Congratulations on your new car - a 2nd key cost $600 more. After accepting a no-haggle price and completing the deal for a pre-owned BMW X3, we handed a single key and told you need to go to the BMW dealer for a 2nd key for $500-$600. The salesperson, Tim, talked to us about the memory seats, but failed to mention there was only one key until we closed the deal. Then he refused to pay for the 2nd key, referring to the no-haggle policy. I need to return the car or pay retail $600 more, when they could have got one for wholesale at a fraction of the cost. Addendum: After escalation to the sales manager they called the prior owners and asked them to find the second key. They did and now we have 2 keys. I have 2023 Ford Lightening that is leaking through the roof via the microphone above the drivers seat. It doesn't fit in my garage so will be exposed to any additional rain. I called Autonation and the earliest they can get me in is over 2 and a half weeks from now and said that If I didn't tarp it that Ford may make me liable for any further water damage from the defective roof seal. That all seems unreasonable for a 90k truck still under warranty. Poor quality vehicle (have had multiple issues and multiple recalls) and poor service. read more

Honoring a warranty and delivering good repairs and customer service is actually zero. I brought my Ford Escape to Autonation Ford Bellevue in February 2024. The service advisor went on a drive with me and acknowledged noise in front end and I left my car. There was no update from Ford on repair status or return call from multiple voice mails left, including service managers. I had to get a ride and walk up to service desk 2 Saturdays in a row to get status of repair. On second Saturday, I was told parts were needed and had to be ordered. BUT, magically , on Monday my car was repaired . Ford had kept my car for 12 days with no attention to car. Unfortunately for me, within a few days, Escape was making a noise again. Back to Autonation - report this time was that mechanic could hear noise but was unable to locate source. I was told car was safe to drive, but did I want to replace brakes that did not show a problem? Now, in September, my Escape is making noise yet again. Again, mechanic acknowledged noise on a drive. Again he could not reproduce noise in shop. I was told "Ford does not throw parts at a noise that cannot be reproduced" It is not acceptable that Autonation either cannot diagnose a problem or stalls on repairs. read more

looked at a 2016 Lexus RX. Which they were selling for almost $7000 over trading value I have a 2020 Toyota forerunner Trd premium. Which I spent $2700 on tires and Trd rims to make it look better. They offered me $27,000 on a trade-in. Like $5000 less than Kelley Blue Book has for a trade-in. So all at all near as I could tell they're trying to make $13,000 off the deal. Stay away from these guys and they say their prices are so low that they do not negotiate. Although they're trying to make $7000 off their last trade-in and then rip you off 5000 or more on your trade-in. No thanks ever again. What a joke. read more

We bought our 2020 Ford Escape Titanium Hybrid (top of the line, hopefully our 'forever' car) from AN Ford Bellevue in July 2020, and took all the 'extra' insurance options. We've never had to pay a penny in service charges since then, including for routine maintenance, and for a few unexpected issues. We took it in just before Labor Day for what we thought would be a same-day electrical fix - it ended up taking 6 days, including over Labor Day weekend. AN Ford Bellevue paid for our Enterprise rental car, and fixed the electrical issue. Very happy with this dealership, and with both the sales and service staffs. Definitely 5 stars ... read more

I've tried to purchase a car at this location twice but both times I was met with inexcusable circumstances. First time I came to see a 2012 F150 raptor. The truck looked great in photos and the sales guy assured me it was in good condition. When I saw the truck in person I quickly realized the car was covered in patches of rust. It was so extensive there were finger sized holes in the cab. Most recently I called about a Ranger Raptor on their website. The list price was $57k. The salesman on the phone gave me a run around speech of how the car was a special order and may or may not be available and that there would be a standard $10,000 mark up. I understand dealers need to make their money but this is wrong. Really shows the greed of the dealership and the folks that run it. Says a lot about their character selling used cars that belong on a B lot and slapping outrageous markups on mass produced pickup trucks. I wouldn't recommend these guys in a million years read more

