were tied up with other customers. We waited 15 minutes and then I came back in to find out if anyone would be helping us. She was way too busy talking with her friend to assist me. After waiting another 5 minutes and no one really interested in helping us we decided to leave. I stopped at the receptionist desk to indicate that we would be leaving to go the Mercedes dealer. The gentleman at the receptionist desk indicated that he was now available and could help us but certainly didn't seem very eager. No thank you. We went to the Mercedes dealership and was greeted immediately by the receptionist who indicated that someone would be with us in just a few minutes and to wait in their lounge and to help ourselves to coffee, treats, etc. We certainly felt welcome. Beaverton Audi dealership on the other hand could not be bothered. Too busy? Excuse me. At least find out how long it will be and then let your waiting customers know that you would like their business. The receptionist is unprofessional and honestly not too bright. We ended up buying a Mercedes. read more

Came in today, interested in a couple of cars I saw online. Whether it be used or new, I would have expected the same treatment. So we came in and asked the desk clerk we were interested in speaking with someone about ones we saw in the used lot. She said "okay, it will just be a few minutes." I get it, its sunday at 3pm. So sure... we waited. As we were walking the showroom floor, I noticed everyone was busy, except one gentleman. I thought for a minute he was coming our way, because he looked at us three times while looking at the cars inside the showroom. But instead he stood up came halfway, took some tissue from the counter and sat back down. After 10 minutes of waiting inside, we told the lady "we are just going to go ahead to the lot and just start looking." She said "thats fine, I will send someone out there." 20 mins goes by, now being there 30 mins total, no one at all has come to assist us. We looked at the cars that caught our eyes, used and new... but no one to tell. And as we were walking passed the Audi front of store, that same guy is now talking to a couple that literally just came in looking at a new Audi. We literally saw them come into the store, asked the desk clerk for assistance, and got it from that same guy who just sat there. Now, this is where, I might have felt a little discriminated, for I did not look like your normal Audi buyer. I was wearing a hoodie and sweatpants, but how I look should not matter on how to treat a person whether they were serious of buying or not. I wanted to give my LOCAL dealership a chance or getting a sale, but it looks like we are headed back to WILSONVILLE AUDI, to make our purchase. My husband and I drove to Portland to do a bit of shopping and trade in our car for a newer model Audi S5. We were going in to trade in our 2013 for a 2015 or 2016 and we were completely ignored. Mind you were were not all dressed up like most people at the sales desks that were actually being helped but seeing that we had to drive from Seaside and we weren't going to work and opted to wear jeans and a tee to be comfortable for our day off. We started out by walking around looking at the cars we were interested and wondered around and we were never approached. We the went into the shop and asked for help looking for this one car we had seen on their website. We were told they would be right out. After waiting 20 minutes nobody ever came out so we went back outside and found the car we were looking for and kept looking for someone to help us. Then when we looked back towards the shop we saw two sales guys standing at the window talking and watching us. I waved and one even appeared to laugh!! We started to walk back to the shop again and guess what...They both disappeared. This was the biggest joke I have ever experienced buying a car. I guess we will be driving to Seattle this weekend instead. read more

If there was an option to not even give a star at all I would have rated Sunset Audi with zero stars. Mid 2011, my wife and I ordered a 2012 Audi S4, our first Audi. We were excited and designed the car to our specification. Three or so months later, we got the car and it looked beautiful. However, just a month later the car started to leak oil on our driveway. Took it Sunset and they said "it is now fixed." Wrong! It started to leak again. Audi in Germany ordered Sunset to completely replace the transmission, which took a month. Fast forward 3 years and the car after it had its annual service, which came back clean, suddenly a modular in the transmission failed again and Sunset quoted us $5000 to repair and failed to acknowledge the original problem. Anyway, they agreed to do it for free and quoted us 3 days to complete the repair. Wrong! The evening of the day we were supposed to get it back, they tell us they need 3 or 4 more days. Well, my wife and I already made the decision to trade it in for BMW X5. As such, I made Audi buy it back from us which took some arguments and complete lack of respect or understanding on their behalf. Do yourself a favor and keep away from that place and perhaps even away from the Audi brand all together. Go see the folks at Kuni BMW who do everything right. What a difference in everything! Sunset Audi seems to care more about how their dealership look and to portray an image instead of paying attention to what makes a customer to come back. What a shame! read more

1 star is overrated. Sunset Audi is the worst dealership that I have ever been to. A year ago, I saw an Audi A4 on their website, I wanted to purchase it but I wanted to take a look at it first. Everything was going smoothly and the price was already set. The next day, I came to purchase it; they told me that they don't want to sell it to me with that price any more. What? I was confused, left and purchased a Mercedes Benz instead. A year later, three days ago, my sister wanted to buy an Audi A6 and saw the one that she likes on Sunset Audi website so she wanted to test drive it and asked me to come with. Even though I didn't like the way those sale representatives at Sunset Audi treated me but I wanted to gave them another chance so we stopped by Sunset Audi three days ago to take a look at the car. It was a big mistake. The entire time we were there, nobody ever asked us if we wanted water or maybe if we wanted to sit, perhaps. About 10 minutes wait, the sale representative names Doug came to greet us. He seems friendly so I was somewhat happy. We showed him the car that we wanted to take a look at, and he pulled out a list of cars to trying to locate it. He left for 30 minutes, came back to tell us that the car has been key so it's in the shop right now, he would like to show us another one, very similar to that car, so we agreed to his offer. Another 20 minutes went by, he came back saying us that that car is also in the shop so he will give us a call when it's ready to be show. Understandable, things happened. A day later, he texted us, saying that the car is ready so we can stop by any time we want to look at it, he'll be there on Saturday and Sunday. My sister texted him back, asking him if she can come the next day which is today (Sunday). No respond, so we decided to come to see it any way since he says that he will be there in his original text. We stopped by the Sunset Audi today, same as usual, no one greets us or offer us water or anything. It's like we are not exist. I asked the receptionist if we could see Doug, she whispered to me, saying that he is with a customer right now so he can't help me. I then asked if there is anyway, we can take a look at the Audi A6 today and potentially purchase it if we like it, she said that she would ask him. 10 minutes later, he came over, told us that the car is sold this morning and he doesn't have time for us today so if we want, we will have to find another representative to help us and left. I was very disappointed. I will never ever come to Sunset Audi to purchase cars again. I have never been in any dealership that is as bad as this one. read more
