Caroline was the greatest to work with! I was very picky with the type of car/ configuration I wanted and miraculously enough she was able to find the EXACT configuration/ vehicle I wanted, they were able to get it diverted from its destination (Oregon) and within a week the vehicle was ready for me! Everything was pre approved and setup prior to my arrival and I was in and out within 1.5 hrs! I rarely enjoy dealerships/ sales people but she truly has made this a lovely experience. Extremely Unprofessional Experience I had a highly disappointing experience with Audi Henderson in July 2025. The salesperson wss Diego P. and his Sales Manager was Bryan O. After extensive negotiation on an internet sale with Diego and Bryan, they requested that I submit my driver's license, insurance details, and other personal information so they could send me a link to provide a cash deposit on the car to "hold it" until I arrived at their dealership 30 minutes later, of course implying we had reached an agreed-upon deal. I was told I'd receive a link to send my deposit immediately after sharing my personal information with them, but after making me wait about 30 minutes, the sales rep came back and said his manager had taken the deal away because another customer in the showroom had begun to negotiate for the same care and was willing to pay more as part of a trade-in. This is extremely unprofessional and unethical. It's troubling that they collected my personal information under the impression of a finalized deal, with no warning that they would subsequently back out after clearing using my deal as leverage to coerce the other buyer to pay more for a car that had been on sitting on their lot unsold for months. When I raised concerns, management made no meaningful effort to resolve the situation or to prioritize customer experience. The response "These things happen sometimes." And. I only received vague assurances about how my personal information would be handled until I further escalated the issue. The tactics I experienced were unsavory, misleading, and showed little regard for integrity or customer trust. Stay away from Audi Henderson. read more
