I have always received amazing customer service here. When my vehicle gets serviced, they are true to the estimated waiting time. The waiting lobby is comfortable & clean. There's a TV for your entertainment and it's equipped with a coffee machine that serves various types of coffees. They also have a small fridge equipped with chilled waters and snacks. The restrooms are always clean and in pristine condition. Overall, you just don't feel miserable spending part of your day there while your vehicle is getting serviced. They currently don't have a shuttle service to get back to your destination but should you have somewhere to go, they will provide either Uber/Lyft. The parts department is equally efficient, they are quick to order any add-ins or parts you request and maintain exceptional two-way communication about arrival and installations. 10/10 recommend this dealership to purchase, service and/or buy parts. read more

Sales team was fantastic when we purchased our 2025 SQ5 in October of last year. Right away our dash would light up like a Christmas tree with check engine lights. There was no fix at this time and to wait. So we waited until February to do a new software download. Told it was done and we go to pick it up the stereo and other things didn't work. Tech says this wasn't on his RO to check. Really? Shouldn't this be standard practice to see if your dash works. So I leave it. I was told a month for the part and a week later Josh the service manager says it fixed. Take it home next day the same thing and when the light comes on my headlights don't work automatically. So I've now left Josh multiple messages and he won't return my call. Worst customer service and this is what I do for a living. read more

I scheduled my Audi for 10,000 mile service. That is - the manufacturer recommended items at 10,000 miles. When I got there, the service advisor confirmed - Audi 10,000 mile service, and asked me to sign the order at the bottom. When I got home with the car after servicing, I read the paperwork carefully. Along with the service I asked for, another service was added. This was "MP Boost", with a charge of $29.64. Not knowing what "MP Boost" was, I called the service department. They told me it was a fuel additive. Hmmm, I thought, Audi does not call for a fuel additive at 10,000 miles. I asked to speak to the Service Manager (Jamie, I believe). He said I signed for the additive when I brought the vehicle in. I told him: 1.) I specifically asked for the Audi 10,000 mile service, and that's what the service advisor confirmed. 2.) "MP Boost" on the initial form was, if not misleading, certainly not clear. It also was not what I asked for. The Service Manager told me I signed for a "menu" of items including "MP Boost". He's right, I did. Good for you, Audi Modesto, you slipped in a $30 item I don't need, an item you probably paid $3.00 for. The Service Manager insisted they did nothing wrong but they would refund the $29.64 plus tax. That was over 6 weeks ago - no refund so far. read more

Fantastic buying experience! Cisco (Francisco) was so great to work with! Background: we owned an older Q5. When Audi Modesto opened, we decided to try working with their service department as the one we had been working with was, well, not a joy to work with. The service group at Modesto were attentive, didn't talk down to my wife, and took great care of "her" car. She was in an accident two weeks ago that totaled that great little car. We were not ready to part with it and not looking forward to the process of buying another car - especially right now with new cars unavailable and pre-owned one's going through the roof. We bought the previous Audi at Roberts Auto Sales in Modesto - good experience as I prefer pre-owned. Although we loved the Audi, we decided to look at other comparable vehicles as well as Audi. Made Modesto Audi on of our stops up and down McHenry. Knew they had three pre-owned Q5's on the lot as well as several new SQ5's. My wife had contacted Cisco a few days earlier as we explored Costco pricing and he was the contact at Audi. We sought him out when we came to look at the three vehicles - so glad we did. There was a $10,000 difference between the three, but he in no way tried to influence us. He pulled all three out, went through each one top to bottom with us and let us choose which one we liked best and was the best fit for us style and feature-wise. He showed us a Q7 and Q8 only because we asked - didn't try to sell us up. Also showed us the SQ5's - and again just let us look. Told him we were looking at other vehicles and he didn't pressure us in any way. We looked at several other cars that day and dealt with other salesman. A nice you man, Devin, helped us at Modesto Toyota, but their nicest mid-size SUV wasn't what we wanted. Went a little south to look at some nice American luxury cars - saw and drive one we really liked, surprised us actually, but walked away from the dealership thinking "how do they stay in business"?? When all was said and done, we were confident we wanted to go with one of the Audis. We called Cisco at little before 5:00 pm and asked if it was too late to come drive the one we liked the most. "Absolutely no problem" he said. When we got there he had the car out and ready for us to test drive. If there is one knock I have - that is the test drive. We've looked at cars at Robert's and CarMax (and here in Oakdale at Haidlen Ford) and they all let us take the cars out by ourselves. Nice to be able to just get that feel with no one there. Imagine that's a dealership thing but that's a nice way to go! After the drive we said yes to the car. It was late on a Saturday evening so their detailing crew wasn't there but he told us to come back Monday and they'd go over it too to bottom. All the paperwork ran us well past 7:00 pm (closing time is 6:00 pm). Cisco was not bothered in the least and neither was Melissa, the finance manager. While we worked with Melissa, Cisco installed the very nice floor mats and filled up the gas tank. After finish with Melissa, Cisco spent another 15+ minutes in the car with my wife going the the infotainment system and all the differences between this vehicle and our last. He stayed til all of her questions were answered and we drove away thinking - " that was such an easy experience" because like so many people we have left car dealerships so much more apprehensive and tired than when we arrived. Our sincere thanks to Cisco, Melissa, the rest of the folks that stayed late last night and to the service crew that has treated us well in the past and who we look forward to working with again!! read more
