I went to have my battery replaced and purchase wiper blades. The older gentleman, Frank, was extremely pleasant and helpful. He was the only one, though. There were 2 other people in the store who spoke around me, about me, but not to me. The girl, Tray (I believe) made no eye contact with me and appeared clearly irritated to have to assist me. She told the other younger male, Enrique, the manager, what kind of car I had, and he loudly stated he preferred the sportier version, then walked away. Then the rude girl told me that I shared a name with her ex boyfriend's ex girlfriend, and that she did not like that ex girlfriend. If I hadn't been tired, I would have left the store. Unnecessary rudeness. Frank was truly wonderful, but because of her nasty demeanor, I will not return to this location. read more

Very unfriendly. Very condencending. Very RUDE! The manager in the gray shirt cuts you off when talking and is unprofessional. Maybe he should put his drink cup down and get off his power hungry horse. No clue of customer service here. AVOID! If I could rank this place with ZERO stars, I would. I would not recommend it. They do appear to have good customer service but broke my key after changing my key battery for the second time. They broke the casing and did not take accountability for it. The first time it happened they deny that they broke it. The second time before going in to get a battery I made sure to check the casing in the area they got broke last time and it was completely fine as I had just replaced it from the last time it happened. Robert proceeded to take the key apart saying that he likes to try to learn new experiences and learn new things because some workers did not like to change keys cause it might be difficult. He put the battery in and put the casing back on after he completed it I picked up the key and looked at it and I said you broke the casing, he admitted that yes he had broken a little piece of a boat and that surely it wouldn't be affected. I then told him that this had happened before which led to a bigger problem and me having to pay money to have it fixed at the Honda dealership. He was unapologetic. If they do not know how to do something they should not act like trained professionals and then break something and not take accountability for it. I paid for the battery, but now I will have to pay for a new casing for my key for the second time.or risk the brain of the key falling out like it did last time, and my car not starting. Having to Uber to get the key fixed and replace the brain. Ridiculous all over auto zones employees breaking the casing, from their lack of knowledge of knowing how to do the replacement without damage. read more

Wow totally unprofessional, I I arrived to AutoZone I was looking for Power staring fluid, they knew where that was in their store hence the one star. Cesar an employee of this AutoZone came to my car and then recommended lots of parts as if he was a mechanic. I went to my mechanic that could've took advantage of me and sold me lots of things thank God they're honest!!!!!!! my mechanics let me know there was nothing wrong with my vehicle and I have a great day and drive safe. I'm still standing here waiting for my battery replacement. I've been here for an hour. I bought this Duralast battery a year ago. It went COMPLETELY dead. I brought it here. The lady told me it just needed a charge. I waited to charge. The girl said nothing to me but started talking to her colleague telling him it needs replaced. As typical they have none in stock. Since I walked the battery here, they said they will have the guy go pick it up "just down the street." I wasn't told the guy wasn't here. A half hour later the guy comes in and that's when he is told to go get the battery. When I asked why I wasn't told this would take an hour, I was told it was MY fault because I had walked here and couldn't drive to another store. The woman said, "You didn't ask any questions, I'M DOING YOU A FAVOR! This is the last purchase I will be making at AutoZone. By the way, it has now been an hour and fifteen minutes and I am still waiting. It is my fault that I even used AutoZone in the first place. read more

This place is the worst I had brought my car in because my battery light came on And wanted to check if this was the alternator or the battery? I wasà walked to the check and ran a diagnostic on it He said my battery was going bad and only had about a week left ? So it's not my alternator? No he said So I went and purchased a battery ( big mistake) he also added a few other parts onto the bill which I didn't even need He didn't even ask me? he then installed the battery my car started right up but the battery light didn't disappear I drove for a few miles the light disappeared ( huge relief ) but minutes later it came back on ? UGH!! I then knew it was my alternator? I got home ran a test on it and it was the alternator ? I tried to start the car back up and it wouldn't start I had called autozone and they said there are no refunds ? Over a $100 down the drain Be careful not to shop here unless you know what you are getting ? and don't get ripped off Will never be back Ever!! read more

Excellent Customer Service! The Autozone crew was very helpful in offering several battery selections for my car. The battery in my car was jumped and if I turned the engine off, the car would not start again. Dead battery. So the Autozone crew replaced the battery in under 15 minutes. read more

So I called the Autozone on Lamb & Washington to get a lamp for the right headlight and the girl says we have it and it's 8$ so I go there and the guy is like we have it but its 15$...then I ask him to change it for me but he's like imma need tools (no ya dont) so he couldn't do it for me!! So I go to Autozone on Flamingo and the guy there was way happy to help, changed it, didn't want a tip, and he even wore a glove because you're not suppose to touch the bulb. This use to be my goto place for parts until I bought a couple of bottles of royal purple power steering fluid, after I got home I discovered that they had been previously opened and leaked out in the back seat of my car. They fought me when I tried to return them, saying that I did it. One person did return them or so I thought, but the money never hit my account and they pretend that they know nothing about it. Came here because it started to rain and my wiper blades started to fall apart right in the middle of the rainstorm. A guy named Rob was kind enough to not only look up the blades but install them for me in the middle of a rainstorm. Highly recommended it may have cost me a few extra dollars but it was well worth it. read more

I went to purchase a product that was listed in their advertising for a printed price but when I went to check out the total came out higher then advertised. The service agent which was the acting Manager was not helpful with a valid explanation so I ask if there was a different brand of the product in the store and he replied no. So I asked that every filter in the store is more expensive than the one your trying to sell me. Still the same response. I requested to speak to the store Manager and she brushed me off and left the store. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. So I agreed to purchase the product after being there for 30 minutes and use my credit/points on file. During the transaction their system went down and they couldn't complete the sale. So my $20 credit was gone because they could not move the transaction to another register. They said that I have to pay full price and call to try and get my $20 back or come back the next day hopefully we can get you a credit. Total inconvenience to me. The worst CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. I've filed a complaint with their corporate and regional office. POOR SERVICE along with loosing my $20 credit. read more
