She reviewed the estimate and timeframe for the repair. She made a very stressful situation into a seamless and wonderful experience. 1/29/26 Last visit at Horne was for my 2023 Telluride. Vehicle August 2025 production lot custom ordered Telluride SXP and rumored final model year of their V-6. This is my third Telluride. This is my second visit to my new dealership, Horne KIA who has earned my business after a disastrous experience at my previous dealership. See that review for more details. Service bay express lane Arrived at 7 am appointment for my post engine break-in period oil change. Mileage was at ~3k. Service greeting 5/5 I was promptly greeted by a service attendant who was welcoming and got me checked in. In a minutes I met my service advisor Reid who was very customer focused and a fellow gear-head. He had I headed to the lounge in short order. Customer Lounge 5/5 Horne has a great facility including its customer service lounge . WiFi and workspace for those connecting to Yelp, the office or checking the news. During my wait I received periodic text status of my vehicle, so welcomed! In approximately one hour Reid joined me in the lounge went over everything they did, what wasn't necessary this trip and put us on back one the road! Thx Horne KIA for great customer care! I have to say this has been one of the most disappointing dealership experiences I've had. From the original vehicle purchase in 2023 (see my previous review) to my most recent visit, the pattern of poor service has continued. In September, I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. The visit went smoothly. I was informed about the remaining brake life, tire tread condition, and recommendations for wipers, engine air filter, and cabin filter. Dustin answered my questions thoroughly. I chose not to proceed with the additional services at that time. He also informed me that I had one complimentary oil change remaining and advised me to use it before March. Fast forward to today, I returned for what was scheduled as my final complimentary oil change. The service took an unusually long time. When Brian presented the invoice, I was surprised to see a $151 charge for an oil change and tire rotation. I disputed the charge immediately. Brian stated he spoke with management( thought only salesmen used that line), but returned saying there was nothing they could do. I was then informed that Dustin had been terminated shortly after my last visit. In addition, no one reviewed any service findings with me during this visit. At my previous appointment, I was told my wipers and filters needed replacement. This time, there was no mention of them at all. That lack of consistency raises concerns about the accuracy and transparency of the service process. Given this experience, I now question whether the work was performed properly. I will personally verify the oil and fluid levels because I no longer have confidence in the service provided. I also typically receive a follow-up "How did we do?" email after service visits. I did not receive one this time, which adds to my concerns. Based on these experiences, I will not be returning for future service or vehicle purchases, and I cannot recommend Horne Kia to others. read more

If I could give Horne Kia a negative star I would. I would never ever recommend ANYONE to go there. Don't bring your car here, do not have Christian be your service writer. STAY AWAY. My trouble started in Sept 2025 when my 2023 with only 46K miles, car's engine light came on. I provided them documents that I used Amsoil and they refused to allow me to use warranty to cover the replacement, which resulted in a $6500 out of pocket cost for me. To this day they refuse to give me a copy of my denial of warranty and I called Kia Corp and they confirmed that Techline nor them had received a request for warranty. Which explains why they can't provide me a letter from Kia explaining their reason for warranty denial, because it was never submitted because Christian assumed lack of maintenance. Fast forward to now, I get my car back in Nov and horn doesn't work, I brought it to Tempe Kia who told me that because Horne did the engine repair the horn was likely due to a connection and I'd have to take it back to them for repair, because warranty won't cover another shops work. I bring it back to Horne and Cheyenne told me that they would not charge me the diagnostic fee because this was an issue with the recent repair. Christin tells my husband that he just walked out of a meeting with his GM at that moment and they can't waive those fees and it would need to be paid before they did work on the car. How convenient . My husband expressed that he was sick of Kia and Horne Kia and Christian told him to leave! My husband walked in to the service area and asked for a manger and Christian refused kept telling him he was trespassing now and he was calling the cops. I called Horne Kia to find out what's happening and was told my car is not serviceable there anymore, which is absolutely ridiculous and causes safety issues for my car because other dealerships will not work on my car. I wouldn't want to take my car back to Horne Kia at any point because I don't believe for one second that they would be honest with me. Horne Kia is one the worst dealerships to ever ever be in business. My husband tried to reach out to the GM and has been ignored. read more

