Apparently this is where cars go to die. Good luck getting a repair in under a month. I wish there was a zero star option.

I was expecting the dealership to do a good service since they carry both the Autonation and Honda name. I didnt notice anything wrong with the service that they performed on my vehicles the day of the service, they reset the service required message on the dashboard, they suggested the required services, and the service advisor even gave me a discount on the additional recommended services for my Honda HR-V and found that I still had a free service for the Honda Civic. I did find it strange though that when the services were done the service advisor gave me the service forms for the Honda HR-V that I paid for but didnt give me any service forms for the Honda Civic (which was free), when I asked him about the forms for the Honda Civic he said that they would be sent to my email (they were never sent to my email). Two weeks later my mom was driving around in the Honda Civic and the metal splash guard from the Honda Civic falls off while shes driving home from the bank and she has the scare of her life when it starts to make a rattling sound scraping the road along the drive home. It looks like whoever performed the service on the two vehicles never properly tightened the bolts back on the splash guard after they performed the oil change on the Honda Civic and part of the splash guard came loose while driving. I tried to call the dealership to ask them what we could do about the situation but the phone number for the dealership just goes to an automated system with different menu options and when you choose the menu option to speak to a service advisor the phone rings a few times and then just takes you in circles back to the main menu when nobody picks up the phone. I am very disappointed with Autonation Honda.

This time I came during the week with my little LO (4Months old) I thought I came prepared for everything, toys, food, etc. So when baby needed a diaper change after being at the waiting room for 1;15min my surprise was that they don't have a changing table. Restroom is big enough, they can actually have a chair for breastfeeding, since they have the room and people have to be here for hours. So after all that, the reason I'm giving 4 stars is thanks to Angel Pardillo Since he was extremely polite and helpful as soon as I came in but specially thanks to Jonathan Pavon, a young guy who went above and beyond trying to accommodate me, and requested to use one of the offices to give me some privacy to be able to change my LO's diaper! Amazing! After that he came to me with 2 bottles of water. 1 for here and 1 for the road. Yes I'm still waiting for my car (1hr & 40min so far) but after my experience I'm fine with the wait. Thank u

After only a short time, I received an automated message saying that nothing was found wrong with my vehicle. When I contacted my service advisor, I was told that the message was automatic and that they were still working on the diagnosis.I accepted that explanation and was willing to be patient. However, after six days of repeatedly trying to get an update, I was finally told that the problem was not the thermostat and could possibly involve the oil pump or another major component.I was also told that a technician had test-driven my vehicle and that it had turned off during the test. This information did not match my vehicle's GPS records. My Jeep has detailed GPS tracking showing its location, mileage, movement, and driving history.According to those records, the vehicle had not been moved during those six days. When I calmly questioned my service advisor about this, he said he would investigate and call me back.He never called and stopped answering my calls. I then contacted the dealership and requested a manager.I was told someone would contact me, but again, there was no meaningful follow-up.Because nobody was communicating with me, I had to personally return to the dealership with my daughter just to get answers. When I spoke with my service advisor, he gave me a completely different explanation. He told me that apparently my service ticket had been dropped or missed and that no technician had actually taken the ticket to diagnose or inspect my vehicle. This was extremely concerning because it conflicted with what I had previously been told about the diagnosis and supposed test drive. The service manager then reviewed the information and requested that my Wagoneer be brought back so it could finally be checked.According to my GPS records, the vehicle was returned to the dealership on August 21 and remained there for hours.Once again, nobody contacted me to explain what had actually been checked, what was found, or what the next step would be.My service advisor continued not to answer my calls or texts. The biggest problem is not even the repair itself. It is the complete lack of communication, accountability, and transparency.I understand that diagnosing a vehicle can take time.I understand that repairs can be complicated. What I cannot accept is being told one thing, then another, while the actual movement history of my vehicle appears to tell a completely different story. I have records, emails, call records, and documentation from this entire experience.I repeatedly had to call, leave messages, wait for callbacks that never came, and physically go to the dealership just to get basic information about my own vehicle. The most concerning part is that without GPS tracking, I would have had no way to question whether my vehicle was actually being worked on.I was initially told one thing and days later told something completely different.A customer without the time, knowledge, or technology to question the information they receive could easily lose days or weeks and potentially face thousands of dollars in repair costs without being able to independently verify what actually happened. I am not saying every employee at this dealership is the same, but this experience has completely destroyed my confidence in the service department. When you take someone's vehicle, especially a newer vehicle that may still have manufacturer warranty coverage, the minimum expectation is honest communication, an accurate diagnosis, accountability, and professional treatment. I am not posting this review for compensation, discounts, special treatment, or anything in return.I am posting it because I want other customers to know what happened and to be careful.I would rather see this experience lead to honesty, accountability, better communication, and real changes than receive something simply to make this review disappear. Document everything if you bring your vehicle here.Keep your repair orders, emails, texts, call records, GPS information, and every promise made by the service department. After eight days of this experience, I cannot recommend the service department, the service advisor, or any type of service at Miami Lakes AutoMall. This has been one of the worst dealership service experiences I have ever had.

