STORY TIME! I have been informed by many people to get lawyers involved due to the below. This is POOR customer service and does not even deserve a one. If you are thinking about going to Audi of CROOKLYN think again. Go to AUDI of Manhattan where their managers and sales people are PROFESSIONALS or go to a leasing company. 3.5 years ago I went to Audi of Brooklyn and dealt with Jared. He was kind enough to get me convinced to jump out of my VW Passat and into an Audi Q5. He promised to make the last two payments on my VW. I handed over my VW and drove away into my dreamy Audi. He told me we had nothing to worry about and he would take care of everything. Fast forward, now I need to get into a new lease. My husband went to Audi of Brooklyn, met with sales person Diego who was offering a deal on a Q7 my husband gently refused. A few days later started looking into leasing companies to see if we can get into a better deal and get more bang for our buck. Come to find out, after we're () close to close a deal, we find out that there is a repossession on my credit for a VW Passat...HMMMMMMMMM Called up Audi of Brooklyn, spoke to Diego and he said he would have to look into it and call me back. Didn't do a great job with the "call me back" so I continued to call and then contacted VW Credit which told me I had an $11k repossession on my credits because it appears Audi forgot to ground the vehicle (confirm with VW credit that they had the vehicle). Diego was mostly patient and polite but failed to continue to follow up with me since this was now AUDI of Brooklyn's problem that my credit was now jacked because of them. The sales supervisor Anthony, got involved said he would call VW credit to claim responsibility of this to have my credit cleaned up because it was 100% their fault. He told me before I lease with a leasing company to stop by BK so they can see what they can do for me. Went with my husband, offer was embarrassing as we were getting A LOT more for A LOT less at a leasing company. We were livid because we didnt even get to walk out with a written letter/statement that they promised us we would have to send to VW credit so VW credit could have it in their records so my case can be addressed with urgency. Anthony confirmed I will have the letter signed in my mailbox by the General Manager Michael, by Tuesday the 25th. No letter. I called 5 times and left 4 voicemails and no letter and now they are avoiding me. I have contacted Audi of America who is putting in a case with their heads to review Audi of Brooklyn and this as a high urgency case. Overall, It is a shame and unfortunate that a GM would allow his sales people and supervisors to treat loyal customers this way. read more

Audi brooklyn has a new showroom , its awesome, they have ipads to keep your child busy while you talk about buying a car with the sales rep, everyone there was so helpfull, from start to finish i was treated with the up most respect, i did not feel rushed into buying a car at all, one of the C/R name monae helped me through my entire process, she was very nice and answered all my questions, audi has a loyal customer in me forever :) read more

We went to several Audi dealerships in Great Neck and Manhattan before visiting Audi Brooklyn. Chris Thomas gave us a difference car buying experience and went above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel comfortable and ensure that the car we were looking for satisfies all our criteria. I am now compelled to write a BRAND NEW & FIVE STAR review for Audi Brooklyn, as they have TOTALLY turned around what was wrong into OH SO RIGHT. After my initial (very negative) review, I received many responses from friends & colleagues. The other day, one of my real estate colleagues sent me a text asking me if I was still looking for an Audi. When I responded "yes", she sent me a contact of someone named Ignazio Iacono. I didn't realize, until speaking with him, that he was actually the OWNER of the dealership. Well, let me tell you- the experience was TOTALLY DIFFERENT this time! Ignazio is a true gentleman; he connected me with the manager, Leo Menuzzo (who is also a true gentleman & fantastic) & not only did I lease a car from them, but I got an AMAZING deal to boot! I've had new cars for the past 15 years. I've been to different service departments in my life from Infiniti to Volkswagen, but Audi of Brooklyn is simply the WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER. The most unprofessional mechanics and staff. They did a tire rotation on my 2016 Audi s6 and forgot to tighten the log nuts. I ended up losing my wheel on the highway 5 mins later. Didn't even get an apology from the manager. Trust me. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They will also charge you for every little thing. read more

