Came here to pick up an item my man ordered. He thought he placed it at the Antioch location but turns out, it was in Pittsburg. He called the store to inform them that I'll be the one picking up and sent me screenshots of his order. And all I needed was his phone number. I came inside. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! If you cherish your life and your families life don't purchase any big ticket items from this business. Yesterday ww ordered and purchased a Starter from the Pittsburg location on Leland, then had it installed. Today we were driving on hwy 4 and the car completely shut off, we could've easily got hit. If you know hwy 4 then you know how dangerous it can be. Thanks to good people in our community we safety pulled to the side. When we finally got home after being in 90 degree heat we took the starter to another auto parts store and they hooked it up to a machine and confirmed the part was faulty. I don't think I need to go into details of the time off work and extra money I have to spend to purchase and replace this faulty starter with a legit one. I'm so disappointed that this business in my own community that We All have supported for over a decade is selling parts and potentially putting our lives in danger. SAVE TIME, MONEY, STRESS and your LIFE. Go across the street to O'Riley's. read more

Overall, this store has been very good, EXCEPT the supervisor named SOKNY. I purchased tire chains a few days ago. Before I purchased it, the employee said I could return it if unused, with receipt. I came to the store today to return the unused item, however the supervisor, SOKNY, was insistent that I cannot return it (without checking the item condition) he said because it's a safety item. The Autozone store policy said that item is refundable within 90 days with original packaging and with receipt with NO exceptions mentioned. I spoke directly to the regional office and they confirmed I'm allowed to get refunded. So, this guy doesn't understand his own store policy. What a shame that he can be a SUPERVISOR. SOKNY's MISINFORMATION IS A LIABILITY FOR THE STORE. He definitely needs more proper training since he's the Supervisor, to prevent giving misinformation to his whole staff. read more

First of all ive never had a problem with any employee there but thise week i went to get some breaks and rodars for my car and a worker/ SAMAYA*** girl started to harass these hardworking young boys helping me when they were doing nothing but helping me giving me the best service ever making sure i was being attented the right way she starts yelling at them across the store swearing at them infront of costumers and saying they arent doing anyhing when she was sitting down on her phone and yelling everywhere this is not okay SAMAYA has to be gone! Dont come here because she will harras you to she was following us around the store and giving us dirty looks they have to fire her! read more

I went into auto zone looking for new bulbs for my head lights. The ladies at the counter were very helpful . I went to my car to install the lights . However not realizing that my car needed 2 different type of bulbs one of the bulbs got stuck in the opening where the bulb is suppose to go . I couldnt remove it so then i went back into the store to look for help and came across Isaac. I asked if he could help me remove the bulb because i wasnt strong enough to remove it myself . He came out to help me and not only did he help me remove the one that got stuck he went above and beyond to replace both bulbs for me .im so greatful. I couldnt thank him enough and after he helped me he rung me up for the second package of bulbs and gave me a better deal on the second package . he should be praised for being such a good employee . If i ever need anything for my car i definitely will go back . If i could give more than 5 stars i definitely would ! Thank you again issac ! read more

I came in looking for windshield wipers for my Audi A6, which they did. However, as it turned out, I needed a different connection instead of the ones they had (though they were the right sizes). I want to compliment their workers. The guy that helped me when I bought was incredibly professional. He also didn't try to sell me the most expensive set. When I returned it another guy helped me and he was equally great! I'm not sure if they do some sort of training and set a standard but they definitely have great employees! If I ever need any car parts in the future, this particular store will be my go to! read more

HEY BOY, HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEY. I love the staff here. They make you feel like they're really here to help, and they've always been down to help me out--often going above and beyond. I always wonder if they consider me that annoying lady who always asks if they can actually retrieve the heavy ass battery or part from my car so that I don't have to damage another precious disk in my spine. But they don't act like it at all. They just smile, grab the piece and haul it inside. Their prices are standard AutoZone prices, so if you have something major to replace, I'd head online. But if you need something quick or small or just need something checked, you're in luck! And their battery warranties have saved me in a pinch when I left a battery in an old car for about a year and the battery wasn't working when I tried to restart later. I went to AutoZone and they looked up my name and I was just in time--my one year warranty expired in April and this visit was in March. Yet again, the awesome rep agreed to grab the heavy battery out of my car and bring a replacement right back to my car. And they say chivalry is dead. Pfffft. Head to AutoZone and renew your faith. read more

Came here and Enrique helped us first. Our car is a restomod with different engine trans etc. He was patient with us and helped us find what we needed. We came back in because we forgot something and Emanual helped us and we got the same great customer service. We applaud this location for having great associates like Enrique and Emanual. read more

My husband and I bought some fiber tape and a box cutter blade. My husband and I are latinos. The stupid cashier who changed us is Latino as well. She acted like she couldn't understand my husband speaking when he spoke perfect English. And she wasn't wearing a mask either.They put a sign on their door " No mask No service"..