The experience at Horne Kia was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. After a confusing scheduling process where we were told on the phone that a diagnostic fee would be waived since the issue was likely related to a previous engine replacement the onsite reality was completely different. The service advisor, Christian, was defensive from the start. He flatly denied what was promised to my wife by "Cheyanne," claiming a "meeting with the GM" that morning meant they wouldn't honor the waiver. When I expressed my frustration I did say I fucking hate Kia and Horne Kia), instead of de-escalating, Christian told me, "Then you can leave," and walked away. When I tried to get his manager's contact information, he refused to provide it. I began recording the interaction to document the treatment. It's important to note that under A.R.S. § 13-3001 and § 13-3005, Arizona is a "one-party consent" state. Since I was a party to the communication, I was well within my legal rights to record the interaction for my records, regardless of their lack of cooperation. I stayed calm throughout, but the lack of professional courtesy and transparent communication was appalling. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere for service. read more

THIS STORY NEEDS TO BE HEARD. My husband and I had been shopping for kia carnivals for many months until we found the exact one we wanted at Horne. We were told it was the only one in the valley with all the specs we wanted. Chris offered us a deal over the phone which we agreed to. He asked us, "Can you come in today to do the deal?" Which my husband replied, "Yes! We just need to sell our Lexus and we will be in right after". We owned a Lexus GX460, paid off and the only car that fit our three children. The ONLY REASON we were okay selling our Lexus was because we found the exact Carnival we wanted. We ended up selling our Lexus for less than what it was worth because we didn't want to miss the opportunity to buy the carnival. After a very long drive, we arrive to the dealership where Chris and Daniel greet us with the news. THE CAR ISNT THERE. In fact it hadn't been for some time. It was being used as a demo car by the owner and they didn't know when it would be back. WE WOULDN'T HAVE SOLD OUR LEXUS IF WE KNEW THIS. They had no answers or solution. They tried a bait and switch approach by trying to get us interested in another vehicle. This was the Saturday before Mother's Day. Our plans to go on a trip for Mother's Day had to be cancelled because we didn't have a car to fit our family and we couldn't get our money back for the trip. We lost thousands. Monday came around and I had to reach out to them after they told me I would hear from a manager first thing Monday morning and never heard a thing. I finally received a call at 3pm saying "sorry, the car probably has a ton of miles on it now and they aren't going to have the car back anytime soon". We are now stuck without a car to fit our family and thousands of dollars lost. After months of saving, we are now in an incredibly hard situation and fumbling trying to figure out our next move. There was a complete lack of professionalism by every person we encountered. Worst of all I know they aren't losing sleep over this. Whatever they say in response to this comment to save face in front of the internet, is irrelevant to me. Nothing was done to fix this situation. read more

Every recent car buying experience begins with a sales person telling us that we need me to give them perfect reviews on their survey because they get heavily penalized if we don't. So what is the point of the survey if the sales person tells you you have to give them perfect reviews and I assume most people comply. This was then followed by the sales person telling us that they had to sell 10 cars a week just to get their basic pay. We were also told that the place was terrible to work for and they treated customers poorly. This is 100% true. They advertise a price online and then hit you with thousands of dollars of mandatory add ons for window tinting, theft protection, and paint protection. In my case they also gave me a quote for purchasing one of my vehicles online as well as a quote for trade in value of another vehicle. We were told by our sale person that those were not really quotes they are just "guidelines." At the end of the process I had tens of thousands in trade equity coming to me from Horne. I was expecting my check at that time. The finance person did not have a clue, she told us she NEVER issues checks. She further explained that it could be a week or two because before I got my check because one of the Horne's needed to sign the check and they never know when one of the Horne's will be available. They might be on vacation or out of the office. Even though the online process indicated we would get our check promtly when we sold them the car the sales manger was rude and truly awful telling us he never said we would get our check right away and if we wanted to void the deal to "go ahead and unwind the whole thing.". Bottom line, if I was "one of the Horne's" I would not want my employees telling my customers that the place is a horror show and they never know when the Horne's will be around to issue checks. Always have gotten great service at Horne Kia at Horne Kia. Which is my soul Kia four years ago always gone in for my maintenance people are great. They are very nice and friendly and very comfortable to sit and wait. They have TV , fresh, coffee, machine, free, water, vendor, machine, Nice clean restroom, and all you need while you're waiting eight. Gift shop . Very friendly courteous. You can even look in the window to see if your car is being serviced . Went in today to have my car check up annually and Austin was very nice. Had my Kia sorrento serviced here in July. After dropping off my car, I was waiting for a shuttle driver to drop me off. My service agent asks an employee if he can drop me off at my work while I get my car serviced and he responds "are you f*cking kidding me?!" He still dropped me off but that was obviously extremely unprofessional. My service agent apologizes and said she will bring this to her manager. They then quoted me a price for repairs and follows up with, "because of how one of our employees acted, we'll give you 10% off your service costs" being a veteran and already receiving 10% off, I asked if that's an additional 10% off and they said no. So ultimately no discount was given other than the one I was going to receive before the staff was unprofessional. The service agent then says the next oil change is on her and gave me her business card. Fast forward to today, I have an oil change scheduled and the service agent scheduled me and confirmed that the oil change would be covered. Only to receive a call 30 minutes prior to my appointment time and said that they have a new manager and the new manager said they would fire her if she gave me a free oil change. Definitely will be taking my business elsewhere. I saw how terrible the reviews were for this place and thought, maybe it's not worth writing a review, there's already so many bad reviews. But seeing the business owner respond to some of these with "your experience does not reflect on how we do business typically" is kind of hilarious considering there are obviously more negative reviews than good ones. read more

