When I spoke with Lori and Jackie at Autofix they were sensitive to the fact that I was paying out of pocket for this and worked with me to get a reasonable price. I highly recommend Autofix for their overall professionalism, customer service and quality workmanship. This is my 5th time using Autofix and every time has been a pleasure. They do great work and have an excellent attention to detail. This last visit we had a front end collision that ended up being $5,500 worth of damage and Tony took care of all the insurance problems and the repair came out flawless. One small detail I really appreciated was that during my accident I spilt a whole cup of coffee all over the interior and without me even bringing it up tony made sure to detail the entire interior of the car so that we didn't have to deal with that after we got the car back. Reputable car repair shops are near impossible to find and its hard to trust reviews on line but I couldn't recommend Autofix more. read more

Got rear ended by a hit and run very minimum damages beside a dent on the lift gate and crack in bumper. Ron had told me it will cost $800 for the gate and another $800 for the bumper and that the labor rate is $50 per hour. Once he took it apart he added over $5000 in Labor and took advantage of me and put a Machanics lien on my car. This is not the right place nor the people who do the right thing. The front part of my car hit a fence pole after sliding on some black ice. When my car was finished it looked better then before the accident, the car looked like it was never in a accident. my car was hit badly by a drunk driver, it was brought to this place as it was the closest to the crash site. Well, first of all, they should have totalled the car, but instead he low balled the initial repair quote and told my insurance company it could be repaired. they approved and then he started adding over $10k worth of new necessary repairs. well, after over a month, i finally got my car back and i started seeing all kinds of flaws. the trunk was off, the roof leaked, the paint job was bad, the list goes on and on. well, when i called him out on honoring his warranty, he got nasty and talked to me like i was bothering him. i brought my car back to him to fix all the things wrong with it and he ended up breaking the plastic shield in the wheel well and tried to say it was like that when i brought it in. i think i would have noticed loud dragging noises and something drooping from the front of my car. when i told him about this he got really nasty again. he is rude and impatient and quite frankly, does terrible work. i still have a leaking roof and there's still things wrong with the car that he didnt fix. i would never recommend this place. there's plenty of other auto body shops around. you don't have to settle. i wish i got a second opinion. read more
