    *****BEWARE OF THE SERVICE CENTER AND THEIR ADVISORS/MECHANICS ***** The absolute boiling point with this dealership service center was AGAIN catching them in a complete lie. My 2024 GMC Sierra HD had a faulty brake sensor saying it detected new brake pads, and then it said it needed new ones. Extremely obvious the sensor was having difficulty and not reading correctly. After dropping it off they called me saying I needed ALL NEW BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS saying my brakes were in the "danger zone" at 3MM width, on a truck with only 30k miles on it ? Does not tow heavy at all ? I knew that was a red flag immediately and they wanted to charge me $2,500. I said no and picked up my truck immediately. Low and behold after my husband had taken off all 4 tires the brakes pads were still at a 7mm minimum and the rotors were like brand new (photos attached). After bringing this up to 3 different service advisors not ONE said a WORD ! Are they on commission? Must be because no response said enough for me. If I could give this service center -10 stars I would. They are not even worth 1. I have NEVER in my life been so excited for a warranty to end on a vehicle so I don't have to deal with this place anymore ! GMC is supposedly "luxury" but the experience here and the people you have to deal with is the complete opposite. I will never purchase another vehicle from an Autonation dealership again.

    Battery that was in the car that says 40 month replacement warranty

    Terrible service. They sold me a battery with a clearly marked 40-month warranty, but when it failed, they refused to honor it and claimed it was only 20 months. Mind you I bought this battery in middle of 2023. They don't date the batteries when they install them, which makes it easier for them to dodge responsibility. Unprofessional, dishonest, and not customer-focused. Avoid this place -- don't bring your vehicle here and definitely don't buy from them.

    Air filter that was never changed

    So I take my son's car to the Buick lot because that's what was given to him as part of his warranty for his vehicle that he bought over at AutoNation and every time we schedule a oil change we always have to to make sure they have the filters for his car because he has a Hyundai not a Buick Needless to say we take the car in and also make sure at the end of the service that we ask if the air filters in the cabin and in the car have been changed and every time we were told, yes they were never changed. We just had a oil change done not even a month ago and this is what our air filters look like in both the engine and inside of the cabin, I don't know why dealerships try to get this extra money from you to get a warranty or the extended warranty on your vehicle and they send you to a place that they don't even have your car at because again we have to go to Buick not to Hyundai long story short, we found out that the filters had not been changed due to a recall on the Hyundai so we had to take it to the Hyundai dealership and upon the video that they sent and what they showed us as far as what our filters look like those filters have never been changed

    Update - I was able to speak to the GM . He had been made aware of my situation, he asked for my rundown of events and, without prompting from me, told me he would cover all my travel expenses related to my breakdown ( I was route to LA for work ). I respect him for jumping on that issue and doing the right thing by me. It goes without saying that they will also do whatever maintenance and repairs necessary on my car.

    The review on the bottom is from the last time we had service and even then they gave us a hard time. Now I have an update on how this is by far THE WORST SERVICE CENTER I have been too. And I am refusing to ever buy from here again because their service center is terrible. We brought the car in a week prior to June 7th and they had told us a bolt was missing and someone had taken it off. Hoping calls are recorded since they lied and said it was a welded piece to the subframe. Then when we got there they lied and said it "fell off" and tried to put blame on us getting an oil change from up the street. I felt something was off so I called the dealership for invoices. They said they would email them but never did. A week went by and I asked again. I called many times but there was no answer and no one willing to give us the invoice. Finally last week we went there and got the invoice printed out. Waited for a manager at another shop to review the invoices since we don't know much about cars. At this point we also brought the car in for them to look over the work that they had done. Now that we have documented proof and photos of the vehicle missing the bolts from them replacing our front sway bars and the links they are still refusing to fix the vehicle. Not only that I HAVE OUR BABY that I was driving in this vehicle that could and could've broken down while driving at any moment due to their lack of professionalism and work. I have filed a complaint with corporate and have put a claim in and will definitely will be seeing about a lawyer for endangering not just my life BUT MY CHILDS LIFE for over a year. Their negligence shows me how little they care for the work they do. Hoping anyone thinking of buying or bringing their vehicle here thinks twice. Sales department at Auto Nation up the street was great but service has always sucked. Juanita was the only one to answer calls and help us out when needed. And when I spoke to the General Manager he seemed great at first but looks like he can't put his personal feelings to the side to make sure business is done properly. Please check out these photos of the vehicle, invoice and diagram of what was damaged due to the bolt never being put back in. Please be careful where you bring your car and who you rely on as when driving 65 miles an hour anything can happen if your vehicle is not safe to drive. It's been almost 40,000 miles.. I'm glad we are still safe but we have no other car and have to wait for them to fix the vehicle now since no one else wants to touch this. Not happy with the inconsistency of prices they give you. I went in for an oil change and was told it would 89.99. When I got their another representative said 99.99. By the time the service was done the next person told up 129.99. I had explained that we would've never came to this place for an oil change if we were told that price from the beginning. Fair to say I was not happy about this. My sales rep was amazing but the the service department needs work.