Walked into Scottsdale Porsche dealership to test drive a Cayenne, no need to fill out a credit check. Test drove multiple Cadillac Escalades and purchased one, no need to fill out a credit check form until we were ready to purchase. Walk into Horne Kia to test drive a Kia Sorento which you inquired about over the phone with multiple people, they want you to fill out a credit check form. There is no moral of the story here. Maybe their company policy is just is. If no stars were an option I'd give it one star. I really want to test drive a Kia Telluride but it seems that will never happen unless I want my credit to get dinged. read more

Outstanding! Above and beyond the sales experience. Jamie Rivera sold me my new Kia EV6 and did a fantastic job with my wife and I on our purchase of the vehicle. A few days ago I had a bad experience with running low on my energy for my electric vehicle. Trying to find some place to charge and all were failing. I decided to head to the dealership for helpi in getting the charge done there. To my surprise they told me they don't have public charging and couldn't help. It was for new car customers. I was a new car customer and never got the full charge it needed when I bought it only a couple of weeks earlier due to the lateness into the evening. I then asked for my salesperson Jamie who came to the rescue. I needed the Kia pass app setup which she completely setup and then went totally out of her way with her Boss's permission to help find a charger for me. 3 charging stations later we found one and she sat there with me for over a hour while it charged to 100%. I couldn't be more pleased and relieved that I got this done and got home okay. This is above and beyond what the salesperson should be. I wish there were more like her, this would make the whole sales experience much smoother and better for the customer not to mention good ratings for the dealership. Give her a raise!! Car Damaged During Basic Repair. Poor Accountability and Customer Care My Kia Sorento was brought in on 10/14/25 because the engine suddenly stopped accelerating while driving, and my phone charger had stopped working. The acceleration issue was repaired quickly, but when I picked up the car, it was discovered that several scratches had been made to the exterior while in their care. The dealership admitted fault and agreed to repair the damage and replace the charger once the part arrived. Despite assurances my car would be ready by 10/24, delays continued, the part failed, and my vehicle sat unused over the weekend. I was offered a "loaner," but only after pushing back on unexpected charges for a situation caused by their own damage. When I finally picked up the car on 10/28, the charger worked, but new scratches appeared on another door. The service advisor and service director repeatedly pressured me about my negative review rather than focusing on resolving the issue. While the first set of scratches was properly repaired by a detailer, the second set was not held to the same standard and was only touched up with a paint pen, leaving it clearly visible. I was even accused of extortion for simply asking that the car be restored to its original condition. The car ultimately required body shop repair and repainting, which Kia covered but only after 16 days in their possession. When I requested reasonable compensation (a 60k mile service) for the inconvenience, management declined, stating it was because my vehicle wasn't purchased from their dealership and they don't perform my oil changes. Do Not Recommend! If I could give 0 stars I would ! I took my car to Horne Kia for a simple oil change and got it back with a brand-new dent that absolutely was NOT there when I dropped it off. When I pointed it out, the dealership and manager SHELBY , refused to take ownership or responsibility for the damage caused while my car was in their care. The manager Shelby gave me the run around for two weeks stating he was waiting on footage of my car . I myself have video footage of my car the morning of without a dent . I received a call from Shelby two weeks later with him now claiming that they do not have any footage of my vehicle from that day . I've always received a 360 video of my car from the service area and this particular time was the only day I did not . This is completely unacceptable. A service department's job is to maintain vehicles and not damage them and then deny it. The lack of accountability and customer service I experienced was