My advice, do NOT purchase a vehicle here and expect to be taken care of. In March of 2021 I thought I found the perfect vehicle to suit my growing grandchildren. I had an x3 but was in need of an suv, so when I seen on line the x5 with low miles and a decent price I was excited. Thought it was perfect, went in, already pre approved credit line. Easy peasy. Explained to the sales person the need for a larger vehicle since I care for my 2 grandchildren and both were getting too big in their car seats on my X3. Told them I was on my 2nd year of remission from stage 3 cancer and this was my victory purchase. Thought it was a blessing. I'm not a big commuter, work, grocery and school.. had the car for less than 7 months, didn't even put 10,000 miles...keeping it under 85.000 miles for a 2012. Only to be doing some Black Friday shopping and have the engine fail. Took it to a local shop, he told me I was looking at 7-8 thousand dollars to repair. After taking a year on medical leave to fight my disease, my savings was depleted. I decided to drive to Bellevue and reach out in person in hopes of a good faith business, just hoping they could work with me to come to a solution, wether they assist with repair, or work on buying back this lemon and getting me into a reliable vehicle. Instead, after 2 hours of them debating and playing with my time, I was basically told there was nothing they could do and good luck getting out from under this purchase. I was heartbroken, I've never been in a situation such as this. I have lived here my whole life, made several vehicle purchase from dealerships, and I must say, this place did bad business and I will warn all my contacts to not support this business on future purchases. Needless to say, my X5 is at BMW Northwest at the moment, and although they had no connection to this purchase, they offered to give me a break on repair cost. Almost by 1700! I've been in customer service with the same organization for 25 years, our company values are simple, make it right and take care of our associates and community. I question how long this establishment will continue being successful with this trend of broken business practices. Shame on you for taking advantage of good hard working people. What I had a problem with was the service and service charges of this place. I came in for squeaky breaks and a creaking noise my suspension was making and they were going to charge me a ridiculous amount of money. I only decided to go with getting my break pads changed because of the expense and how I urgently I needed them. I had to splurge in order to get them changed. I got there at 1pm and was told I would get my quote around 2:30-3pm. Seemed reasonable at the time but I wasn't given a quote until almost 5pm. At that point I just wanted the breaks changed and because it was "so late in the day" I had to leave my car over night and take a rental car, which I had to pay for! And on top of renting the car, I wasn't given a full tank but only a half and told to come back with a half of tank, forcing me to spend more money. Even when I rented the car, I was told my car would be ready to go the next morning and it wasn't ready until the afternoon. This was all for a simple break change. This place truely sucks and I will never be going back here, not for service and for sure not to buy a car. read more

