What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. We came in with a large group after our daughter's little graduation celebration, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us without hesitation. This place was nice, the food was good. But their ordering policy is really messed up! We went in to have lunch. But was surprised to find that you cannot customize your order. They do not allow single items to be ordered. They charge the customer a full combo price. So, I had to do without a meal. I just wanted a burger. No fries, no drink. They were going to charge me for a full combo. My husband had the hamburger combo, and with tax & tip the bill came to $28.40. So, we would have paid almost $60.00 for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 colas. Bad pricing and bad pizza bread. I used to go to Alondras (its previous name) for the "this little thing of ours" pizza (pizza with wings on top). Its litty. We went in to get this pizza again after the name change to find that it was terrible quality, the bread was horrendous. Insanely dry and very thin. Quality is kaput. I can save bucks by buying a pizza and wings from dominos and combining the two and the quality is better. read more

Shout out to the cooks, because the quality of the recipe hasn't slipped, and that's gotta be the only thing keeping the place on life support.
