I was in search for an SUV but was open to various dealership. I was looking for something I will keep for years down the road and get use for all Cali seasons. I want to be able to take it to the city, beach,mountains or on road trips. One other important factor i was looking for was SAFETY! I came to the dealership after work was introduced to Racquel ( who by the way is AWESOME) to do my test drive. I purchased my Audi from Livermore & had the best experience. When Modesto opened, I was so excited bc it was closer to home. When it came to addressing my recall (airbag & passenger seatbelt) I was kicked to the curb and treated very poorly by Chris bc I didn't originally purchase my vehicle from them. For 2 years I drove with my seatbelt sensor going off and airbags off, I finally arranged with Livermore Audi, who kept my car for hours and even offered to Uber me back to Manteca. I previously used Livermore Audi for servicing, but Modesto Audi is much closer to my home so I decided to give them a try with a new Q7 I recently purchased. My 2018 Audi Q7 was purchased pre-owned at an Audi dealership in SoCal. When I brought my car into Modesto Audi they determined the problem I was experiencing was caused by the SoCal dealership and the repair could not be completed under warranty. I paid for the repair and then attempted to contact the SoCal dealership to get reimbursed and had trouble getting someone to talk with me on the phone. To my pleasant surprise, the Service Consultant brought this up to his General Manager's attention and he offered to follow-up with the SoCal dealership General Manager on my behalf (now that is service!) read more

I took my Audi in for an oil change and check up, as well as for a recall on my passenger airbags. When I called in they told me it would only take 2-3 hours. After getting there at 10:30am, I was then told it would be done by the end of the day, around 5:00pm. I later received a text that there was a leak in my thermostat housing, so I had to keep it overnight. I understood, so I called in the morning asking what time it would be finished, they told me 3:00pm, but at 4:00pm, let me know that it wouldn't be ready until 5:30pm. Although, I didn't actually drive off with my car until 6:30pm. Normally I would be upset by this, but Mel took very good care of me. He kept me informed, and his customer service was off the charts! He noted they were short on staff, so it took long than expected to fix everything in my car. He knew what he was talking about and very efficient. So for Mel, I give 5 stars, but since everything was a little chaotic and up in the air, I give a 4 star overall. I highly recommend Audi Modesto to friends and family! read more