beyond frustrating. I will never return to Horne Kia and strongly recommend others think twice before trusting them with their vehicle. I normally don't leave reviews, but my experience with Horne Kia has been frustrating enough that I feel it's important to share. I purchased my vehicle from Carvana and have only ever brought it to Kia for service--yet every time I've had to deal with this dealership, the process has been exhausting. Over the past several months, I've worked with four different service advisors (Glen, Shelby, Ken, and McKenna), and despite their efforts, the overall experience has shown a lack of consistency, accountability, and care. Most recently, I brought in my vehicle for a "check electrical system" warning. I was shocked when I was told the water pump had been disconnected and that it wouldn't be covered under warranty, even though the car has only 12,000 miles and has never been to any body shop or service center except Kia. After expressing my frustration, they eventually agreed to cover it--but only after I had to push back and escalate the issue. It should not take a customer getting upset to receive the warranty coverage that should have been automatic. What's most disappointing is not just the inconvenience of repeated visits, delays, and miscommunication, but the lack of ownership in resolving issues proactively. As a customer, I shouldn't have to question whether a critical part like a water pump could have come disconnected from the factory or worry that problems won't be covered under warranty without a fight. This experience has left me with little confidence in Horne Kia's service department. I sincerely hope they take more responsibility moving forward and improve how they treat customers, because buying and maintaining a new vehicle should not feel like a constant uphill battle. EDIT AS OF 10/17: I reached out to Josh Bauman using the email he provided in his response over a week ago and never received a reply. I followed up again after a week and still have heard nothing. We Were Willing to Let It Go--Until the Final Disrespect Our experience at Kia Horn in Arizona started out promising. We first interacted with Daniel, who was great--professional, helpful, and showed us the vehicle we were interested in. A few days later, we came back for a test drive and were passed on to Nick, who was okay at first. Due to our family situation--specifically caring for our disabled son--we couldn't stay at the dealership all day to make the purchase, but we stayed in communication via email. Through those emails, we agreed on a specific car and a reasonable price range. We came back based on that agreement, ready to buy. That's when everything went downhill. We were handed off to Lisa, and it quickly became a disaster. Her attitude was disrespectful and dishonest from the start. She rolled her eyes at me (while I was talking to her bringing up the whole thing about promising different things-in front of my husband), interrupted me constantly ( I was over the phone), tried to change the price, and ignored the prior agreement entirely. Her behavior was aggressive and manipulative, and the way she spoke to me and my husband was completely inappropriate. At that point, my husband walked out, and we went to another dealership the same day, where we ended up paying $1,000 more--simply because we were treated with respect and integrity there. Even then, we were ready to let it go. We didn't want to ruin anyone's survey scores or write a bad review. But two days later, at 8 p.m., we got a call from Nick. He addressed my husband by the wrong name, and when we told him we had purchased from another dealership, he had the audacity to say, "Oh, I guess you care more about the price than the service." That was the final straw. The service is exactly why we left--we chose to pay more to be treated like people, not sales targets. To top it off, when I called back to ask who had made the rude call, someone at the dealership lied and claimed it was "John"--a person we had never spoken to throughout the process. We were patient, we were reasonable, and we gave them multiple chances. But after the disrespect, dishonesty, and completely unprofessional behavior, we will never deal with this dealership again. We'll also be bringing this to the attention of ownership so this doesn't happen to other families. Avoid Kia Horne. There are dealerships that still value honesty and human decency--and they're worth every extra dollar. read more

