They told me, and mind you, this company only markets oil changes that they had a full repair shop. I said that they don't have anything on their receipts or marketing about that. So now im out 150 for the install and ballance 200 to replace the 1 broken lug cover and replace the scratched up one and probably 250 to 350 for another wheel.