No I am not happy - the service advisor did not review or offer to make a next appointment. Also I brought the car in and told him exactly what was wrong and asked them to verify. He told me it would be $99 so I said okay. He had the car for a whole week and called me midway through the week. He told me that it was going to be 3-400 and they would get it fixed. I kept checking to see if they where done and finally after a week he said it was going to be $1900 to get it fixed and I declined because it was way to expensive. Than he charged me $400 and tried to even charge me a $45 charge for hazardous waste disposal that I had to calm him out in because there was no hazardous waste. He laughed and said my bad let me fix that. All this money just to confirm the exact thing I told them was wrong when I dropped it off. I found the two parts I needed only for $130 and $400 and it took me a total of about 20 minutes to pull the two old parts off and look at the part numbers. I am super turned off by this ridiculous situation and I would never use that service advisor again. I brought my vehicle in today to have some scheduled maintenance done. I checked with Michael and he was very helpful. Picking it up I worked with Josh. I found his demeanor to be brash after asking questions. I asked about car cleaning and found they do not do that. His email to me as a reminder of my service included a complementary sanitization. I have no idea what that was and he did not indicate they did it. My review really is to say how helpful Michael was and unhelpful Josh is and does not follow up on messages. My husband bought a Ford Escape from this dealer 7 years ago and got duped into spending thousands on 7-year 100k-mile Premium Maintenance Plan which suppose to cover all maintenance needs including brakes, shocks, 30k, 60k and more. However, over the years they never did any of those required service other than oil changes. When we got suspicious at year 6 and asked for 60k service to be done, we were told our vehicle didn't need it and those traditional 60k service doesn't apply to newer model vehicles. We are not auto technicians and took their words as truth. However, as soon as our 7-year maintenance plan expired, we took our car in for oil change. We were given a long list of 60k service list quoted at $1800+. We were furious. AutoNation did not give us a good answer why we were denied 60k service when it was covered by the plan other than the lady who denied our service has left the company. We tried to negotiate with them and they just flatly ignored us. and refused to make things right. I just want everybody to know that this business is a crook and doesn't honor its commitment. My hubby and I visited the dealership several times. Just to look. Tim was always so friendly and easy to work with. I bought my 2012 Nissan Murano on February 6, 2022 at AutoNation Ford Bellevue. Through this letter I want to manifest how disappointed and discontent I am with my experience with your business. At the same time, I want to make clear that I would like to return this car for a full refund which includes my down payment and cancellation the contract with AutoNation at Ford Bellevue. As a driver, I don't feel safe operating this vehicle. In less than two weeks, the car has already presented three major safety issues. One of the brake lines is broken, there is a major leak in the transmission of the car, and there is a recall that has not been fixed yet. The day I bought the car they told me it went through a 15-point safety inspection test and that the car was fine to drive. On top of that, they assured me that they took care of all the recalls the car had and there were no issues with the vehicle. According to the dealership, the only remaining issues are cosmetic and the front two fog lights that were not working at the time. On the Nissan website, there is still an unresolved recall that has not been completed yet. On Sunday February 20, 2022 the vehicle's emergency parking light and traction control light turned on. In order to look for a solution I went by an O'Reilly Parts store and the store associate who helped us mentioned that the vehicle didn't have any brake fluid and it was unsafe to operate. We scheduled an appointment with a mechanic to check our car on Wednesday February 23, 2022 and after looking at it, he found a severed brake line on the left rear side and a major leak on the transmission of the vehicle. According to him, the vehicle is in unsafe conditions and could fail at any moment, either because the transmission will fail due to lack of fluid or the brakes would not respond because of the severed brake line. At this point I had to drive with big uncertainty to AutoNation Ford Bellevue to explain the concerns and proposed a solution of a full refund and cancellation of the contract. They kept telling me that the vehicle was 10 years old and because of that they would not be able to do much about it. I mentioned to them that I did not want the vehicle because it represented a big threat for me and I felt really unsafe driving it. I had to wait around 2 hours in order to get a response from them, the best solution they came up with was to fix the brakes and not even refill the transmission fluid and fix the transmission. They say that if the car was sold as an 'as-is' car there was not much that they could do about it, and that "we don't know when is going to break that's the reason we sell the car as-is." The vehicle was not sold 'as-is' and I have a photo of the Dealer Warranty statement on the Buyers Guide posted on the car, with the car with the vehicle make and model and VIN Number. They claimed that the vehicle went through a safety inspection, however there still an uncomplete recall, brakes issue, and transmission issue only after 2 weeks of purchasing the vehicle. This is three major safety concerns that was not mentioned prior to purchasing the vehicle. I do not trust what they claim. At this point, I am really upset and displeased with the service, lies, and lack of caring about my safety the manager at AutoNation had. How can you refuse to honor the dealer warranty and try to claim that the car is marked as an 'as-is', so that you guys will not respond for the damages or my safety when it has not even been a month since buying the car? How can you claim that this car was safe to drive when there are three major concerns that has been diagnosed? My proposed solution is to receive a full refund and to have the contract canceled. I do not feel safe operating a vehicle that has three major safety failures after two weeks of having purchased it. These three issues are known, but I wonder what other issues that I do not know about? These issues are not cosmetic or superficial. These are three major concerns that are present and can lead to a car accident or even worse a deadly road casualty. read more