WARNING: DISHONEST BUSINESS -- I wish I could give a zero-star review. I met my father at Horne Kia one afternoon while searching for a new car. He came along to help with my son while I browsed vehicles. After discussing options with my husband, we decided to purchase what seemed like our dream car. We had carefully reviewed all written documentation and pricing for both our purchase and trade-in. Our plan was to return later that evening with my husband to sign the paperwork and provide our down payment. I left the dealership to meet my husband, pick up our other car, and make arrangements for my son. While I was gone, one of the salesmen found my father passed out in his car. He was taken to the ER for medical issues. Instead of completing the vehicle purchase, we went to be with my father. Throughout the night, we maintained communication with the sales associate, providing all necessary documents while we were at the ER. The next morning, between ER doctor visits, we went to the bank to get a check and complete our car purchase. We called to confirm the correct payment amount and recipient name. I informed the dealership I was on my way, feeling hopeful about some positive news during our family crisis--only to have that hope completely shattered. As soon as I walked into the lobby to wait for my sales associate, the finance manager confronted me. They were no longer honoring our agreed-upon deal that we had in writing, and they demanded an additional $10K. We ripped up the agreement and walked away. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Horne Kia due to the shadiness of their business practices. Our sales associate was one of the nicest gentlemen I've met and it's truly a shame he works for such an unethical company that changes terms at the last minute. TLDR: They don't want people to test drive their cars. We stopped by last night around 6pm to look at and test drive the sorento. The dealer was not busy at all and after the normal discussions we were shown some sorento's but they wouldn't let us test drive any of them. After the sales person was asking why we wanted to test drive something not in the right trim (which I explained the car is still the same, I want to see how it drives, how the size feels, etc...). He brought the manager over which started the same line of questioning. At that point we just left, the most awkward experience I have ever had at a dealer. We then went over to the Chevy dealer and bought a Traverse RS which was much nicer than the Sorentos anyways! read more

Beware of add-ons you didn't ask for, and understand that some of the staff here, not all, become very rude after the sale and use predatory sales tactics prior. My wife and I went in just to look at cars, and she immediately loved the Telluride. She traded in her 2019 HR-V, which had low mileage and was in good condition, for what seemed like a fair price for both parties. She originally wanted the hybrid, but since it won't be out for a while, she decided to go with the current model. The salesperson was, in my opinion, a bit pushy especially toward leasing. I was distracted taking care of our 1-year-old, so I wasn't fully involved in every part of the discussion. My wife made it clear she did not want add-ons. For example, they tried charging $200 for floor mats. We're not paying $52,000 plus taxes and title and then getting charged extra for basic items like floor mats, especially on a lease. Long story short, we went home and reviewed the paperwork. They had added over $2,000 in add-ons, things we normally would never agree to pay for, including the floor mats and other unnecessary extras. The next day, my wife went back to speak with them. The same people who were nice during the sale completely changed. I was on speaker the entire time. They were gaslighting her, making false statements, and at one point even told her to leave the office (one of the finance guys, literally yelled and said, get out of my office). After 2-3 hours of back and forth and being treated poorly, they finally agreed to cancel the contract and return her old vehicle. To make it worse, once she got the car back, she had to remove the baby's car seat herself from the new vehicle, transfer it to her old car, and move all of her belongings, all while caring for our baby. Not one employee offered to help until a random sales person was walking by and helped her, becauae he was unaware of the other guys actions. But a little too late, swas just about done with everything. Just be cautious. Review every line of paperwork before signing, and don't let anyone pressure you into add-ons you don't want. We will never go here, and we will make sure we spread the word to avoid this place at all cost. read more

Would like to give a 5 star (or higher if possible) to Christian in the service department in Horne Kif.. ....he went out of his way to fix a problem that was caused NOT by Horne Kia but by Kia in Tempe... Tempe Kia lied to us when we purchased prepaid oil changes as an add on when we bought a new car in Tempe...both of us questioned the sales person on whether the prepaid oil changes ever expired...he assured us they NEVER would expire....well they do. Christian, from Horne Kia at least allowed us to receive 1 of the several oil changes we purchased. 2 lessons learned here...1) ask for Christian if you go to Horne Kia..lesson 2) stay away from Tempe Kia, they are lying thieves. read more

Worst experience I've ever had with a dealer. I live out of state and was trying to get it done over the phone. First they took 2 days to get an out the door price. Each day they would go 3-4 hours in between contacts. Saying I'm next up/we are working on it now, etc etc. They tried to increase the base price from their advertised internet price once they did get it to me (two days after I started). Finally called and said I need a manager, gave me a slight run around, next up told me the "options" on the vehicle couldn't be taken off. And "lying" about he couldn't take the sales tax off. Out of state plays their own state sales tax, not Arizona. So wasted 2 and a half days of my time. If you get Clark as a sales person, just walk away. And Huey the manager had other things more important twice when we were on the phone. Don't give them your business. read more