Gave me a lemon car - super unsafe. Took forever to replace lemon car. Could not locate my previous car that I left with them when I got a vehicle from them so that almost messed up my credit big time - their mistake. It was too much of a hassle to get that fixed and the excuses were endless. Audi has the worst customer service if you come across any serious issues. Take your money elsewhere. Excellent service experience! The parts guy who happened to be working on Sunday called the service manager on a day when the dealership was officially closed, and he received the approval to open the gate for me to have the car stored until the following day for service. Promptly on Monday Ertan from service called and informed me about the possible issues. He offered a loaner which I did not need and made sure the offending part (thermostat) was shipped expeditiously by Audi to the shop. So far the car is running fine and I had no issue. Was in the market to buy a 2017 A7 prestige competition. They tried to make a deal with me to buy other Audi models from previous years inventory that they could not move and that I had no interest in. I went to the dealership a couple times and spoke to the manager and one of the referred sales associates. I got a written quote which they added additional charges to and clearly had no intention to honour. Needless to say, I bought my car elsewhere, out of state over the phone and had it shipped to me...cost me about 8k less than what they were charging. They made what should have been an exciting experience feel so dirty...it was like dealing with a shifty used car dealership salesperson. If you want excellent service and respect go to Great Neck, NY Biener Audi. Never buy your car from Audi Brooklyn!!!! I recently bought a 2017 Q7 from Audi Brooklyn then had my car shipped to Texas. The day after receiving my car, I took my car to the local Audi dealership (Audi Sugarland) for scheduled maintenance but they found a coolant hose leak; nail in my tire; and extremely worn brakes. Audi Brooklyn is selling people cars that have not been inspected, and compromising people's safety!!!! Total cost for repair is over $2000 and I haven't even driven my car yet!!!! read more

Awesome showroom but not the servicing center on 3rd Avenue. The servicing center is separate from the showroom and their service is very disappointing. For servicing go to the one in Manhattan. These guys need a lesson in customer service and professionalism, I was working with them on purchasing a Toyota Tundra, we agreed to a price and I asked for a buyer's order before I left a deposit. Originally the buyer's order had the wrong tax rate since I'm in VA I asked them to correct that and after me sending them proof of the correct tax rate they did. I then questioned a $500 fee, the salesman had to go ask his manager if that fee applied to me since I'm out of state per my request. Salesman calls me back and tells me I have to pay the fee. I said "OK Well", he then cuts me off and goes on a temper tantrum about how he can't believe I would walk away from the deal over $500, etc. After a back and forth of him arguing with me and complaining about me asking him to check with his manager, I told him I won't deal with him again and that he needed to treat his customers with professionalism and answer their questions. read more

I have had my car serviced twice here. This is not the Audi experience I've had at other dealers. Most notable is the terrible drop off and pick up experience which take 45 mins longer than it should. I also experienced poor communication of the issues with my car from service advisor and a bill for $1080 I could make head nor tails of. Fool me once, fool my twice but there will not be a third visit to this poorly run service center. read more

Apparently the management at Audi Brooklyn and their parent company BRAM Auto Group follow the same script. "We apologize for the misprint on our website regarding the vehicle that you are interested in. It is never our intention to be dishonest or misleading to any of our customers." On Sunday while we were in the dealership Mike Chan basically said the price on the website was a mistake and there is nothing he can do about it. We asked him to sign an agreement not to sell the car while we tried to work something out and he refused and told us to take it up with Richard Goulian or the owner. Richard Goulian called us on Monday to let us know if we want the car we can have it for $940 a month. That is $400 more than the "mistake". This so called "mistake" wasn't something that was only on your website for a few minutes that we just happened to see by chance. That "mistake" was there for days, maybe even weeks. You could have done the stand up thing and honored the price that was listed, but you didn't. You could have offered a compromise and met us in the middle, but you didn't. You just keep repeating the same script about not intentionally being misleading or dishonest, but your rating and the complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau tell the real story. I can't wait to hear what the Department of Consumer Affairs thinks. read more

