very efficient servicing an oil change. it was pretty cheap too. It's a bit run down so you have to sit in a tiny office with very little space. the mechanics also hand you pieces of paper with their greasy hands (still black) so I had to pull baby wipes out of my car. read more

I love this oil change. They're fast and have never messed up my car in the process of changing my oil. Also helps that they're five minutes from my house. Within walking distance of a few restaurants so you can go grab food while getting your oil changed but they're usually done in less than fifteen minutes. Thumbs up all around! read more

They did my oil change ofcourse( Synthetic) but Ramon's care was outstanding., he went over and above, checking tire pressure, looking at my suspension, checkin fluids and vacuuming the car. Service was affordable, quick, and I was not haggled at all to get additional service. He did give me some advice to look into getting a replacement oil plug at a GM dealer because the seal on mine was getting old (he also showed me it). I have always gone to franchise-owned oil changers. Then I took my car to Auto Champ and I can honestly say they were very good, quick, and efficient. The price is right too, $23.00 for my car. It is well worth going to a non-chain company just for their kind staff. Also because i prefer not to sit around with a line of cars in front of me. In and out, and on my way -just the way I like it! Fast and super nice! Pointed out I should get an oil drain plug to avoid stripping the oil pan threads and a radiator cap. No profit for them and will save me expense down the road. Cleaned the windows and vacuumed the carpet. Nice! This is now my go to place for oil changes. read more

This was my second visit to Auto Champs for a routine oil change. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and their prices are good. They'll check and correct tire pressure and other essential items during the visit, and highlight any issues they find without attempting to up-sell you. On the first visit the owner pointed out my dangerously low tire tread, and explained how to check it myself using a ballpoint pen tip as the gauge, and on the second he showed me that my air filter needed replacement and explained that a dirty air filter could end up damaging the catalytic converter. Don't expect a cushy office to lounge in while you wait - this place means business. read more

This guy keeps impressing me, honest and great service. Took it in for another oil change, once again reminding me about front breaks (this time i need them asap ha!) gave me the best quote and was honest of what my best options are. I say honest cause as soon as I'm quoted and adviced, I do research online and ask my roommate who went to mechanic school even though he doesn't work on cars cause he's too busy and lack of tools he says, but point is that Marcelo is always right on and seems to care about his customers. Told me what to look for since I wanted to purchase parts online, so I ordered them, saved some CASH. As soon as they come in, taking it to Marcelo to get brakes done. read more

Just left this place, looks questionable but the guys that work there are friendly and honest. I paid 30 for an oil change including tax and waste and the guy who changed it went over a few things with me and my husband about What needed to be changed he told us how much time each thing had and didn't try to get us to do these things there and now I didn't feel pressured to upgrade anything or get new this and that like I do when I go to jiffy I will definitely be coming back in the future read more

I don't even live in Sunnyvale, but I drive here as Auto Champs is my first choice for oil change due to quality of service, customer care, and competitive pricing. Cost of service is quoted directly and completely, including sales tax. The attendant who changed my engine oil inspected other parts of my vehicle and told me what were needing service most soon. At least sometimes, they have taken extra care to vacuum the cabin floors and do other cleaning. They seem trustworthy and have always completed oil changes for me relatively quickly. read more