I…read moreresearched vehicles online and put in all the specifications that I was in search of, and found a 2025 Nissan Sentra in Palmdale, CA, shipped it for $99 and waited for it to arrive. The online shopping experience was straightforward, and the communication and text updates were smooth and non-burdensome. I did the financing online to get an idea of where we would be and also sought out financing through America First Credit Union to make sure I had the best interest rate (in the economy, you have to save where you can). We test-drove the car with Bryan M., and he was great to work with. The CarMax experience is definitely different because there aren't any deals or haggled pricing, so you will want to do your research and know what the car you are interested in costs as a new vehicle and as a used vehicle at a dealership, so you can cross-reference prices. We test drove another vehicle just to make sure we were confident in our choice. Bryan ran a finance credit check for us, and after comparing the rates, we ended up using America First Credit Union. After researching and comparing the extended warranty protection packages, the CarMax service protection plan is really comprehensive and covers a lot so it was a tough decision. It is very well reviewed. We did end up going with the plan AFCU offered because it was comparable and extended to 120K miles. We brought our check in the next day, and we were in and out within an hour of our scheduled appointment. Bryan didn't pressure us to buy anything additional, and I appreciated his customer service and professionalism. When we ran into a snag with the computer system, the management stepped in and problem-solved right away, and it didn't hold us up in any way. The car was washed and ready to go! Small hiccup with vehicle and it needs a maintenance within 24 hours but I am not worried because they were prompt in response and even though it was Bryan's day off he responded with directions. Still overall a positive review and hopeful experience.

After carefully…read moreconsidering our options, we paid the $149 vehicle transfer fee to have the vehicle delivered to the CarMax West Warm Springs location in Henderson, Nevada. On Sunday, June 21, at 4:00 PM, we attended a scheduled test drive. The representative who assisted us, Daviana, was professional, courteous, and very helpful throughout the process. After reviewing the vehicle, we expressed our interest in purchasing it but requested one additional day to complete a final test drive before making our decision. Daviana informed us that she could place the vehicle on hold until the close of business on Monday, June 22, which gave us confidence that the vehicle would remain available while we finalized our purchase decision. Today, we contacted CarMax to inform the team that we were on our way to the West Warm Springs location to complete our final test drive and proceed with the purchase. However, during that call, we spoke with a representative named Eric, who informed us that the vehicle was already being processed for shipment to Texas for another potential buyer. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed and frustrated by this news. We relied on the assurance provided by your representative that the vehicle had been placed on hold for us. Based on that understanding, we felt comfortable taking the additional time needed to complete our evaluation of the vehicle before making a significant purchase decision. While Eric apologized for the situation and offered us a credit toward a future vehicle transfer or test drive, the issue extends beyond the transfer fee. We invested a substantial amount of time and effort researching vehicles, comparing options, arranging schedules, and ultimately identifying a vehicle that met our needs. Finding another comparable vehicle may take weeks or even months. We were informed that the issue may have been caused by a system or computer glitch. While we understand that technical issues can occur, customers should not bear the consequences of internal system failures, especially when they have relied on information provided by CarMax employees. The assurances given to us were ultimately not honored, and as a result, we lost the opportunity to purchase a vehicle we were seriously prepared to buy. This experience has left us disappointed with how the situation was handled. We believe greater accountability and communication are needed to prevent similar situations from affecting other customers in the future. We respectfully request that CarMax review this incident, determine what went wrong, and provide a meaningful resolution beyond a future transfer credit.

Also, the sales manager, Alex Paz, was tough, honest, and made the perfect deal for me. Plus, there was Salvatore Tucci, who helped me set up the car with my phone and made many adjustments to suit my preferences. Shakra, from Customer Service, was very helpful with my DMV registration. Since I had many other options for buying my new Toyota, this team stands out for their honesty and great service. I will recommend this dealership and will be back for my next Toyota.