I actually had a really awful experience here. I did want to name that they casually do not wear masks. Many people who are sitting at their desk do not wear mask. And they were not eating. In addition to that when we went to the front desk, The two people who were in the back had no mask and one person partially had it on and they really were indifferent about us being in a pandemic. I just had to say that because it was shocking given the fact that they have a sign at the door and that we are in a pandemic. I went here with my friend because we were going to empty her car only to find out that they sold her car without even letting her know. One of the associates really asked "well what was in there that was so valuable" not giving any regard to the fact that someone has had that car for 12 years and they were led to believe they had the opportunity to complete the sale of the car. For someone to have given you business and bought a car especially in this economy, during a pandemic where it looks like your sales are scarce. It's a shame that his coworker had to step in and apologize for his rude behavior. In addition to that everyone seemed very indifferent to the situation and they will try to overcharge you for one tire that was $400. What is insane is that Les Schwab pulled the nail out and patched up the tire for free. All I wanted to say was they don't wear mask, and they will try to overcharge you and will talk to you as if you don't have common sense. The only nice people who are wearing their mask the whole entire time where the people who were in the service area and the man giving back my friend's keys. I would give zero or even minus if there was that option, based on my horrible experience with AutoNation Ford Bellevue that I have not got feedback after our continuing to follow up MORE THAN TEN TIMES within MORE THAN HALF A YEAR to get my reasonable request resolved effectively and efficiently. It is not a good customer experience at all! I don't even feel that they cared about customers. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I seldom gave merchants negative feedback(pls check my review history if you are interested), and I am a strong believer that we must give timely recognition to those who have done a great job. That's why I wanted to share my personal experience this time with other potential or existing customers. If you want to save your energy or at least not going through these hassles without knowing what's going on and when an easy thing can be resolved, please think it over and over whether you really want to have business with this store. Our car was totaled and we asked for the pro-rated refund for our fully paid maintenance plan, which the same process had been done easily before for our previously owned car(It indicates that it should not be a difficult process, at least it should not be something that can not be resolved, or takes so long time to have an update for a customer). Someone might say that the person who we contacted could drop the ball somewhere in the whole system, and why don't you give those people a chance to make it up? After multiple attempts to reach the finance guy to whom we submitted the forms, we never heard back from him. So I called the general manager last Wednesday Oct 3rd and he promised that he was going to look into it to the bottom and give me feedback within one hour(although I told him that I could wait several days after he came back from vacation, being told by him that he was on vacation). Then I followed up by an email on Monday Oct 8th and waited till this afternoon Oct 13th to follow up again with the general manager to see whether he has got update yet... no reply... This was quite different from when they wanted to lock down the deal with you and asked you to pay for the vehicle and service package... I think that we waited too long! If there was some delays, they could have provided even just for an update!! We started with asking the finance guys by visiting their office right after the car was totaled in Mar, they told us to come another day and we did. When we went there again, they told us that they were busy, and we asked for digital documents to sign so we don't have to go back and forth. The guy told me that they cannot do that, which turned out to be false because we finally got the digital form signed and submitted on Apr 20th. WE COULD HAVE DIED- Had some recall work done on my SUV (I had all the work on my SUV done at Autonation, assuming it would be a higher level of parts and service) after buying my vehicle at Autonation Ford of Bellevue At drop off they asked me if I wanted a tire rotation and I said no, I had just bought 4 new tires so didn't need it. Upon pickup they HAD rotated my tires and charged me and that took weeks to get a refund for. BUT they had also neglected to tighten the lag bolt on one of my rear tires. Driving 70 down the freeway with my 11 yo in the back seat and the front end of my SUV starts sliding all over the road! I couldn't control my car and felt like I was sliding on ice. Absolutely terrifying. When I called to arrange to get the car to them they said I had to use their tow company- I did not since I already had called AAA - once up on the tow truck we got under and saw the lag bolt just spinning and sliding all over the place- It really was just luck we weren't killed. When I picked my SUV up, no acknowledgement of the seriousness of what had happened and of course no apology. They didn't charge me for the repair which is the only acknowledgement I received for their monumental screw up. I will never go back under any circumstance- If they had acknowledged the seriousness and apologized, I wouldn't have the same issues but the utter lack of acknowledgement or responsibility for what they did is appalling. It also took weeks and weeks and several calls to be reimbursed for the tow tuck I had to hire to get my car over to Bellevue. read more