Recently just purchased an Audi S4 from this dealership and my experience was pretty good. I had the pleasure of working with Johnson Lin as my salesman and he took care of everything on a very professional level. I received great service and my requests were taken care of in a timely fashion. One essential aspect to all of my visits to the dealership was the communication between myself and the salesmen. At no point did I feel out of the loop on any aspect of the buying process because Johnson was available to answer all of my questions in a fast and timely manner. Overall I had a good experience with this dealership and the employees. Johnson and Ali are both great guys to work with during the car buying experience. Ok sales, I felt abandoned several times as to what was going in the sale. I felt it took longer than it should. The safety inspection happened two hours after actual purchase, only to fail. Feeling abandoned again, they (Audi) didn't offer a ride to the train, a car, nothing for their failure. If I would have known that it wasn't/had going to pass I would have never purchased the vehicle. I have no evidence I think they doctored the car and test for it pass. Based on the check engine light that I have been dealing with. After purchase I had some mechanical issues. I returned only to feel left out again as to what was going on. When looking for someone for help if felt like I was wasting their time. The fixes were a joke at best. I had complete brake failure, master cylinder failed after visit. Feeling that they put profits first instead of safety of me and my children in the car. I took it to a good mechanic across the street. Even when it was under a warranty. Good luck read more

Been rating them all morning, As I am disspointed being so close to my dream car. My sales man Joseph Hodge obviously knew the vehicle was highly desired so that's why I think I was dragged along like so. Long story short, I went in for an 2017 Audi Q7 prestige with 45K miles. Price was at 33k but price jumped up a bit because I have to get a dealership warranty for $3k. So be aware warranty aren't free. So with the 2 year warranty wasn't ideal but I dealt with it. Upon seeing the vehicle the first time I noticed a missing piece that I was promised will be placed by the next time I arrive and the car would also be washed as for the exterior was very much so dusty and dirty. 2nd visit I was told I can't retrieve it as of yet because it was getting taking care of but upon leaving the dealership I clearly seen it sitting across the street. Was certain it was the car due to the infamous missing piece. 3rd visit after being told every thing was done. It was not, but I was able to see the car in the shop on the lift still dirty , missing trim no where to be fount. And it was up there waiting for freon. Smh that was the last straw. read more

I was in need of a car and was doing a lot of run arounds. One morning i ended up looking Audi cars and found a Audi a4 here at the Audi Brooklyn. Called for this one Audi and called and told them i will come get the car now, on my way there i was told someone is signing for the car at the moment. i still went there and asked if they have any other cars as a4, i was told a a4 is coming in in about 3 days. I made it clear that i needed a Audi A4 4 wheel drive witch in Audi they call it Quattro and had no idea that Quattro is what proves the car is 4 wheel drive. i asked the seals person if this was 4 wheel drive and was told this is a 4 wheel drive and i had others in the car who know and heard the same thing and even have a recording of the agent say yes its a 4 wheel drive then after buying the car still said yes its a 4 wheel drive and it wasn't. also they sold me the car as certified Audi a4 and Audi corporation told me that it was not a certified Audi. I am stuck in a big shit hole with running back to them to fix the car at the moment it has been giving me so manny problems and i am not getting it fixed i even added a insurance that cost me 3k and non of that is covering any of my problems. they told me that this insurance would fix anything in the car and nothing is being done. im running back and forth with managers seals people and mechanics to get this car fixed and nothng is happening. Audi Brooklyn is not even paying for my problems even after selling me a not certified car and as well as not 4 wheel drive. car makes noise when turning the steering wheel, steering wheel gets stuck when driving the car and almost causes me accidents, when parking the car if its not a flat road i have to use both feet one on gas one on brakes to make sure i don't hit who's behind me or in front. its a whole bunch of shit im stuck paying as now im stuck financing this car, if anyone know how to help me and what to do please feel free to contact me. they are the worst and they are scammers and only car about making a sale not your needs and anything else. please if you have to get a car be smart and get a mechanic with you when purchasing the car. read more

