This place sucks. No other way around it. Walked in for a light bulb, waited in line for 10 mins as all cashiers busy and than another cashier walks in and doesnt even bother helping people waiting in line, she helps a random guy who walked up, finished that transaction and helped another random guy even though there was literally 5-6 people waiting in A LINE!! This is why i never come here, better off going to Walmart down South Street. Absolute Garbage. Their corporate should re educate the employees on proper business customer service. read more

This is the best auto zone!!! They are so helpful and nice :) I came in when they were almost closed and they tested my battery and put a new one in. They also helped me with my air filter. I highly recommend this location. The guys are super sweet and went out of their way to help me. read more

Omg!! Thanks a lot Emilio!! I know absolutely nothing about cars... I came in to get some antifreeze and he asked me how long it had been since I had done my oil change. It had been 8 months already and he explained to me the importance of doing it every 3 months or every 3000 miles. I got the special for oil change and let me tell you....my car felt brand new after I got it back from the shop! Extremely grateful for the information! read more

Bumped into a post at the gas station and got some paint on my bumper so I looked up some stuff online and when I went to autozone the guy here helped me pick out a product and gave me some tips on how to remove the paint without damaging the bumper paint . Got the paint off successfully and my bumper looks brand new . read more

this place is ok. Got decent stuff and it's somewhat organized. Located in a somewhat ghetto area. I wouldn't go here often unless I need to. The employees are ok. Only one of two of them really know how to help you or look for stuff. The others are just their as cash register people. The parking lot is kinda small and stuffy as well. Not going to find a bunch of stuff at this autozone and it seems like a below average place compared to other autozones I've been too. This would be a place to go if it was along the way for you and you needed something really quick that they provide. I probably wouldn't make it my home store though... read more

I go here all the time as its closest to my house. The employees are rude and don't do their job, they close early when they feel like it despite their posted hours. Usually it takes me 30 min to pay for some brake cleaner and oil. There is one guy who is helpful, who i can't recall his name, both the older ladies are useless and rude as hell. If you hate your job quit, don't try to ruin my day with your crap..... Literally the worst autozone I've used. read more

this autozone has the worst customer service. i rented out a spring compressor paying $60.00 cash. while my friend and I was working with the spring compressor we didn't have a tool to complete the task so my friend recommended we go back to autozone and see if we can borrow one of theirs just to tighten ONE BOLT. so we drove back to autozone with the car springs we were adjusting and asked if they can help us with one tool to use, they said we can't let you borrow our tool but you can purchase one. I thought to myself really!? this is bullshit, on top of that the tool was like $20.00 that I was going to use ONCE. I had no choice of course since I won't have time to work on my car again so I purchased the tool he recommended. so it was around 7pm and autozone closes at 9pm as it stated on their sign so my friend and I thought we could save a trip if we just finish installing here outside of the store. we finished installing the springs around 8:15pm and we had sometime before they closed to return the compressor and get my money back. I brought the compressor in the store around 8:20pm waiting in line for about 10 more mins then it was finally my turn. i brought the spring compressor back that I rented and this guy with glasses that works there I believe was like a manger said to me, "sorry our registers for cash close early today so your going to have to come back tomorrow." in my head I thought to myself "couldn't you just open the register and give me my money back since I'm here?" and it states on their sign they close at 9pm so I have my rights to get my money back. I didn't want to cause a scene and argue with him because I was too tired from that installation. Overall I would give this place 0 stars for THEIR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE but since I have no choice I'll give 1 star to that tool I rented giving me better service then the workers there. I ended up replacing the battery and he HAPPILY installed it for me. Loved the positive attitude he had during my whole duration there. DO NOT GO HERE. I came here to for a simple battery replacement. They offered to replace it for me, giving me the impression that they knew what they were doing. They did not. They ended up replacing the battery, but they didn't keep a charge on my car's computer during the replacement, which meant I lost all the memory on the car's computer. When I tried to drive it, the transmission was wonky and it took 5 minutes just to get to 60 mph, and it wouldn't go any faster. This is 2014 VW Jetta TDI - not even 2 years old, and never had engine/transmission trouble before. When I returned to complain, the manager gave me excuse after excuse in an effort to shirk responsibility for his crew's (and his own) incompetence. He kept saying "well we're not mechanics" - I don't expect you to be mechanics, but if you're going to mess with my car, I expect you to know enough to not screw it up.
