    bad! today sept 07 2025 at 8:30pm i come in here in need of a new car battery and the worker tells he cant help me . just like that he stops me from finishing my question and he speaks over me saying any you need help with that requires me goin out there i am not doing it. he claim to be the only one working and so he coul not be by himself out there replacing or doing any type of help. if you need a bettery you goin to get it and replace it yourself i am not doing it for you he said without even checking if he has the battery i need in store. so i sat out there until a good samritan actually help me . someone that didnt have too cus it wasnt even their job! by the way while i was sitting in my car parked infront of autozone i did see more than one ppl working there obviosly there cant be only one person working there is always at least 2! the other guy was in the back. very dissapointed in the lack of effort and poor treatment! looks like he needs more training in customer service! and a reminder of his job that he has to comply while on the clock! unless picking and choosing what you wanna do is allow and he gets paid by the hour to not help the customers! very bad customer service,he was very rude even with his tone,mad ,mean ,bad attitud and hostile .

    Came here today and left my battery at 1:30 pm today to be charged. They told me it would take 3 hours which would had been by 430! PM! I called at 7:30 PM as I did not hear back from them! They initially put me on hold as they couldn't find my order! After 5 minutes on hold I get "Oh it will be done tomorrow". Wow, for a 30 minute charge I'm like for real! I tell them No I'm on my way! Get there and the response is 'oh Ma'am your battery is charging and it'll be done in 20 more minutes" and they just put it on the charger? They claim the manager did not put my battery on the charger earlier? Horrible! Its after 8:00 pm and I'm waiting for services that should have been done hours ago! To add insult to injury I needed a new battery and purchased one. The cold part is they deducted my purchase for the CORE Fee snd added it back in. My sin and I debated them for wY too long! I can't obviously teach you math to understand simple arithmetic? You took away my CORE Deduction by adding it back in dummy! He states the computer does the calculation? Im like well your computer is programmed incorrectly! Don't want to waste time with these two illiterates! Now I'm on my complaint mode with Corporate, BBB, Attorney General and the CFPB. I'm like WTF folks can't add now days! The schools are making dummies! Give me my CORE fee back! This is some BS

    I arrived at AutoZone in an emergency right at 9 o'clock as I see the lady locking the door, she was absolutely adamant about not helping us. It always shows in their commercials that they're there to help you out and be really kind, but they really don't Care about you at all. I haven't had my young son with me that we had to go in the cold and walk over to try to get there on time.

Yesterday ww ordered and purchased a Starter from the Pittsburg location on Leland, then had it installed. Today we were driving on hwy 4 and the car completely shut off, we could've easily got hit. If you know hwy 4 then you know how dangerous it can be. Thanks to good people in our community we safety pulled to the side. When we finally got home after being in 90 degree heat we took the starter to another auto parts store and they hooked it up to a machine and confirmed the part was faulty. I don't think I need to go into details of the time off work and extra money I have to spend to purchase and replace this faulty starter with a legit one. I'm so disappointed that this business in my own community that We All have supported for over a decade is selling parts and potentially putting our lives in danger. SAVE TIME, MONEY, STRESS and your LIFE. Go across the street to O'Riley's.

I called AutoZone on Clayton Road and spoke with Jim (store manager) to ask if they install batteries and could test the system to rule out the alternator. He said yes to both. When I arrived, there was a line; I asked for Jim and he helped me choose the right battery for my car and budget. I also picked up new windshield wipers and washer fluid. Jim came outside and, no exaggeration, had the new battery installed in about 10 minutes, popped on the new wipers, and ran a charging-system test. The test result showed alternator was fine; it was just the battery. What I loved: * Clear, honest guidance from Jim (no upsell, just what I needed). * Quick install and system test right there in the lot. * No installation fee for the battery (huge plus compared to other places.) * Convenient location with solid inventory. AAA was helpful for the initial jump/diagnosis, but AutoZone saved the day and my wallet. Big thanks to Jim and the team for turning a stressful morning into an easy fix. Highly recommend this location.

I…read morehad issues purchasing the front brakes, and paid in one location, retrieving them from another. I had my vehicle serviced, rotors, and brakes. My mechanic, a SENIOR MASTER MECHANIC, told me ,I had the wrong parts. I walked into the Monument Blvd, Concord location. I had a short wait and was explaining that there was an issue with my front pads. The cashier, walked off, while I was talking, and went to get the manager. "WILL", got my information and said the brakes were the correct ones. I said they weren't. He then proceeded to speak poorly about my mechanic and to contradict me. I had my mechanic, face time him. He suddenly saw that the clips were wrong. I was sold the wrong parts from the start. He refused to return my rear brakes, ALSO THE WRONG ONES, AND UNDER WARRANTY. HE WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL He refunded my new front pads, and plopped down my money, WITHOUT COUNTING IT OUT TO ME. Im now without my refund on the original pads (my used pads. ) I paid for rear pads that are USELESS. Additionally, Will continued to put down my mechanic. I told him he had no right to do that. He then, SARCASTICALLY said, " Have a great day, lady." YOU ARE HORRIBLE, WILL! My vehicle was on the lift and the clock was ticking. THANK YOU GEOFF, O'REILLY AUTO PARTS, 1500 Monument Blvd. Ste C.     i came in and this guy with this ugly hair was so rude to me. i think his name was nathan? or…read morenathaniel? anyways i've never been so offended in my life. i walked in and asked about fixing a tire, he proceeded to laugh and clearly had no idea what he was doing. he kept talking to this other guy there i don't remember his name. i then heard them calling me degrading slurs when they thought i wasn't listening. i know they were talking about me because i was the only one there and they said "that lady i just talked to with the yellow shirt". i'm so extremely offended i just walked out. this was completely unprofessional and i won't be coming back again. shame on you for hiring such a rude employee.