This review is actually ZERO stars. We went to Audi Brooklyn to price out a few models and were told they were understaffed. We had to wait 45 minutes to sit down with a salesperson. It's the weekend so you should be prepared for customers with discretionary income. We sat down with Johnson who provided quotes that I could have got online. He asked me to give him a "stupid number" so I did. He went back to his manager and came back with quotes that were marginally lower than the online quotes. Everytime I had a question, he had to go back to ask his manager, not efficient, time consuming and not a good client experience. He even got annoyed when I asked my last question and said he is not paid by the hour but when he sells a car. It was clear he had his interest first rather than making the transaction mutually beneficial. Audi Brooklyn will NOT earn my business. read more

Premium Brand, poor service and basically lie to your face and eyes. I thought that by buying from a premium brand like Audi, you would at least get away a from the used car salesman stereotype but I guess not. I bought a used car from the dealership, front tire was low when I picked it up late evening. Sales manager took the car back, pumped the wheels up and said it was fine to hold air. Said if anything was wrong, they'd take care of it. Next morning tire was noted to have a bubble, same on other side. Emailed salesman, in writing (email), he said they would replace the two tires with new tires. I thought great, this is the usually awesome service that I've always had with Audi. Appt set for today. Arrived, service person said he didn't know about this and that manager is off today. After multiple back and forth, calls made to salesman and his manager, they said they're not going to give me the tires they promised but I can come back and get some swap outs from a lease. Basically a waste of the day dealing with liars. It won't be worth the effort for me to make a two hour ride back to deal with Audi of Brooklyn staff but I hope buyers heed my warning. I'm truly surprised that they won an Audi Magnate Award. I've owned or leased 5 Audis in the last 7 years and have never had a service issue that couldn't be resolved amicably. Bought used vehicle on 2/4/16. Drove 2 hrs to the dealership after agreeing to a final price. When I was presented the purchase documentation, the was a inspection fee for $650 and a documentation fee of $350. When I complained to the used car manager that specifically negotiated the final price of the car, he apologized and offered me an Audi travel mug. I did not take the mug, but he would not remove the fees. It gets better! I also agreed to sell the dealership the car that I drove to the dealership for $22,500. All the paperwork was completed at the same time as the purchase documentation. I owned the car with no liens and signed over the title to Audi Brooklyn. I was told that a check would be sent to my home address for the $22,500. This is the first time I have sold a car to a dealer and not received a check on the spot. As of today 2/17, they have not sent a check! After numerous calls and emails to the dealer, the Finance Manager stated "that it does normally take 4-6 weeks for the check to be sent out". Stay away from their deceptive practices. I have filed complaints with NY Consumer Protection Agency, BBB and Audi USA. read more

Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership, as they have deceptive advertising practices on their vehicles. They advertised a price for one of their certified pre-owned Audi vehicles and when my wife and I went in to purchase/lease the vehicle were informed that the advertisement was a mistake on their end. Fully taking responsibility for the listed advertised price and would not honor the advertised price and sell us the car. I have dealt with many different Audi dealers and service departments that are professionally run to care for their customers. This dealer is NOT one of them, run from this dealership as quickly as you can and deal with a more reputable Audi dealer such as Audi Manhattan or Biener Audi. read more