Reviews are based on true experiences. Does not matter even if your a returning customer, once you say NO the whole experience will be crappy. FORD is such a great company but sadly they hire service techs that has really disappointing attitudes and terrible business etiquette. I have gone to Auto Nation twice before and although the most previous experience was not my favorite I still went back 07/09/18 to Auto Nation FORD at Bellevue to get my service done- in hopes that the customer trust & loyalty will be appreciated regardless of past experience. In my mind and in hopes they would not judge on regardless year and model of your vehicle and they will treat their customer 100% equally. Sadly & irritably that was not the case. As I checked in the service tech who was assisting me asked me questioned that at that moment I had said no (financial situations and time squeeze) and advice that I will go to someone who had worked on my car before. The service tech then goes and say to me-- did you then just wanna take it to that guy to do your oil change? Making me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed, I then said no as I drove 30 mins away to go there for my appointment. As I sat uncomfortably in the waiting area, I texted my husband and told him what happened. My husband suggested to go somewhere else instead, as I told the service tech what my plans were he then told me rudely then go ahead- the keys are still in the car. Just take it. Never have I expected this for the 2nd time going to Auto Nation Ford at Bellevue, but glad I did-- for me to know not to come back here and be faced with such a poor customer service EVER!!!! read more

This is the worse experience I ever had with a shop in my whole life. First the diagnostics take longer than a week to even start. Reaching the staff, or the so called advisor, who's off most days, for updates has proven to be not easy to say the least. Next thing is parts, which I was told would take five days after which work would be done and I would be able to pick up my car soon after, but the parts take over two weeks to come in. I don't know what kind of shipping service the Ford dealership uses but one would expect they would have a good enough one that wouldn't take over twice as long as your advisor says it will. So after the part comes in, what does the advisor say? Oh it should be done by tomorrow once the technician starts work on your car. Guess what, it's been almost a week now and I just gave them a call and the person who picked up says (after asking a manager) that it should be done by NEXT week, due to scheduling issues they had. I had been calm and polite throughout this whole ordeal, yes this experience was an ordeal to me and a stressful one, I am driving a car that barely runs that needs repairs ASAP, had I known the one in the shop would take over a month for work to be even started I would have never taken it there. This is BULLSH*T I purchased a vehicle here in CASH - it was used, and within one month I needed a new piston. Okay, I get it - I paid $4500 for a vehicle that was sold "as is" so it's not their fault. They stated the vehicle had undergone "maintenance" What maintenance?! All the fluids were so filthy it cost me a ton to just get the fluids replaced - I honestly didn't believe the car shop I originally took it to who told me the car hadnt been maintained At ALL. Nope - 4 repairmen later, Auto Nation didn't even check the fluids. I got pulled over in WA for lacking front plates. I PAID for those plates when I bought the car. I still have the AUTO NATION "drive pink" plate on the front of my car. But they only mailed me one plate. DMV says I either have to buy one myself, or have time send me one. I called, asked very politely for someone to look into this, and the guy absolutely blew me off. Honestly, it's not his problem, but you guys suck so badly. My car broke down driving to work. Had to get it towed to the closest repair shop, which was AutoNation Ford. Said they would try to get to it that day and would get back to me. Later that day they called and told me that after running their diagnostic (which costs $160), they told me that I needed a new battery cable and a new battery, parts and labor it would cost about $500. Told them to go ahead with it and they said they would work on it the next day. Next day comes, and they call me saying that I also needed to replace my radiator and radiator hose. Bringing the cost up to $1500 after parts and labor. I told them to go ahead and do it. I then get a call a few hours later saying they also need to replace the starter because the previous starter (which was replaced barely a year ago) mount was broke. Told me after parts and labor its going to cost me $2250. so 3 days after bringing it in, repair costs went from $500 to $2250, paid it and took my car home. Less than a week later my damn car breaks down again. Looks like its transmission problem thats the reason why it broke down. And thats not going to be an insignificant cost. Terrible. Using young, sweet salespeople (Chris the new guy who really wanted to help) to mask the greedy, old, dealership mindset *ahem* Mark, to milk money out of me. "We are transparent" the hell you are. "Haggle-free cost". So why ask for what I want to put down when you're gonna haggle me to put down more? Oh probably because you want the money ASAP since it's Sunday and you won't get a nice check from the credit union I was going to use until the following day, so you wanna use your creditor to track it under your terms, that's why. And hoping to get thousands in cash from me is just way more appealing. Well duh. Too bad taking advantage of knowing my situation slapped you into zero dollars from me. "We want to save you money" by pulling your credit to get as much information to play the 'how much money can we milk from you game'. Way to try to take a mile after I gave you an inch. "Our mission is to sell as many cars at a haggle-free, fair price as possible to meet our sales goals" lol not "10k isn't worth it for the deal you want of 4-5% apr. We have all cash customers right now and one guy calling the financial shots, that's why you're waiting 3 hours of bullshit". They didn't exactly say all of that in one sentence, but to sum up the whole experience, that's what it was. Suck one. Luckily, Auto Quest in Seattle kept it real, because I bought their Audi A3 instead of Ford's AutoNation. And Ford AutoNation had the nerve to call me back to try to sell the car again the next day. Mark probably forgot the AutoNation mission statement and came to his senses that no one is going to pay 10k in cash for a used car, when they can use that as a down payment for a new car. So don't act so stuck up and try to read into people's emotions. I have always had exceptional service while getting my truck worked on at AutoNation Ford Bellevue. Customer service has always been professional and I have always left with a smile on my face. Went here for service for my Ford Fusion Energi. I was supposed to get a leak repaired, some recall fixes, and some wipers. What I thought was a $50 service turned into a $1000+ ordeal. Communication was good, so that is always nice. Unfortunately, it is a small consolation when you consider that my car ended up being there for weeks instead of days. While the car was in the shop, the heat pump somehow broke, which meant I would have no heat unless I paid them another $700+ for repairs. I ended up paying almost $950 for repairs, and when you account for the added travel expenses we're talking well over $1000. read more

