I'm a big milk tea fan so I usually get Jasmine milk tea or Lotus milk tea. Their tea is really fresh, strong tea tasting and just the right amount of sweet. Extra point go to Lotus milk tea since I've never had this else where and it just hit the spot, earthy and floral at the same time. I also recommend their specialties such as Jasmine seasalt float and coconut cafe. The owner and staffs are super friendly and helpful. They're really passionate about their drinks and will make sure to get it right for you. Their shop is really cute and it is definitely a great spot for hangout or even studying. As a milk tea aficionado, I've been slowly making my way to each milk tea shop in Portland. When I visited, I parked my car on Interstate. I'm not sure if you would be able to park to park in the lot right before the shop. It could be for apartments tenants only. Anyhow, I'll check out the parking situation more during the next visit. I decided to go all out and purchase 2 drinks. The 2nd drink was for the next day. I got oolong milk tea with pudding and peach tea with lychee jelly. I got both drinks as 25% sweet and for ice, I don't think I changed it. The service was good. Both drinks were delicious. The oolong tea was brewed well. The pudding was a little bland though. Peach tea was sweet and refreshing. There was plenty of jelly in it and a few peach pieces on the bottom. The shop would be nice to hang out at. Overall, I was happy with my tea and this shop will become one of my regular spots. read more

First impression stepping in: cozy af. Has some nice boho cozy feels from a millennial decor choice. Seems like a great place to study and hang out on a nice sunny or rainy day. Grammable even. Of course you'd come here for good boba. Good news! There's good boba. Best of all, this is a home grown Portland based Viet small business ones by the amazing owner name Ha. Good to note cuz this isn't some large franchise out of Taiwan or LA(nothing don't of course) so your money is helping to fund a dream locally. Boba was perfect. Is sweet but not too sweet and had just the right chewy. Jasmine milk tea was actually fragrant versus the the over steeped or powdery stuff from other boba shops. The passion fruit boba tea is really good! You can taste both flavors The lychee tea was also good and has real lychee too! Def give this place a try. Updated review: I'm updating it from 2 stars to 3 after the owner reached out and offered to make me a new brown sugar milk tea. After declining, they gave me a refund. The owner agreed that my drink was white according to their camera footage. They also explained that the reason for it not having the brown sugar drizzle on the sides was, because it didn't have enough time to cool and thicken. It was put into the cup piping hot. They also said that they were out of boba when I went up to ask (I was asking for the brown sugar not boba). I was still confused since there would've at least been some residue at the very bottom of the cup (there was none), and I would've tasted something at 100% sweetness, not plain milk. They hypothesized that the server didn't give me enough... Result might be different for you if you go during the day time. I came in around 30 minutes before closing. I understand that supplies can be limited before closing and maybe they didn't want to make more. I don't get why they couldn't have just told me that they're out? Instead of selling me that drink? However, someone else's review here had the same issue with their brown sugar milk tea not having enough brown sugar as well. Note that mine had even less or none compared to that one. Stopped here on our visit to Portland and the boba really hit the spot! My partner and I aren't a big fan of boba when it's too sweet and often get disappointed when 0% sugar turns out to still be really sweet. This place ok the other hand brews their tea really bitter and it's cut down by the sweetened condensed milk/ syrup on the boba. The only down side was the boba being a little bit too firm. Come here a lot and is very good. They have many excellent fruit flavors along with a bunch of milk tea. The boba is also always fresh and warm which js good in your cool drink. The drink is perfect sweetness I would not do less sweet. In my opinion 100% sweetness here is equivalent to 75% sweetness at Sharetea. Parking sucks in this area because it's neighborhood parking and there's a lot of apartment communities around the area but we went on a Friday around lunchtime and found parking pretty quickly. read more
