This dealership doesn't know the definition of customer service . They are poor at showing customers the luxury in the luxury brand. I brought my car for its first service last year and informed them there something leaking in the rear driver side area. I was told the issue had been corrected . Upon my next schedule service and tire replacement I arrived about 30 minutes early for my appointment and was told the service advisor was on the phone . After 20 minutes waiting I told the valet I'll come back closer to my appointment. I then returned within 10 minutes of my appointment and was told the advisor is about to get off the phone . Then after another 10 minutes he finally arrived to check in my vehicle. After my vehicle stayed overnight and I wasn't ordered a courtesy car I was Ubered to my residence.. upon leaving my car I asked do they do washes and was told all service cars receive a complimentary wash. Great so I thought . I return the next morning around 11 to get my vehicle and upon seeing it I asked how did they miss the swirls or dried dirt from my car being dried with dirty rags. The valet stood clueless and dumbfounded as we asked for a manager. He then proceeded to inform the manager while we were present " some lady out her want a manager. This kid had no sense of dealing with a customer outside of hello and thx . Once the manager arrives he says well it rained last night I'm like ok since you call us for our car being ready why wouldn't they make sure it's was cleaned especially when I requested it upon drop off?? Guess not !! So I'm then told theres something is leaking and to drive 400-500 miles and bring it back ???? Wait again !!! They didn't even review the service history to determine what it could be AGAIN. So the following week I call and explain the issue to another service advisor who was very helpful she review the previous service history and saw the leaking issue in a previous visit. I then drop the car off for their diagnostic and can you believe it's a transmission ??? On a 2022 New car driven less than 16k miles . This time I made sure to request a courtesy car and was given a Q3 the smallest gas powered SUV Audi offers. Ok but now I'm spending money after they've had my car 3 1/2 weeks on gas I try to avoid paying. One big purpose of an EV and why I spent on a home charging system . So I'm called to get my car today and was told it would be fully charged as I informed them I needed to trade vehicles and continue my commute to work. I'm just handed my keys by the valet . No description on exactly what was done to the car no explanation on why this occurred not even a conversation with a service advisor. I wonder if I owned a $200k Lamborghini would they then roll out the white glove service ????Once I get there I'm shocked with 40 mile range ? The excuse the charger is slow ??? All while overnight or day for 40 miles. Every time I have gone to this dealership outside of sales it's been a challenge. I will go to any other Audi dealership except this location. No accountability and not even any consideration. It makes no sense to respond to your customers if you're not gonna learn from these teachable moments as it seems your dealership has not !!! I liked this place but after my most recent interaction, they showed their true face. I had a 2017 q7 that was covered for warranty. I had issues with vibration at the wheel etc and took it in regularly. Everytime they did maintenance etc they said it was normal and nothing was wrong. I even had the technician drive it and inspect it for the cause of the vibration and he said thats normal. Fast forward later id say in 6 months when I'm out of warranty, they miraculously find out why it vibrates and a bunch of other issues. They waited for me to run out of warranty to finally say stuff needed to be fixed. Over 7k to fix and thousands more for the other issues. We got rid of the car after the experience and tried to get a refund for the prepaid maintenance we paid for (70k) maintenance and they even refused to refund that. read more

So I bought my car 2014 q50 1 owner with about 95,000 miles in October dont remember the guys name he had a big beard tall guy so I went and first of all it already had a dent , I told them if they would fix it they said they would buff it out and that's about it and they told me that they check everything before putting it up for sale and literally a day after I got the car my battery died at the worst place possible in the middle of the night and took it to auto zone and said the battery was bad I have receipt for it as well and then the washer fluid light they told me they fixed and they added washer fluid but the light is still on looks like a bad sensor and then on top of that my trunk would slam due to not having any gas in the gas struts , besides that the experience was alright a bit over hyped not 100 percent confident with this dealer ship maybe they saw I was young and said fuck it but what ever the case is , I've learned if I want a infinite go to a infinite dealership ! read more

We couldn't find a low mileage Rav 4 and we didn't want the latest generation due to all the electronic nanny equipment as well as the stupid engine start/stop that is not able to be disabled fully. Henderson had the vehicle we were looking for but we couldn't see it in person being in California; this was a good six hours away. We called and got video walk around of the car working with Wayne and against my better judgement, we bought the car and had it trucked to CA. We had Carfax as well. Wayne connected us with local registration person in CA that took care of our tax & registration fees. We also had to stop at CA highway patrol (with a free appointment) to have VIN checked. I didn't know this was a requirement but it was. The vehicle was even better than Wayne described and we couldn't be happier with the purchase. I had the BEST experience purchasing my Q7. Joe Sirna was my salesman today and let me tell you, he is the most genuine, no pressure salesman I have ever dealt with. I had been speaking with a few other Audi dealerships in town and in Cali.