On May 15, 2025, I went to Miami Lakes Mitsubishi to address the issue; they told me the problem was the battery because the car had been sitting at the dealership for a long time. They charged the battery and claimed the issue was resolved. However, on May 16, 2025, the car was dead again in the morning. I contacted the dealership again, and they asked me to return; they replaced the battery with a new one and said the problem was fixed. That same day, I set off on a vacation trip to North Carolina, but the next day, the battery was dead again. Throughout those two months, the car would only start with the help of a jump starter--which I was forced to buy because I was traveling through various cities. I returned to Miami on July 16, 2025, and went to Miami Lakes on July 17, 2025, to have the problem resolved once more. I sat there for five and a half hours waiting for them to find the issue; they informed me that the GPS was draining the battery while the car was turned off, so they disconnected the GPS and told me the problem was solved! Today, July 18, 2025, the car was dead again in the morning, and--just like every other day since I bought this *new* car--I had to jump-start it. This car clearly has a factory defect that the authorized Mitsubishi dealership itself cannot fix. I bought a new car to avoid problems, but the exact opposite happened. I am exhausted by this situation. Who is going to resolve this now? I'm going to have to find a lawyer and file a lawsuit against Miami Lakes and Mitsubishi, because I don't see any other way to resolve this.

I've waited well over a year to write this review, hoping the situation would be resolved- but unfortunately, it has not. We purchased a vehicle in January 2025, and it was out of service before reaching 2,000 miles. It was ultimately deemed a lemon. While Nick from sales was wonderful (and I was not surprised to hear he is no longer there), the rest of the experience quickly went downhill. The finance department added multiple extras to our contract that were never clearly disclosed. The sales contract and invoice contained contradicting numbers, along with numerous fees we only became aware of when GM began finalizing the buyback payout. The surrender process itself was extremely unprofessional. Christopher arrived unprepared, had me sign incorrectly completed documents at a service kiosk instead of an office, and even documented the wrong vehicle's photos and mileage. He also attempted to have me sign paperwork without a notary present, stating they could "handle that part later." It has now been over four months since surrendering the vehicle, and Miami Lakes Chevrolet still has not reimbursed us for GAP insurance, extended warranties, and other service contracts. After contacting the underwriting companies directly, we were told the dealership has already received those payouts!! Trying to reach anyone at the dealership has been nearly impossible. Voicemails and emails go unanswered. Alfredo in finance stopped responding entirely. Indira in customer service did the same after an initial reply. Juan Huerta, the operations director, has not responded at all. The only person who has replied is Rene, who is not in finance and is unable to resolve the issue. Even routine service was questionable. We were told our tires were rotated when they clearly were not--the wheel lock remained untouched, and a faulty tire sensor stayed on the same tire after the supposed rotation. We have since filed another complaint with the Better Business Bureau. As both a consumer and a small business owner, I am genuinely shocked by the lack of accountability and professionalism. During my visits, I was not alone--there were many other customers dealing with similar unresolved issues. I hope sharing my experience helps, please make a more informed decision to go to another dealership! And Miami Lakes I would love to hear back from you.
