    The listing that was active days after the car was "sold" showing the price I had offered to pay, but that they declined

    I live over 100 miles away, but they had a car I liked. We agreed on a price, which was the exact price they had listed on their website. I told them I would take it, sent them my license and filled out credit app. Then at end of day, they told me they had sold the car to someone else. Then the next day, the car became "available", however, they now wanted $4,000 dollars more for the car. I told them I wanted them to honor the price we agreed to and the price on their website. Then the next day 4/1/25 they told me the car was sold but as of 4/2 it is still on website listed for the price we had agreed to. This is a on-going, Classic bait and switch, very shady.

    Where do I start? I drove there same day which would take three hours (each way)because I was told I needed to come that day to get the vehicle. The entire process was rushed because I made it an hour before close. The greeters just stared at me until I introduced myself! Then when I asked if they were the person I was meeting the one guy laughed as though he was offended (I guess because of the name but usually when you stare at someone you say hi or you are expecting them) it was a whole thing and very stupid. Also I offered to put a down payment and to get prequalified over the phone but they refused so I drove there and as fast as I could to make it there before close. Quite abusive,also the original finance guy was obnoxiously disrespectful that alone would have turned me away if I didn't want this particular vehicle so much which clearly made me stupid. (Cause this guy was obnoxious, condescending/nasty and useless spoke to me like I ordered a b.e.c. Wrong at a deli.) So I drove there to buy the car they told me it would be ready to go which would make sense! The vehicle was parked behind other cars, not detailed and the inspection due light was on as well as the oil service light- they assured me this would disappear and that car fax was not updated. Now three weeks later after lying about that and going as far as to lie about making an appointment at a local dealer where I would have gone had I not confirmed the appointment that was never made. I was forced to make an appointment and pay again for an inspection ( that I already paid for) because they couldn't clear the screen and I can't trust that the oil was done. And I obviously won't go back to these sketch balls so they refuse to reimburse me for their horrible "mistake" and dis-service. I filed a complaint and still their head manager has yet to get back to me, so he's also useless. Would have been a loyal customer and recommend them but they don't belong in an Audi dealership more like a chop shop. Also have yet to receive all my signed documents. And I was told my finance percentage was 8% when it's actually almost nine, because they were also rushing me signing everything because they were leaving. My beautiful exciting purchase feels like an snl skit.

    Order status. No pick up available. Expensive shipping. Can't even ship it properly.

    First of all I never had a pleasant experience with Audi/WV Brooklyn, it's a long story. Now, I ordered a part on Sunday. Wednesday shipping label was created. Do you think it's going to be shipped this week? I doubt it. Local pick up is not available, so I'm forced to pay 30$ shipping to transfer it 5 miles to where I live. Hold on, let's make it worse, we create a shipping label and won't ship it. I'll update later on how long it's going to take to deliver an item 5miles away from their warehouse. Scam !! On a last note. I know it's not an Audi's fault. It's just this specific dealership, pure scam and unprofessionalism. This not the first time I'm dealing with them.

He was patient, he was informative, and he was invested in me making the right choice for my lifestyle and my budget . We found a car that worked for me and his team even handled all the dmv requirements so I didn't have to do that myself . I am so happy with my purchase . I also want to note that after I bought the car I had a problem with my heat . I called mark and he was so apologetic and instantly called a mechanic who took care of it right away at no cost to me. Mark has called to follow up with me and ask about my family even though I already bought the car. He is a genuine person as well as the rest of his staff. I would highly recommend this dealer if you're looking for a good used car !!

My gripe however is that I'm not even in my second month from owning one of their cars and I've had an exhaust repair (if they inspected the pipes they would have seen the damage right?) luckily it was within the 30 days so the did cover that! But I didn't have to skip work so probably evens out the cost in reality. And now I'm staring down the barrel of a complete transmission replacement putting me $5000 out of pocket. By the way that's half of what the car cost! Fist time taking it into an interstate going above 65mph and the cars transmission fails. When a car You just bought, and after being assured it was running great! Has it's transmission fail, is a large kick in the teeth! I would advise anyone considering buying used, to seek a proper inspection at the car dealership before buying used. Do not take the people selling it on their word, as it can cost you big time. We were dumb enough to think we won't need the extended warranty. Maybe you should chip in for it. Better than being stuck with a $5000 bill I somehow have to find in the back of my couch. I really wanted to like this place but now I am just waiting for more things to fail with the car I'm now stuck with until it's paid up.

They are warm and inviting and really make you feel like you matter! When I came in for my appointment I was warmly greeted by Jorge and also the Manager Marco. Jorge was pleasant and friendly and truly embodies the idea of customer service. Marco personally followed up with me since my part was on back order for months. He secured the hard to get item for me in a matter of days and took charge of the situation. 5 stars all across the board!

I have been looking for a particular car recently…read moreand the only way to get it, (a 24 model) was to actually deal with dealers that don't work with brokers. There's a reason why I stopped dealing with "stealerships". I called Lenny Komsky and asked for advice. Not only did he take the time to try and get the car but when he was met with pushback(from the dealerships) he gave me the info needed to try and get the car I wanted from an out of state dealer. After calling a few dealers and giving them the numbers that Lenny told me the car should be selling at(much lower than what the dealers wanted), I finally got a dealer to call me back and agree to what Lenny told me the car should be at. The dealer than proceeded to send me the paperwork which Lenny asked for me to send to him to double check everything. Even though they made nothing on the deal, the Grand Prix team made sure I got the best possible deal and made sure everything was in order. I was even able to get the car delivered to my front door from a dealer close to 800 miles away for no extra charge. Again all tanks to Lenny and his team. I really don't know how to thank them for this. On top of all that, Lenny was able to get me out of my current Lease 8 months earlier so I can get the car I've been looking into. Mind you some dealers quoted me 800 dollars a month more than what I ended up paying for the same car.

    1 Star I would…read morestrongly advise anyone considering Empire Nissan of Bay Ridge to think twice before doing business with this dealership. I canceled my Road Vantage contracts in November 2025 and was owed a refund totaling $2,044.73. According to the written cancellation confirmation I received from Road Vantage, the refunds were processed and sent to Empire Nissan of Bay Ridge on January 21, 2026, and the dealership cleared both payments on February 6, 2026. More than six months later, I am still waiting for my money. Throughout this process, I have dealt with Joel (salesperson), Dwayne (Finance Manager), and Reggie (General Manager). Instead of resolving the issue, I have been given excuse after excuse and constantly passed around without receiving a clear answer or my refund. Every time I follow up, I get the same runaround while the dealership continues to hold money that, according to the documentation, was already received and cleared. The email from Road Vantage clearly states that: Contract DAR03759044 refund: $858.73 Contract DAR03759046 refund: $1,186.00 Total refund owed: $2,044.73 Refunds were sent to the dealership on 1/21/2026 The dealership cleared both payments on 2/6/2026 Despite having written proof that the funds were received, Empire Nissan of Bay Ridge has still not paid me what I am owed. This is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers. If management truly cares about customer service, they should stop making excuses and finally release the refund that has been overdue for months. Until then, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. I have documentation and email evidence supporting everything stated in this review.
