Car wouldn't start late at night. Called AAA and they sent Autocar to help. The technician Adolfo was quickly able to diagnose the issue. It wasn't the usual dead battery issue. It was actually the starter acting up due to the cold. He was knowledgeable and skilled and got the car starting quickly and helped ran an additional check on the battery just to let me know if it needed changing or not. Battery was still good. They don't even deserve a 1 they were rude very unprofessional made me move my car twice didn't even ask me if they could help me they said they weren't responsible for anything that they're guy came out to do with the battery. The girls were trying to be all cute and wait on one guy both of them they were rude if I must say so. One of my worst nightmares came true when I was traveling on the 10 freeway DURING RUSH HOUR and my car's exhaust started emitting a giant cloud of smoke. Knowing nothing about cars, I immediately called my boyfriend who happened to have AAA.