Honesty and Integrity is all I'm looking for when I need my cars serviced. I HAD an embarrassing squeaking noise coming from the front of my car. I had my local machnic attempt to fix it 2 times. Finally he said he needs to change 4 control/suspension arms which would cost $3200 to fix. I remembered having a good experience last year at AUDI Brooklyn and decided to stop there on my way home from a meeting in the city. I told Steve the Service Manager the problem I was having. He came outside to take a look. He than proceeded to drive the car into the service department. Watching from about 20 feet away Steve called over a Machnic----2 more followed. Within minutes there were guys under the car including Steve---shirt and tie right in there with them. He than instructed them to put the car on the lift. I overheard him giving them instruction and making it very clear for them to make sure the car is safe to drive. He wasn't putting on a show for me----he ment it as he stated to them "am I clear". I was more concerned about the squeaking not thinking I was driving an unsafe car. Steve brought me to the customer lounge to wait. 30 minutes later Steve came out to tell me the findings. The front end did not need the suspension rods. It needed new rubber pads at the ends os the rods. The fix just went from $3200 down to $500. Was today my lucky day? I don't think so---today was the day Audi Brooklyn proved to me there are car dealerships and people like Steve working for them that have Honesty and Integrity. Thank You!!! I bought a 2011 Q7 S-Line from this dealership on 10/27/15. As part of the deal, I agreed to pay for an Audi OEM tow hitch and the dealership agreed to install it (these hitches require precise installation and sensor re-calibration). When I returned to have the work done, I found that the dealership used an after market/inferior tow hitch, used a wiring harness from AutoZone (the Audi OEM hitch has the harness integrated). The installation was not done by Audi, but some window tinting and alarm installer. The worst part of this is that the installer drilled into the tow hitch and used a couple of pieces of wood to secure the wiring harness to the tow arm. It is shameful how they tried to pull this off on such a nice car. I'm sure they get away with this a good percentage of the time, but they just happened to try and pull a fast one on the wrong person. I'm a lawyer so we'll see how this goes. I had high hopes for Brooklyn's Audi dealership. I've had good experiences with Zumbach in manhattan, and other dealerships out in the suburbs. Audi Brooklyn seems to be staffed with people who try hard to please, but fall massively short of that goal. I've called several times, as well as emailed. Each time, I was dealt with kindly and politely, but no one was actually able to do anything. I eventually worked my way up to the general manager, and even he was totally aloof. I would get passed from person to person, but no one would be able to help me accomplish even the most simple of tasks. I'll just be taking my car/business to Manhattan. At least there they actually tell me yes or no. read more

Their customer service is atrocious. Every time you call, they put you on hold for over 10 minutes. The manager avoids all phone calls made to him therefore, he is no help. Yesterday I finally settled on my 2018 Audi Q7 and the deal could not have been made without the valuable help of Mr. Kendell Garcia, of Brooklyn Audi. My BFF and I have been visiting Audi Brooklyn since July. We met Mr. Garcia who introduced himself to us on our first visit. He presented as very professional and listened attentively to my needs and what I was interested in purchasing. Mr. Garcia was quite informative and was able to explain the differences between the Q7 packages, specifically the Premium Plus and the Prestige. He answered my BFF's questions who is well versed and possesses a wealth of knowledge in the car buying field. Mr. Garcia was patient and gave us time to peruse the vehicle staying a comfortable distance so that we can discuss between ourselves. Confident that the Audi Q7 was going to be my next vehicle , I included my husband into the mix. We visited Audi Brooklyn quite a few times , as I tried to decide on the color and package that I was most interested. We finally made a deal and I discussed my exterior color options with Mr. Garcia who worked hard in meeting my needs. He kept me informed of his efforts and presented slightly different color option combinations that he would be able to obtain from another Audi dealer as my desired color combination was not stocked in his showroom. Although these were presented as options, Mr. Garcia never discontinued his focus on what I was interested in. Mr. Garcia remained positive and upbeat in reassuring me that he was on the case and in the end I would be quite happy with my Audi Q7 . I would often say to him, I want to be happy and his response would be, "I want you to be happy as well". Because of Mr. Garcia's attentive, reliable, timely, responsive and professional attitude, I am giving Audi Brooklyn a whopping 5 Stars for excellent service. read more

I brought my boyfriend's car in to be serviced here, and I must say that Audi Brooklyn has top of the line service for not only the treatment of the vehicles, but also how you are treated as a customer. More specifically, Everest was the guy to listen to the issues about the car, which was a knocking noise involved with the steering and he understood everything I explained to him. He was very thourough and patient to ensure all issues were described and could be potentially looked at while the car was being serviced. Of course I waited in the lounge where the mini kitchen was stocked with complimentary items, and it was very clean and inviting. Overall, my experience here was amazing and I would highly recommend , especially considering the wait time wasn't all that bad! read more