Oh where to begin , I had purchased a car here years back and didn't have issues but I was in there a couple days ago and I can't begin to tell you the shady practices this place uses and please read through the other 1 star reviews because I absolutely believe them all now. So we walked in to look for a car and test drive a car and up to that point everything was fine but then everything went sideways. 1st off they were so adamant for me to agree on a price and sign the paper and I was like no what price can you do so I said a price and he took the walk to his manager and came back and sat down , all he did was go and talk to another employee and told him to come ask for the keys because someone just came in to make an offer on the car 1k more then me which happened to be the same price he wanted to put it at ( mind you this is 8:30 at night ) so if your going to be shady and lie you should cover your tracks considering there was nobody else in the rooms wanting a car and the car was exactly where we parked it when we left. So I told them no I'm not interested in that and told them I would go talk to the people that wanted the car but oh no they didn't want that since the people didn't exist, then they brought in the manager to try and con me into a price and show me his calculations and all the cost which I wasn't interested even my daughter was laughing at the tactics of lying and deceiving they put on they should realize that there are plenty of places and cars to shop for and you may get some people with these tactics but I will never be back and if anyone asks I will tell them the same. And to the business owner who adds notes to every response there is no reason to do so but I would suggest that you hire honest people because it is unbelievable the shady tactics you guys teach or allow , I would advise anyone else to check other dealerships there are plenty of other Kia dealerships and used cars out there to avoid this place at all costs read more

Took my Soul in for some recall work and servicing and Crystal was my advisor. She did a walk around with me, went over the things we were doing and recommendations. She treated me like a VIP and made my experience an awesome one! So alongside the recalls, I got new wiper blades and a battery, plus did recommended system flushes. Plus they washed and vacuumed my Soul and got it all roadtrip worthy for me, as I am headed out to Palm Springs and Laughlin the next two weekends for concerts and will get to see family as well! Time to trade in my GMC Acadia. It was a pretty good vehicle but the warranty absolutely suuuucked! So having had two Kia's previously I decided to go with them again, and I picked up the Telluride S after much research as it was ranked #1 in midsized SUVs. I couldn't be happier with my decision. They gave me what I wanted for my trade in and I went a level up from the base model which I had planned on getting because they had a righteous deal on it. Now about my salesman and experience with their financing department. My previous salesperson was great, but my finance guy who closed the deal was a nightmare as detailed in my previous post. It was a completely different story this time I am pleased to report. My salesman Abdulh was terrific! He didn't do a hard sale which was greatly appreciated as he answered the questions I had but wasn't intrusive with constantly over hyping the vehicle to me. He took me out to test drive several of them and was able to answer every single question I had and was knowledgeable and about the vehicles. I doubt you'll get from most salesman who don't know what they are selling, and after I bought the vehicle he sat and walked me through the Kia Connect app for some time. So yeah, ask for Abdulh because he's just a great guy to work with. Regarding the financing guy who does the final paperwork. Th last guy I worked with when I bought a car there was super disrespectful and I almost killed the deal because of it. He tried to upsell me on things (which I get is how they make profit) but he just kept shaking his head and essentially called me an idiot over and over when I told him I wasn't interested in something this time I worked with Harvey Alexander. He was super respectful, and while he did present the options for additional services as he has to do, he wasn't disrespectful when I declined. He also did the paperwork quickly so I wasn't sitting around all day which was appreciated. Guys like these and the quality of Kia will keep me coming back to this dealership. This is my third Kia and I've been happy with them all, and I'll certainly buy my next Kia from Horne Kia again. read more

Terrible experience! This is NOT an honest dealership. They tried (unsuccessfully) to "steal my trade" and they tack on multiple "dealer installed" gimmicks amounting to thousands of dollars which are hidden on their website. I'm baffled as to how this toilet stays in business. Don't waste your time! read more

Horrible experience! I went into look at a Telluride and met with Aaron. He provided me his card and explained when I was ready to make a deal to text him and he would get everything lined up so I wouldn't have to spend all day at the dealership. I week later I text him I was ready to move forward. He was very slow to respond and we had little movement on a deal over 3 days. By day 3 the vehicle I wanted was gone, he told me he could get me to my desired payment in a similar vehicle and once I agreed told me he still had to run numbers to try and make it work. A few hours later told me his manager was gone, he was off the next few days and to come into talk to someone else if I still wanted to work on a deal. 3 days completely wasted! read more
