I gave up on this place a long time ago due to multiple botched deliveries and over 2 hour wait time for said delivery while being told it was in its way. Once to find out it had not even left yet. Cold pizza and wings every time. I gave them a shot after 2 years absence and in house was no better, not clean, food was nasty. It's very disappointing that this place has turned out like this. Sorry to say but this would be a prime candidate for Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares. We had been to Parker's before, and just wanted to try something different. We thought hey let's give this place a try, it looked OK from the outside. We were so so wrong. We seated ourselves, and the waitress was nice enough. (Though we did have to prompt for drink refills...pay closer attention!) The whole restaurant needs to be refurbished. The booths are sticky, walls and ceiling look like they could have mold. Oh, and I had to lift the women's bathroom door into place, as it wasn't aligned properly, so that I could lock it. Not to mention the actual state of the bathroom...disgusting. My husband's fork bent in half eating his calzone. The silverware felt like it came from a yard sale and was 30 years old. Now let's get to the food...I ordered a dinner so the salad bar was included. Poor excuse for a salad bar. Nothing seemed fresh, the pastas salads looked old. Also the dressings weren't labeled...which might not seem like a big deal, but the white creamy dressing I took which I thought was Caesar, was definitely not. I actually have no idea what it was supposed to be. It tasted rancid. Garlic knots were just ok, tasted synthetic or like plastic. More garlic with your garlic knots please...not just oil! For dinner, my husband ordered a pepperoni calzone. It was decent, nothing to write home about. French fries were also just middle of the road. Clearly frozen. The biggest letdown of the entire meal was my dinner. I ordered broccoli and shrimp over pasta in a white wine garlic sauce. What I got was frozen broccoli and shrimp with overcooked angel hair, in what tasted like a chicken soup broth. White wine garlic sauce should have some thickness and body to it, so as to adhere to the pasta and other ingredients. It was literally like I was having a bowl of chicken soup. And so overly salty as well. My plate of frozen processed food was not worth $15. We took a risk that did not pay off. We will stick to Parker's next time! read more

These people should be embarrassed honestly, Im a local and my family and I ordered calzones from there this evening. Each one was an absolute abomination in their own way ranging from only 1 mushroom, ricotta cheese slapped in the middle, to A HAIR IN THE BREAD! Are you kidding me?? When we called the manager didn't even get on the phone because I'm presuming he is a coward and knows he overcharges for pitiful meals. Needless to say DO NOT GO THERE! read more

Stopped in here to grab dinner late on a Sunday. The atmosphere is sort of outdated but the food selection is great. The quantity of food for the money is outstanding and everyone walking out appeared to be a happy, well-fed customer. They offer both entrees as well as quite a selection on desserts. My goodness this is good! We had pizza and garlic knots. The pizza had wonderful flavor, and the garlic knots were irresistible.

Ordered a sheet pizza yesterday and a few dozen wings for family party. It was absolutely the worst the family has ever had. We had around 20 people at the event and it was more or less unanimous that the pizza was inedible. The crust was clearly pre-baked days in advance and pulled from a freezer to reheat with some cheese, who the heck pre-bakes their pizza crust? The wings were chewy and covered in oil (apparently that's their sauce?), can't confirm but I'd guess they were pre-fried for 11 or 12 minutes and then chilled until ordered and fried again for another 11 minutes, how gross. The worst part is we called to complain and the owner/manager didn't want to take the call or hear the complaint. And when he did said we waited to long to call (sorry for not dealing with your awful pizza in the middle of my party, I was trying to feed 20 hungry people after wasting 60 bucks on your garbage), and they can offer us 20% off the next order...like that'll happen again. Overall they were very rude and defensive about this whole situation...they honestly made it seem like it was my fault their food was trash. All in all I really can't decide what was worse, the food or the customer service. read more

Back when I lived in New York, I would eat here at least once every two weeks when home from school for breaks/summer. Their chicken parm and chicken marsala are some of my favorite things - absolutely AMAZING. The food is cooked to perfection and the staff is very nice and attentive. I love the atmosphere and it's a very nice venue. Missing it, will definitely eat there again immediately next time I visit home! read more

Stopped in from out of town, out of state actually. Pizza was great. Thin chewy crust in the center with lots of cheese n toppings, outer crust was puffy, brown n toasted with nice bubbles that turn dark brown n crunchy. Staff was very friendly. Pizza took 22 minutes exactly. Only downfall...no beer or wine. read more

There are a lot of places you can get Italian food or a slice of pizza. This place does does it right! Amazing pizza, charbroiled chicken wings are the best and the portions are huge. Best chicken parm in town and some of the more tradition dishes remind me of my grandmothers cooking and that's a good thing! I have never had a bad meal! read more

We have eaten here several times, often with friends or neighbors. Haven't had a substandard meal yet. Salad bar, while small, is fresh and tasty, Spaghetti sauce is excellent. We always get an extra 1/2 dozen garlic knots to go [they freeze well] read more

Attended a family party yesterday where they had a sheet pizza and some wings. I'm not entirely sure how the pizza was made but it looked like someone had pre cooked a sheet of some sort of dough, and then melted some cheese on top of it. The dough was stale, and the pizza (if you can call it that) was so bad that most of the party threw their slices out. To make matters worse, I'm told both the manager, as well as an additional employee, were extremely rude when family called to relay their disappointment in the quality of their food. I can say that you've now lost the business of everyone who attended our party (multiple families in the Waterloo/Seneca falls area). Please learn how to cook edible food, or at least learn how to treat your customers with a little respect. read more

At the time I stopped in, they either had not renewed their liquor license or had it revoked, not really sure. They were out of most menu items, however the waitress was very nice and apologetic about it. There were flies everywhere. When my meal finally arrived it looked like it had been thrown together in haste. I was hoping that maybe there might be some quality to make up for the lack in presentation, but I can't say I was surprised when that was not the case. We were from out of town and needed to eat dinner and thought this would be like any pizza place. NOT!!. Understaffed and super slow - took 30 minutes to get our drinks - pizza came out of oven 15 minutes before the other meals were served - not even sure our waiter knew how to speak English! Excellent Italian food in a casual restaurant. Don't be fooled by the somewhat shabby exterior. It's much better than it looks.

Avicolli's is a great little small town restaurant. They have a large selection of Italian dishes, not just pizza. Decent service and great food for the price. Would definitely recommend. read more