My hope in writing this review is to be constructive so managers there can provide feedback and training to the sales rep who helped us yesterday. Some background. We have been in search for a Bronco Sport ( like most folks) and put in a factory order with the hopes of buying one. We couldn't believe our fortune that while we were waiting to hear word of a factory order we found one that met our requirements at Bellevue AutoNation: bad lands trim, blue, etc. We were so happy to be able to secure one to possibly buy sooner than the factory order would be available. We rushed over to test drive and begin the purchasing process. This is where the sales rep went off the rails. Mehran (Mir) was pleasant and helpful when we put a deposit to secure the car and when we test drove the car. When we were back at his desk we began discussing the trade in of a 10 month old top trim Mazda Miata. They offered 27K but we had done our home work having it appraised by various places with most places offering 30-32K. When we tried to begin sharing our thoughts on what the price should be Mehran got super defensive and wouldn't let us explain. He cut us off and began speaking to us like we were 5 and didn't know the process (I'm in my 40s so I've bought a few cars). He threw a paper in front of us showing their dealer breakdown of it and said even though the trade in car needed absolutely nothing they would still have to detail and inspect it-understood but doesn't still didn't feel like it justified a 3-5k reduction which is why we wanted to chat and see if we could come to a number we can agree on. That didn't happen. Without even letting us discuss further he accused us of basically coming in to joy ride the car- very upsetting and extremely rude. He abruptly stopped conversations and told us he'll inform his manager what we're up to, which was NOT true. It was just a story he formulated in his mind as he was clearly angry. He retrieved our car keys and without looking at us shoved it in our hands and said we'll be refunded the deposit. I even had to ask where they parked our car since they took it for a test drive and he waved me off saying "Out there, out there"...question is where? He finally said out front. Okay so this is my ask if AutoNation Bellevue Management sees this is to have a conversation with Mehran. He is quick to anger and made so many assumptions that we didn't get to discuss purchasing the car. We left because it was so confusing and unpleasant. The sad part of this is we are still going to buy a Bronco Sport just not from him. We'll probably wait for the factory order and purchase that instead from a different dealership. I realize you will probably sell the car by today (it is a lovely car) but he did cost you a sale because of his behavior. In reading the Yelp reviews it seems you have some true gems working there, just hope you can provide training for Mehran so he too can be decent when he hears information he is not expecting to hear. read more