Now there's a problem with the financing numbers, well yeah!! They have failed to call Bach for pre scheduled calls twice. Are not calling me back when I leave messages. I've bought cards there before, probably 15 Toyotas in my lifetime. I even contacted the General Manager. No response. I have to say that their service dept is amazing!!!     Well long story short. I ended up with a car my ex-wife was using and without notice she just…read moredropped if off at my sister's house as I live and work in a different state. I immediately flew that same day to Michigan to handle this unexpected and untimely event. I thought i had another car company buying the car. I send all the required paperwork. I waited two days for them to come and get the car and after the test drive they decided that they wouldn't buy it. Now I'm all freaked out. I have a vehicle registerd in a state I no longer live in and nowhere to go and I need to get back to work on the East Coast. A friend offered to let me keep the car at hos place while I try and figure things out. As I am driving the vehicle to my friend's house ...thank you Jesus...I get a call from Bryan from Give Me the Vin who gives me an offer and explains the process. I immediately take pictures and send over the documents as this is Friday late afternoon. I am informed that it will all be reviewed the following Monday and should receive a FedEx overnight with the paperwork to sign. As promised Tuesday I receive the paperwork and send it back out with the docs signed. WEd afternnon I get a text confirming everthing has been received. a couple hours later transportation company calls to pick up the vechicle. The following day another text all is complete and given the go ahead and cash the check. I made this process stressful but Give Me The Vin did not. Answered phone calls, texts and emails promptly. Communicated the entire process and held my hand to the end. Now this was a lower offer then what i originally received, but in the end Give Me The Vin stood by their word which means a lot. From the second we started working with him, he was just super kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. He's incredibly down-to-earth--we ended up chatting about his upcoming wedding and realized we share a huge love for music. He's a big music guy, so if you go see him, definitely swap some recommendations! Besides just being a great dude to talk to, Kyle is patient, knows his stuff, and is incredibly thorough. He made sure to cover every single detail about the car and walked us through the protection plans so we knew exactly what was what. (Quick heads-up for anyone looking for Alvin: he doesn't work here anymore, so make sure to ask for Kyle!) The vibe inside the dealership is also fantastic. The whole place is spotless, neat, and super aesthetically pleasing. They have this really cool, modern look with lots of wood and greenery, plus pictures of happy people with their cars everywhere. While you wait, they have a great drink station with an automatic machine that does coffee, cappuccinos, hot chocolate, and tea, plus a cold filtered water option. It completely takes the edge off buying a car. Plus, it's a total hassle-free experience with absolutely zero predatory salesperson vibes. The whole process was way quicker than a standard dealership, and it was honestly the easiest time we've ever had buying a car. We walked away with an awesome 2023 vehicle for basically half the price of retail. And as a fun final touch, they let you customize the bow you put on your new car before you drive it off the lot! One quick disclaimer for anyone looking at the lower reviews: do your research! It seems like most of the negative feedback is just from people who didn't do their homework beforehand. If you know what you're looking for and you do your research, this place is gold because they price everything thousands below retail. We couldn't be happier with our new ride or the experience.     The price they advertise for a vehicle is half of what they are actually charging. My god, the fees…read moreare absolutely ridiculous, it's like they forget you're the customer. Doc fees are ridiculous and I have never paid doc fees in my last 3 purchases since I bought my first vehicle. But here, they refuse to remove them. They want to charge you an enormous amount for "options" that they previously added. They want to charge you for an interior/exterior coating that you can get later for a quarter of the price they ask for. The salesman was very friendly but the manager acted like he was doing us a favor by offering all the upgrades. Now mind you, we were only buying a used car for $5499 as advertised but the price at the dealership was $13k+. EXPLAIN THAT. We ended up NOT being fleeced and just a little more effort, ended up buying elsewhere where they were all about customer service and actually trying to sell you a car. After our visit, they did text me to remind me that if I had any questions to let them know because they were there to help. I have never seen so many fees added to a vehicle. I can only imagine if I was there to buy a new vehicle. I guess it is true that they don't want you to own your vehicle anymore. They want to sink you in debt. My advice, shop for a car when you're not in a hurry and visit as many dealers that you can. Acquire a written quote at each location and ask for any unnecessary fees or up charges you didn't request to be removed. Someone will appreciate the consumer and actually fairly sell you one.