WARNING TO RECALL CUSTOMERS! Be aware that when you bring your car in for a recall to this dealership, they will use it as an opportunity to sell you services at inflated prices. I find it particularly offensive that when my car is returned to me after a recall, Like Clock Work, ( "3, 2, 1... here we go... so predictable...), they return with a grocery list of things that need to be fixed in your car. No surprises, right? On the list of things that needed to be done included a replacement of all the fluids. Every estimate to replace each fluid was about $160-$180! To have 6 fluids changed, they wanted to charge me nearly $1200! Is this what they do to old women and people that don't know any better? Take advantage of them and see if they will pay $1200 for a service they could get for $120 at Jiffy Lube? Also, please note, my car is new and I never drive it. I have put about 300 miles on it this year. It just sits in the garage. I know for a fact that the company I bought the car from this summer, which was CarMax, delivered the car with all new fluids. They tried to take advantage of me and rip me off on a standard fluid change that was about 10x the normal price, that I didn't need. read more

Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. An oil change turns into an over $800 bill. Absolute nonsense. This location has cost me more money than I ever intended to put in my car the worst customer service including the GM and the service manager; be sure to watch out for the service manager he will force you into services that you don't even need for your car. I'm not sure of the service manager's name I do apologize, however the GM's name is Corey; so be on the lookout for him if you do see him nice to your face, but once you turn around there is a knife heading towards your back with that guy. And for you the SERVICE MANAGER (could be rapist after this encounter) When a woman tells you "No!" No means no. Please do NOT interpret "No thank you." Into "I'll keep calling and asking until she says "Yes!" That is not how you are to do business. You are supposed to be a professional, so act professional and not take advantage of women going to get their car serviced. Overall, I will not be back to this location nor will I ever be back to any for dealership in line with AutoNation franchise this is just the worst service I've ever had in worst customer service. Close but no cigar. Took a long time to schedule an appointment (which was par for the course compared to the other Ford dealers). Came in for an oil change and factory recall on the wiring on my truck. Jay and John were the service advisors I worked with. Felt like they both did great jobs and would have likely have gone back again if everything else had worked out. Dropped off my truck, Jay quickly checked me in and got me a Lyft to work nearby. Jay called me back when the car was ready and sorted out getting me a Lyft back to pick up the car. Got there quickly, got checked out quickly with help from John S. So far so good. Left feeling like they had their stuff together and that I would likely go back. About 2 blocks away, the check engine light went off. So had to turn back around and spend about half an hour between driving back and waiting for the truck to get checked out. When doing a check on the air filter it seems they left the mass air flow sensor loose. After leaving, felt like if they messed up the easy stuff, did they mess up the hard stuff as well? Probably won't be going back for service or recall work. read more

They want to charge me 800$ for a free oil change. I just knew it so I didn't fail into their trap. But 800$? Really? You guys think I'm stupid? I have to tell the story how I get the free oil change in the first place. There was a check engine light few months ago duo to the defact electronic throttle body. It is under warranty, but when they replaced it, they forgot to put a small part back on , cause gas leak and another check engine light few days later. I complained it to Ford, so they gave me the FREE oil change. I came to them twice for 20k 30k maintenance. Both times they lied about the multipiont inspection result. They didn't check the tire pressure both times, they didn't check the tire thread both times. read more
